James was very very knowledgeable and polite. He took me through every scenario to make sure i got the best deal possible. All while still helping other customers when he could in between and making sure Covid capacity stayed at its minimum. All in all this is THE Verizon dealer i will use from now on.

There are usually just 2 people manning this store and they seem very sales driven. Whomever they may be. Verizon is creating this atmosphere. My rep was very knowledgeable and claimed to have been lied to about my being able to go back to my previous plan if we decided not to keep the device that caused us to have to change in the first place. I had to wait a month to change back and Im really not sure if it is the exact same plan or not.
James works Crater rd Petersburg just fixed my phone for GPS sound so quickly and showed me how. Exceptional service and extremely professional. Thank you Verizon for a representative you can be proud of to represent your company. .
I went to the store 4/29/20 as instructed from a rep over the phone to get my new iPad connected (sim car was DOA) the manager was able to get the situation resolved and gave me a new card. I know it was a loss for his store but he still went out of his way to help. Thank you.

I got my phone with Verizon in February of 2015. On my first visit to get my phone I was told I could add my phone to the data plan I already had in place for my tab. and it would only raise my bill $10.00, making my bill $50.00.So imagine my surprise when i get my first bill for over $100.00. Well come to find out the data plan I had did not have talk or text so it could not be used for my phone, which i paid $100.00 for with a 2 year contract. And if i wanted to turn the phone back in because the Trainee that helped gave me bad information i would have to pay $50.00 restock fee.Not happy but i kept my $100.00 plan. Fast forward 9 months, I am trying to buy a new phone. I want the S6 Edge +. It normally retails for $864.00. (64 GB) But on Black Friday the website says its $764. So I go down to the store and they tell me I Have to order it online for that price.I go home try to order the phone, and it wont let me cause I am not due for an upgrade, I am not trying to use an upgrade I am trying to buy the phone outright, I call the customer service number, I am on hold for 20 min. Finally get helped the lady cant see the sale price and asks me to screenshot the ad, I do and email it to her, she places me on hold and the call is disconnected.I call back after work at 9, In a 2 hour span of dealing with this i am disconnected 4 more times when they try to transfer me. and to make a very long story short, if you want the $100.00 black Friday deal you have to do it with a payment plan, you can not pay almost $800.00 in cash up front.I will be going to T-Mobile tomorrow, they will buy out my contract and i will get my phone through them, while their network is not quite as good and Verizon yet (they are working on more towers currently) their customer service and dedication is well worth the change.

Brad and Jonathan A++++!I left Verizon after 8 yrs, because of the horrible customer service. I was tired of being bamboozled by the reps and having surprises on my bills EVERY month! I had to come back to Verizon due to coverage issues with other providers. I must say I was terrified to deal with Verizon again, my pockets cant afford the surprises. Brad and Jonathan have restored SOME of my faith back into Verizon. These guys were so pleasant to deal with and I felt like they were being honest with me. They were patient and detailed, answering my thousands of questions and they gave great customer service to the other customers as well.I strongly recommend dealing this store and these 2 guys.
