Verizon at N. Mcdowell has great service. Not only are the staff very friendly and kind, they are also very professional, they help you out and they are very welcoming. The staff, especially Marisela A, she has multiple times kept the store open a little longer to help me with payment and today she help me greatly with documentations of my billings etc. They are here to help and I would highly recommend going to that store. I prefer that store even though another is closer to my home.

I had a really positive experience with Danny today at Verizon today. He went through everything very thoroughly and was excellent at explaining options.He is a great with customer service skills and completely simplifies the transaction. Highly recommend!
