My older ipad needed to have the battery replaced. He did it quickly and at a reasonable price.

I completely ruined the entire top display of my MacBook Pro (the one with Retina display and the Touch Bar) and I’ve had it for two years so I don’t have coverage on it any more. Not only did they replace the whole display, which is working perfectly, they did it for nearly $500 cheaper than I would’ve paid had I taken it to Apple. I had a friend take it in for me Friday and I was able to pick it up today (Tuesday) even though I was told it’d probably take a week to get the display in. Definitely 5 star service! Super fast. I had spent 2 1/2 hours in a Verizon store this morning trying to switch my phones to my new phone and finally I was told that there is a problem with my new phone and they couldn’t activate it. I went to google to find places near me that will work on iPhones and at first it showed Best Buy when I called them I was told I have to take it to an apple store. I then found Techno Labs that was located right down the street from where I was running errands. I went hoping it wouldn’t be another 2-3 hour wait and when I entered I was greeted right away and asked what was going on and I explained my problems to him and within 5 minutes he told me what was wrong fixed the problem and also informed me that my phone wouldn’t work with Verizon because it’s not compatible. That was the best customer service I have ever received. I told him about another phone of mine and he said for me to bring it because it’s an easy fix. I would recommend his store to anyone.

Very fast and fixed my phone for a good price in comparison to everyone else in the area. The closest thing cheaper is the west end in Richmond! Glad I found these guys will do business with them again if my phone breaks in the future

I called 2 days in a row and there was never an answer. I went up to the store and the owner was very knowledgeable and very polite.

The worst place I have ever dealt with. I went to get my screen fixed and paid $104.00, the next day I realized my speaker did not work so I could only talk on the phone if I had headphones in. I went back at 6:15pm and they were closed mind you they dont close until 7 according to the sign. so I had to wait ANOTHER day and go back at 6:15again after calling them that morning and letting them know I was coming. I get there and the guy tells me the technician is not there he left already and I should have came earlier. I told him I was not leaving until I got my phone fixed, he called him up and he came back. Before I left that time I checked my phone and it seemed to be working fine. However no sooner then I get back on the road my phone starts to get glitchy and cut off and on by itself. I cant send messages or anything. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. too much of a hassle and they seem to be in a rush everytime.

THIS STORE IS RAN BY CROOKS!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!This store sold me a phone repair under the impression that the parts were brand new.The technician actually just rigged my phone and kept all the original parts in place.$75 and 30 days later, my temporary fix was gone.Took it back to ATT, and they verified the parts were all original and the repair that was done was done improperly, hence the repair not lasting longer than 30 days.I PAID FOR BRAND NEW AND RECEIVED USED.AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
