I had to set up a E-Visit and i got to talk to NP Yoder... she was simply amazing. She was patient and listened to what i had to say and gave me information that i was unaware of. This was better than my PCP appointment. So glad i got to speak with her!!! She is amazing!!
This CVS needs a better Covid vaccine procedure. I come in for my appointment time, check-in and it takes forever for the pharmacy tech to even get to me because if someone else comes in to pick up a prescription, she goes and helps them. She gets no help at all, and then I’m left waiting for 20-30 minutes to get a shot that takes 2 seconds. I don’t know if it’s just this CVS or all CVS’s, but this is horrible and extremely annoying. Especially since I’m missing work to get this shot, and I’m just trying to get back to work ASAP.
Ive never had a problem with the pharmacy. Theyre busy, for sure, but helpful when needed. They found me a coupon for my inhaler when insurance wouldnt cover it.I appreciate that lady so much.
Pharmacy reps always sound exhausted and quick when I call in. :(
I CAN T GET MY COVID VAC BECAUSE I CANT FIND ALL MY INSURANCE INFO! IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE ANYWAY!
Very vague responses. Even the online appointments for COVID booster is so lengthy and asking for the insurance cards and asking repeated question. It becomes a frustrating experience.
I have submitted negative review too their survey based on my experience. Now I got a hostile email from their Pharmacy Manager. I am now moving all my meds to other pharmacy. I just can’t stand this place.
I just had my prescription switched over to CVS and I absolutely hate it. The customer service over there is awful. I never feel like they care about me at all. Their attitude is real as a matter of fact. I was told I have to start getting my prescription there but I am calling my insurance to see what I can do to avoid this having to deal with the kind of customer service.
Very helpful employees
Dont waste your time trying to call the pharmacy. They never bother to answer the phone. I have called here half a dozen times over a period of a week and literally never connected with anyone. Sat on hold for 10-15 minutes each time. Ive never encountered a pharmacy that literally just ignores their phone with no regard for their customers until now.
First I was scared to go to this location with all the bad reviews. When I dropped off my prescription, the rep in the pharmacy was nice. Definitely for first thing in the morning (we all are cranky first thing in the morning and wish to still be sleeping... Lets be honest people). He told me that my insurance might not cover one of my medicines, and informed me about Goodrx. So when I came back to pick it up, I gave them a coupon. Their system would not take it, but three of the workers (including the actual pharmacist) tried to use it. They even used their own phone to see why it would not take it. After many tries and failures, we gave up. I honor them for trying and being nice about it.
Opens at 8 everyone goes to work by 7, wasting my time being in my neighborhood smh... walgreen in pflugerville is 24 hours ..
I’m kind of shocked to see so many negative reviews. I guess they’re mostly centered around the pharmacy and I haven’t had any dealings with that. I’ve been in the store a handful of times and the cashiers are always very friendly and greet you on the way in. I went in tonight to get my passport photo. Both the cashier and manager were very helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. A+ for customer service (for the non-pharmacy staff, anyway!).
The biggest problem is every time and I mean every time i pick up a few things and go to check out, no one is there to help. I have given up looking for someone, i just leave my stuff on the counter and leave. I only go there for prescription because my insurance prefers them. Certainly not for the customer service.
Friendly customer service
The CVS Pharmacy is not friendly. They act as if its an inconvenience for them to get your prescription. In the drive thru, they dont greet you. They simply expect you to give them your name and what you need. Ill be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.
The pharmacy was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will not be going back no matter how conveniently located it is.
Very nice inside this store, well maintained and staff is friendly!
I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription. A woman picked up the phone and I explained I needed a refill, no response. I called the store back and was connected back to the Pharmacy. Same woman picked up the phone, she spoke so low I couldnt understand her. Then she kept asking me the same questions ten times. I spelled my name and gave her my date of birth 5 times and and she kept misunderstanding. Then she told me that my prescription was expired. Come to find out my prescription is not expired. Nothing makes me more angry than not having my medicine for a week thanks to this lady who needs to be retrained!!
