Good service got a cool spawn figure for my game room

Well on nov 11 2020 I purchased a wii for my grandson and today is Dec 20th the customer service was rude unknowled of his job duties as a customer service person. I just want my consile fixed asap

Called this location twice and was hung up on for no reason. Needs management help.

Customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Three employees “working” but only one offering to help the customers. The other two are just standing behind the counter flirting with each other. Flirt on your own time!!!’ Left the 3 games I was going to purchase and went to another GameStop

Store was clean and organized. Asked if we had masks which we had left them at home, no big deal we went to another store purchased two and returned. Upon returning sales clerk had his mask down below his chin... Now if you are not going to wear yours properly how can you enforce customers to do so? As for service he was rude.

Went to the GameStop in Petersburg Virginia today to buy a Xbox one station a controller and a couple of video games went home to find out that the Store associate never put the video games in their cases . You’re supposed to be able to hand them the game you want and then they’re supposed to put the video game in the case but that did not happen on this occasion . They should’ve been more attentive to the job at hand .

This is the only GameStop location I ever go to. This one puts the two Colonial Heights locations to shame. Employees are always willing to carry on a conversation with you about games, and are always informative. Ive been here countless times and cant think of one bad experience that Ive had.

Best GameStop in the area, way bigger than the two in Colonial He with a better selection of games if youre still planning the X-Box 360.
