Sales nothing but LEMONS brought a GMC Acadia from hem and had a blown head gasket and bad ball joints and when I told hem about it he charged 1800 to fix it turns out he never fixed it and pocked my money please DO NOT BUY from hem he is a con artist

The reason why I have given them 2 stars is because of the problems we have had since purchasing the vehicle. When my daughter bought it she told them the DVD player didn’t work. On that day before signing paperwork they stated that they would fix it. After many calls and visits, it was finally fixed 4 months later.Then when it was time to get car inspected for the first time since purchasing, we were told it wouldn’t pass. That the parking brake wasn’t working. My daughter hadn’t used it since she got the vehicle. If it wasn’t for the inspector we wouldn’t know. I went by there and talked with the owner about it. I asked him how much they would charge to have it fixed. I was told by the owner that they would cover it and fix the problem. We dropped it off on a Saturday and on Monday was told they had to order a part. So I called back on Tuesday afternoon and was told it was fixed.We picked it up (after hours) and when we got home checked it. It still wasn’t working. I called several times to talk to the owner but never got a response. It’s now been almost a month and we never heard back from the owner. This is NOT how you run a business or treat a customer!Now we are noticing a issue when you turn to the left. So it’s probably something to do with a wheel Barron or axle. Something else to get fix on a vehicle we are still making payments on.We would NEVER buy another vehicle from them!
