I had a great experience here thanks to Ramon. I came to this location after going to another Cricket location where I was told they couldnt port out from my previous provider, and then they had the audacity to request that I prepay for 4 months because of suspicion. In Perth Amboy, Ramon answered my questions on the phone before I arrived, and when I did, he was patient, friendly, and had three lines all ported into new iPhones in no time. No issues and even gave me some tips.

Awesome customer service and employees

The workers were on the phone leaning behind the desk didnt even notice me enter. Then they just ignored and until I was like excuse me and address my reason for entering. They really werent knowledgable on the company. One of then even told me well I guess you can just Google it, right I ended up just saying yeah i might as well and left totally unprofessional and I had enough at that point.. my suggestion is go to a different store
