The owners had no customer service all he wants is money he don’t know how to talk to his customers, all his cars are trash if you get a good car then you lucky it will break down in about 3 months DONT BUY NO CARS FROM HIM AT ALL

They have Bad service no ones ever there when you want a car. They don’t clean themI recently rented a car that was extremely dirty had nasty plates of food underneath the seats than the had the nerve to charge my card 150 bucks for cleaning fees cause you dog left some fur in the back seat when the contract does not state that there are not to be any pets in the car at all.Do your self a favor and just steer clear of speed rentals

They are a great company. They have high quality vehicles as well as customer service. Mr. Eugene was a great help when I had questions concerning what type of vehicle I needed for my business.

The worst. me and my boyfriend decided to rent a car and they where local. I NEVER got a walk threw with the car. When we got there someone dropped it off and he went out cleaned it up and gave it to us. I drive off in the rain. The car defrost wasnt working so I was unable to drive it that day. The next day the car started smoking and broke down. Me and my family had to wait hours in till someone helped. He has no contact number for after hours or weekends. And instead of being rude I asked for another vehicle or refund he refused both and said it was our fault the car messed up. I paid 170 for 2days and wasnt able to use the vehicle. Worst experience EVER took my money and didnt care. From experience PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE they DO NOT do good business...

This place is probably the worst business in Petersburg, Va, the guy who runs it...DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE....He rented me a car with tags that have been expired for a month and a half, I got pulled over, then he gets mad that I want my money back and wouldnt give it to me. Dont waste your money or support somebody so stupid and fraudulent.

This guy is a horrible business man. He sold me a car and with paper tags it was in the repair shop to replace the back axle. 4 months later the car won t start at all. He ripped me off and does not care very heartless. Never again
