The guys who work there are very laid back and inviting

The company jips its customers out of money. How can they sell a 29.00 phone and charge you 69.00 plus tax and a 15.00 fee whether or not if you keep your new number or get a new number. And you have to pay 30.00 or 60.00 for your phone bill? Its highway rubber thats what it is.

When i called the guy answers the phone by saying yea was very rude and would not answer my questions I would not rexcomend going to this store at all

I went into the store yesterday 8/06/2018 about 6:48pm to pay my bill and I did know the store didnt close until 7 . First the rep didnt greet me I saw where he was counting the money and open sign was off but the door was open but it wasnt 7 . The rep was very rude I said I would like to pay my bill he said in a rude way im closed I then said well its not 7pm yet the rep then said well I got somewhere to go I then said well it not 7 he then said I said I got somewhere to go . I proceeded to ask for his supervisor name he said Im not going to tell you i the asked his name he said Im not going to tell you . If you going to hire young people make sure they know what Customer Service very rude unprofessional rep without a name badge and myself coming in to a store to make a payment it wasnt going to take 5 minutes.
