Went there today and the manager or lady in charge has absolutely terrible customer service skills.There was a young Lady taking my payment and asked if I wanted to used debit or credit my card you can use either or .She jumps and and has this bad attitude that you have to show id and I replied my card is either or .Its obvious she doesnt like to work or deal with people..She needs Etiquette and Customer service training..I honestly think she tries to deter customers away because she doesnt want to work.This isnt the first time Ive dealt with this terrible customer service..
Very bad experience. CeCe (managers nick name) was very rude to me because I asked sales questions about purchasing another phone. Then when I asked her not to be rude she got the customers involved by asking if they thought she was rude, never mind me. Be aware there is no customer service taking place here at all.
Just had to say that Marcia is the best. I returned to the store to add my daughter to my account and received excellent customer service just like last time a year ago. Marcia was friendly and helpful and gave great advice to all even though she was the only one working. She is an asset to the business. I drive 30 minutes to deal with her because its such superior service. 😊
To was extremely rude, was on personal call during my whole visit
Went in, walked to the front and asked about hotspots. The lady at the desk asked if I was looking for a mobile one which I replied yes to. She said we dont sell them here look online... okay....I followed up with if she had pricing information. She sighed and said, youll have to look online. Wow thanks for that amazing info. Worst part is as I was walking out there was a poster that I missed that had some details and pricing options on it. So what I got from the person there was they were not at all interested in selling a product and her mood is not suited for customer service.
I traveled to this location to purchase a phone but the store was not open past stated time. No worries theres another location further down the road.

Staff doesnt have a willingness to help. Always someone different working. If you ask them a question its guaranteed you will get a different answer from each employee.
They helped me with my purchase but, this location was not as friendly as I felt it could have been.
The lady that works there sucks, told me if I was in a rush to just go to Walmart, went to Walmart and like I told her first time you can not pay family plan with a card, so wasted gas and time 😡 but when we returned the guy took care of us in 2.5 seconds and apologized.
