They have great quality used cars the cars are clean, have low mileage and the prices are reasonable. They really worked with my husband and I and we appreciate everything that the did for us. We got approved fast and picked up our car the next day. And what really won us over was the loyalty for life oil change, state inspection etc. I suggest that you get a vehicle from them. Recently bought a used car from Loyalty Toyota and before signing papers noticed the bumper was a different color than the rest of the car. It had been in a wreck that was not reported to insurance so it was not in the carfax. Luckily before signing the dealership agreed to have it fixed along with a piece on the side that was sticking out. Was told to bring it to this place. After about two days picked it up not only did they do an amazing job on the bumper and fixed the side piece, they cleaned my car and filled it back up. This place is amazing and I recommend getting any work you need done here!

I had a great experience with this auto shop. They squeezed me in and worked on my car and had it done within the hour. The man at the front desk was super pleasant and welcoming. I wish I knew his name.

My coworker bought a 2018 sentra from this place she couldnt say enough about how great the sales was, but not even 30 days later the car wouldnt start. she ended up having to pay $200 for battery cables on a car she just bought. called service associates were so unhelpful and short, called sales manager who said that he would call back and never returned her call Thanks George for not calling back we appreciate your great customer service skills. stay clear they are only out for the sale of the car not the value the customer receives

Never a hint of pressure from anyone made this place a pleasure to shop. Loyalty Petersburg has not only a courteous staff, but a cohesive professionalism that is evident upon entering. Had work done on my vehicle due to a deer collision. Paid out of pocket for a alignment which was fine due to them saying I was in desperate need of just for ball joints to rust out a month later WHILE I WAS DRIVING WITH MY 6 year old in the car. Spoke with tow truck driver who also is a mechanic & spoke with a few other mechanics whom all stated THE BALL JOINTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED AS WELL ESPECIALLY BEING THERE WAS NOT JUST FRONT END WORK DONE BUT AN ALIGNMENT AS WELL. I spoke with the shop monday morning & the first statement that was made to me was an alignment was not done so there was no need to check ball joints or suspension or anything luckily I had my paperwork showing I paid for an alignment & emailed that in. When the rep called me back she stated that the mechanic stated he wasnt supposed to check ball joints however he did go the extra mile by shaking the tire after alignment to make sure nothing was loose nor rattling.So now yet again I have to pay for even more repairs being that damage was definitely done being that ball joints broke WHILE DRIVING. Will NOT be using this company again & definitely will NOT be referring anyone to this place !

Was pleased with service an how I was always kept up to date on everything that was going on.

They sold me a car with wheel locks which is great except for the fact that they claimed that they didnt have the key and tried to make me pay to remedy the situation. The car also needs $2000 worth of work (all out of my pocket) even though they supposedly inspected it and everything was fine. Im rarely able to reach someone to make an appointment for service and when I finally do they cant schedule anything because they dont know when the right person will be there. This place just wants your money, they dont care if they send you off in a squeaky death trap.

He was patient, & made me feel safe & comfortable. Priority also offers tons of free services for the life of the vehicle. If you are looking for a car, going to Priority is worth the drive.

I went there to just get the cheapest car they had. My car broke down and I need to get back and forth to work. The salesman said that the only car he had for me was a 2018 Kia with payments of 400 dollars a month. I left without a car. He could have had a sale if he had really wanted to help. I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy a car there.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I was sold a lemon and forced to pay for a new engine even though my vehicle was still under warranty. The service department manager has lied to me and on system paperwork numerous times and no one has tried to accommodate me in any way. No the vehicle is having additional issues and I’m getting reactions as if nothing is wrong with my vehicle. I advise to everyone DO NOT purchase a vehicle from priority!

The woman they have working the front desk for service is rude! She never apologizes and rushes clients off the phone. She needs to have a lesson on customer service. I called to make an oil change and service apt last week and I left a vm to reschedule. No one reached back out to me. I provided her that feedback, and her response was oh well, I didnt see a voicemail, so do you want to reschedule? No apologies, didnt even ask what she could do to help. And the truth is last time I left a vm she didnt even respond a man from service did.I told her thats not good customer service and I didnt feel appreciated as a customer. She didnt seem to care.

Not happy with the body shop. They called and said it was done. 2 days before pick up I pointed out things that were not right. The then body shop manager agreed with me and assured me that all would be corrected. Well needless to say I am still driving their rental car. My 2016 mustang hood not aligned properly. Even the sales manager there agreed with me. Originally my vehicle was to be done in 3 days. Well now 13 days later its not right My name is David Ruley.

My 71 year old Grandmother come in to the Petersburg location to get an oil change. While she was there she pay $10 to have the inside of her car clean. Before she paid the $10 she asked in detail if they would wipe off the dashboard and front seats. The man at the register told her yes and that they will also vacuum the floor. When we picked up the her car nothing was done. The service was poor. The guy that walked out to look at her car informed us that they no longer do that service and she couldnt get her $10 back. So she paid for a service that she did not receive.

When I Went To Priority, I Was Looking For A Car With Less Miles Than The One That I Had, But Not A big Price Or Payments,But I Was Blinded Sided Therefore Signed Off Now Its A Task Trying To Make Payments Besides, I Complained Of Some Noise Under The Front Wheel Area But That Didnt Get Fixed.
