Bought a 14 Sonata from them in February. Not even 6 months later my engine went out. Financed the car for $16k with 180,000 miles on it, my mistake. Now Im out of a car and a job because I couldnt get to work on time due to not having reliable transportation.Virginia has a lemon law and they do not follow it, if I had the money I would sue them.I only put $1,000 down and they put $500 of their own money into it, they told me to tell the credit people I put $1,500 down and that was a lie off rip. They take advantage of desperate people and take no credit for it. Cant wait for them to go out of business.

I am being financed for a 2007 cadillac SRX. I am a single mother of my 9 month old son and asked for something safe and reliable. They said my truck is reliable with low miles and a fresh oil change. The day after my purchase truck was smoking under the hood. I had a mechanic take a look at it and it has a cracked oil pan, broken valve cover gasket, and overheats with an oil leak. Engine was COMPLETELY dry of oil and no coolant at all. Im stuck for 48 months of paying for something that i cannot drive!

Do not buy from this place!! My vehicle had not even 100 miles put on it and the transmission went out and they are not replacing it with the warranty they promised and advertised! My wife now has not way to take our kids to doctors appointments or hers!! Also they threw on a new inspection just for the sale! It has a horrible oil leak, bad ball joints, motor mounts were broke and trans mount had no bolts in it. Owner told me tough luck!! Scam artists!!

The worst of the worst, they scammed me, selling me a 2008 Cadillac CTS, according to them in perfect condition. the vehicle. no more than five sensors worked, the sun roofs entered the water, to summarize a sentence of problems. I went to claim and they did not give me any explanation, they just said they would take it to a Mechanic to fix it. and that the dealer would pay 50% .... when I went to pick up the car, . I found the surprise that I had to pay everything done by the mechanic. It was almost 900 dollars. They are liars and swindlers. I basically lost all my money. since the car is stopped and without fix ... people be careful with these men. They are a shame.

I wish I could give a zero I’ve only had my car for 2 months and the transmission is bad. I’m within the time frame of the warranty and the transmission place said I was the 5th person this month that bought a car from them and had major car problems.

This place is a scam. Purchased 06 Nissan Murano air/heat didn’t work. Before I purchased they fixed. Mind you they advertised that this vehicle was in good condition. 2 months later... 2 tire blow outs on the way to work. Replaced alternator. Heat and air stopped working. Headlight computer system shut down. Windshield wipers broken and rotted off. Oil leak and SO much more. They sold me a lemon with a fake inspection.And to add the whole car has an electrical problem and I haven’t even put 500 miles on it.

One star because I cant give them less. Sold me a lemon. I tried to take it back the next day and all they could /would say is you signed. Then lied to credit acceptance about the whole process they ran me through. By the way dont use credit acceptance either. They tacked another 5000 on the cost of the car with no possible way to pay towards the principal. Two horrible companies working hard to screw you the consumer. Stay away from these guys. Should call themselves UNAMERICAN AUTO SALES

They sold me a car with a lot of problems. I always owned fords so i didnt know the lights wThat were on. But Had a check engine light on, a bunch of sensors out. And the fan was out on the air . he said no problem he would fix it but i went to auto zone and got the print out of the issues and went back.he refused and said it was no longer his issue. The arab scammed me. But to top it off they gave me a fake carfax document..... Why would they deliberately dooped me .. :( i am so upset. that was every thing i had and now...... I still have a broke down vechile. Oh all most forgot they didnt even clean the car out. I got it home and it had beer bottles tops in the back ofthe seats... They may have good prices but they are deliberately selling cars with problems ... I mean why would u clear the codes out. Yes the dealer sure did trying to say there were no issues... Smh i just cant belive how these people screwed me.
