So refreshing to have someone like Jules during this troubled time for us. Our house was flooded during the winter storm and repairs required us to move all of our belongings. You can tell why she is the manager. She is super knowledgeable and speedy. She got us exactly what we needed right away. Great price, ask about promos. They have a free moving truck based on your stay. Ask for Jules she really is the Bee Safe Storage experience.

Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Very helpful. I was able to see the unit before anything was signed. All rules and lease were explained fully before lease was signed. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone.

There were plenty of options when it came to sizes, and we found just what we needed. It was really clean and felt safe and secure. I’m a college student and I desperately needed a storage unit and after looking around for a while I found this place. Bee safe is the best storage facility with the best prices. Kenzie and Morgan were non stop helping me and asking if I needed anything while moving my things. They give out the best customer service and I’m definitely coming back here next summer!

Morgan did a stupendous job on explaining not only the discounts & the temperature. She also explained too me how important it is to follow the rules. Even more so during the pandemic. She should own the joint!

Extremely pleased with my visit to BeeSafe. I was given a tour and lots of helpful information when I inquired about a space. Kenzie and Morgan friendly, courteous and the facility was clean, secure and even has supplies for purchase and a truck available for move-in. Well run--Ill tell my friends.

My company needed a storage facility rather fast to house our COVID-19 medical supplies. We looked at a few units for weeks and none of them had everything we needed EXCEPT Bee safe! Kenzie & Morgan have been the best from day one. What I appreciate most is them calling me to let me know something has been delivered to the facility seeing as how it’s been an issue for the delivery guys to contact our company prior to delivering. I would highly recommend them any day!

The gate was wide open all weekend long and the renters were not notified of the security breech. Not happy about that. Otherwise, the facility is spotless and very, very nice. The prices are fair as well.

My family and I are moving and we rented a space to help store some of our belongings before the big move. The SM, Morgan, and the GM, Kenzie were so kind and helpful with helping us situate ourselves. The service was amazing as Kenzie helped us bring some boxes in to store! The office itself was very clean and well organized with the two lovely ladies helping every step of the way!

My initial experience was a rocky start for sure, but the new staff was tremendous at fixing communication gaps. My only recommendation is being aware of the specific lock required for thier unit. You cant get away with any luck but a cylinder one so theyll sell you one, but if you want to buy one prior you might save a few dollars.But I always knew what was happening with my bill and they were always ready to help with questions. Facility was extremely well maintained so I never worried about the condition of my unit. They even have a truck for rent thats extremely helpful for moving in and out, and its also super affordable. Only a $100 deposit and its completely refundable as long as youre responsible with it.All in all Im grateful for the steps to improve from prior and Ill highly recommend them for people in the area

They Need to get carts that work

DONT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. Dont waste your time. The gate is never working. The 2 girls in the office Are RUDE. They act like they are 15. They are Disrespectful. They are never in the office. They are always goofing off. They act like the customers are and inconvenient to them. I wish i could give half a star. MOVE ON DONT RENT HERE. Manager Morgan and Kenzie need to work in daycare so they get paid to be a kid

This is the worst place ever. The store manager ( Morgan) and the General manager( Kenzie) are both children. No matter when I would walk in to the office they would be goofing off and horse playing. They are in no shape to be running and office. I stored at a REAL CubeSmart location and the store manger and the General manager at that location were very professional. I only moved to this location due to it was closer to my house well man I made a mistake doing so. I am very pleased that I have moved my things out and went to a REAL CubeSmart. DONT waste your time or money at this location ran by a bunch of kids. I have come in to the office and they are making copies of their face and hands ( to me wasting company money) . I have come in and they come in from the break room and they are out of breath and say they were sorry they were working out. Man get paid to work out must be nice DONT RENT HERE