The pharmacy closes at 8pm. The info given said the pharmacy closes at 9pm.
I just had a quick question for the pharmacy, so I walked up & stood at the drop off counter for what felt like forever. There were 4 employees right in front of me and no one helped or even acknowledged my presence. They all seemed to be working on something, but a simple Hi would have been great. Bummer that the pharmacys customer service isnt as nice as the brand new store. One tech in particular was dropping pills on the counter, picking pills up with her bare hands, dropped the pill counting tool on the floor. It all seemed so careless and unsanitary...On the plus side, the cashiers at the front have always been very helpful and friendly & the store is always clean. I might visit for a quick small purchase, but I will definitely be sticking with the competitor for my pharmacy needs.
I would not have even put one star if i didnt have to. I guess the costomer isnt always right.I tried to purchase eyelashes and glue ( the same brand ) i even checked them on the price checker and they all showed buy 2 get 1 free.I went to check out They all rung up on the screen buy 2 get 1 freeWhen it didnt take off the sale the cashier who was an older white lady with white hair said it wasnt on the sale which u can clearly read they all were. She gave me attitude and acted like im trying to steal or somthingI asked for the mannager. Her name was Peggy which the cashier paged her to the front. When she paged her to the front you could hear her let out a huge sigh of annoyance because she didnt want to have to come up to the register. She then came up to the register and I was trying to explain to her what was happening the cashier quickly interrupted me and said she wants me to override the sale which I explained to them I used to be a manager there for 2 years I know that sometimes the sales dont work and if for some reason they are all showing theyre on sale and its not taking out the discount there is a way to override it .Because I did work there for so long I know that you get customers that are trying to get free deals and things like that. Its just really upsetting no matter how rude the customer was to me or even if they werent right I never made them feel like they were going to be stealing something I was nicer to them then I was treated I wasnt even trying to do anything wrong i just wantes the sale.I probably will never go back to that store.
Wow customer service is terrible here, the lady in the pharmacy department literally hung up on me and did not want to help! Avoid this place at all cost. Last thing you need is for someone to be rude to you while you’re trying to get your daily medication for your wellness. They are TERRIBLE
The folks in the pharmacy department are always very busy but they do their best to wait on me in a timely manner and are always very professional and pleasant. Thanks!
I like the store not the pharmacy personnel. I went to get 2rxs filled January 10th, Saturday. I was brushed off, the tech told me he had no time to help me. My problem was that i work for omnicare pharmacy which had recently been bought out by CVS. Ive only worked there for 2 months but have yet to recieve my insurance card with BCBS Anthem. I explained this to the guy, he did try to see if he could get my ID number. He could not Find it. I then explained i had my CVS employee discount card which states that i could get rxs at AWP pricing. The tech then stated, oh, you must have insurance.. what? He hadnt paid one bit of attention to me. I had just finished explaining everything to him, he had just checked for my ID! I was in pain and really in no condition to put up with his idiocricies. I said please just charge me AWP pricing. He told me i would have to come into the store and it might take 45 minutes for him to figure it out and that he was really busy and did not have the time. Then he told me the cost for both prescriptions would be close to $50! Amoxicillin 875mg #20 would cost 23$!? Are you serious i told him. Im a cpht and i knew that was bogus info. I asked for my hard copies back. The male tech there is not caring at all towards pts. I will never go there again to the pharmacy. I would hope for him to become a kinder, caring, more helpful pharmacy tech. To me he was a dolt.I took my scripts to HEB and paid a total of $21 total. On their discount plan.I had figured Id get good service from my OWN company. Did not happen.
Alway very friendly.
Very rude pharmacist, seriously makes me never want to go there again.
Worst customer service in the front.
After moving the CVS it is much harder to get to and terribly understaffed.
Manager on duty was very rude and racial profiling, will never give my business to CVS.
Poor service.
