Easy to find all items. Quiet.Very much a smaller store. Narrow aisles. But a helpful staff

I like shopping later in the day here.In the morning the cashiers says to use the self serve register. I dont like using self serve registers.I like everything else about the store and like the selections there.

I’ve been shopping at this grocery store since I was eight years old and now 61, and all the years I’ve shopped there I have never experienced such rude checkers in my life, and now there’s no grocery carts

Not the greatest looking storefront, simple inside layout. Lysol wipes werent my first thought when I saw the carts, although you should always use wipes.

Shopping at Lucky Im never dissatisfied it was great experience Shopping there. Theemployees always nice and always helping the customers. They have excellent quality in meats and produce. The lines are never long.

Nice staff, clean, covid responsible

Unsafe!! Beware of this dangerous store, there is zero mask enforcement. When a customer refuses to wear a mask, Luckys employees cannot kick the person out of the store, they dont even ask them to put on a mask. They simply ask them to put their shirt in front of their face for a few seconds. It is very dangerous to shop at a store like this where health protocols are not being enforced. It only takes one careless super spreader for everyone in the store to be infected. It only takes one super spreader coughing on items or produce and then you two get the virus. Stay away from this Luckys, the mask policy is not being enforced the way it is at all other Sonoma county grocery stores.

Great store! Its been my grocery store for over 30 years! Staff is usually fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Store is always clean and organized. Most items are well stocked and available but there are a few items that are not and that can be frustrating. Love the Luckys rewards app! One thing thats sucks is that certain items that are offered for free only apply at the store on Lakeville and not at the one on Petaluma Blvd No.

Liked shopping Luckys. Smaller store. Im disabled and having some difficulty walking lately so not so far around store and can park very close to door even w no placard. Isles are wide enough too and good selections and prices. Also staff very helpful and friendly. Kind of a family feel to the place. Enjoyed my first visit here on his visit.

My items rung up the wrong price too many times. Only stop there if I have to. Clerks not very friendly also.

I gave this visit two stars out of five because this seems like the ugly red headed step child lucky store that nobody wants to go to. The inventory is lacking, its hard to find just basic stuff & it just seemed like an off-night many things I was looking for were just not available. Otherwise I enjoy lucky and their grocery stores.

Not at all friendly. Safeway bas a better repore with their customers. This one tall blonde cashier has the personality of a block of wood. I try avoid her register as much as possible. There you have it.

They close at 10 pm now instead of 11 due to covid. I think they would benefit my community by staying open to 11pm.

Very nice staff. They have beer keg taps that you can rent. The only supermarket on that side of town.

Lucky low price leader

My wife and I have found to Boulavard Cafe just out of sheer coincidence and have found that the owner of the restaurant is a wonderful person he served a great meal and hes always got a smile on his face the staff is excellent and the best thing about it is that I work fairly close to the restaurant which I get to go as frequently as I can my wife loves the steak and eggs there and I always get either bacon and eggs or eggs benedict and pancakes they have fresh squeezed orange juice there which is excellent a great cup of coffee and Im very warm atmosphere there and they always make you feel well I truly recommend this restaurant to everyone that likes a good meal fairly priced I Give It 2 Thumbs Up

Good, solid grocery store with very reasonable prices, some organic produce and a wonderful staff which include really amazing and helpful individuals with unique skills, abilities and challenges. I salute the management for being open and willing to employ a broad range of people to serve their clients.

Terrible customer service. People had been telling me this but I learned for myself when I called the day before Thanksgiving to ask if they had something in stock and she put me on hold forever and when she came back on she didnt think they carried the brand. When I told her they did because Ive bought it there before she said she was busy and didnt know and then hung up on me. I will be passing this on to everyone I know. There are plenty of good supermarkets with friendly people. We will go out of our way to go to a different grocery store. If the manager of the Lucky store on Petaluma Blvd and Payran reads this, you are not management material and should look for a lower position.

Dark, dank, lonely, scary, are words that I think of when I think of this Luckys. Go with backup.

There are a number of items that I can no longer get there, and they wont special order. (Raleys will, in my experience.)
