I have used uhaul multiple times in the past and have had issues two other times. This time I booked the 8’ pickup truck because my fiancé and I needed to take some stuff to the dump. We did not need anything bigger. Without telling me they changed my reservation to the 10’ bunny truck. When I expressed my frustration the woman at the check-in desk gave me attitude. I cancelled my reservation and left. I still need to take that stuff to the dump so I booked a cargo van from another location for another day but this being my third issue I have had with uhaul this will be the last time I use them for anything.

Its a U Haul. Every U Haul on Earth is terrible. You show up early and leave very late. They cannot help you and will not acknowledge you when youre there, even just returning equipment is a nightmare. You need to provide a second phone as if its the 90s so I give a fax line. And whats with the gas scam? The tank isnt full so you have to guess when you have filled it to the right level. Either you fill it too much and give them free gas or fill it too little and they charge 200% the gas cost. The other obnoxious move is the dolly. You tell them no dolly, no moving blankets but they put both in the truck. Now they are literally in the way and you have to haul around extra stuff all day. Its just obnoxious. Figure out a way to make it less obnoxious please.

Terrible service. Made a reservation for a 20 ft vehicle several weeks in advance. Upon arrival to the uhaul location, I was informed that they do not have a 20 ft truck in their lot. Such an inconvenience and lack of communication.

I cannot believe the horrible customer service I have received at this U-Haul location. I completed an online reservation for a trailer on April 9th one way to travel across country.The reservation pickup time was 4:00pm I arrived one hour early, the people at the counter (which seem annoyed) told me that I had to wait until 4:00pm to get the trailer since they were not back. I had a guaranteed trailer reservation.I waited until 3:30, went back into the office they informed that the trailers were not back yet but they were late, (the trailers were supposed to be back at 3:00), I waited and waited, the office staff finally called the people that had the trailers since I was not going to leave.The staff informed me that the trailers were now not going to come back until Monday and that I would receive a $50.00 credit since my reservation was guaranteed.I had movers and family waiting to help me load the trailer. I informed the staff that I needed a trailer today. I then had to assist the lady at the counter on where the closest trailer was located which ended up being in Bastrop Feed Store. 1.5 hours away in rush hour traffic.I arrived at the Bastrop Feed Store which was a totally different experience they went out of there way to assist me and help me in any way they can where in Pflugerville they could have cared less.If it has not been for the Bastrop Feed Store I would have never gotten the trailer and on the road for the cross country trip.It has now been over 3 weeks, I call Uhaul in Pflugerville everyday, no response, I am put on hold for more than 45 minutes, have yet to see the $50.00, I was charged for blankets that I did not receive, drove 1.5 hours and pay movers extra money to stay. It cost me an extra $150.00 for this UHauls locations lack of customer service.If you want good customer service do NOT go to Three Points in Pflugerville, horrible experience.If you want a Great experience go to Bastrop Feed Store, it is worth the drive.As of today, May 3rd, I have not spoken to anyone at Three Points,

The U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pflugerville TX location was sending an invoice to my out of state home that did not belong to me. Each month, I returned the invoice and marked not at this address as well as contacting the location and discussing this with an employee(s). This went on 4-5 months . Today I received another invoice and being very frustrated & irritated called. I was lucky enough to speak to Brittany, who not only called the customer to get the correct address, but also called me back to let me know that this ongoing issue was FINALLY resolved. A big shout out to Brittany who went above and beyond !!!Thank you !

Best uhaul in the game! Customer service is amazing, they have online access so you don’t even need to go inside if you don’t want to. Very busy but they manage time and people and equipment well. I’ve been multiple times and will always recommend this location and use this location when picking my uhaul services!

Waited an hour and a half to get my trailer, and when I got it it wasn’t very dirty with lots of mud on the floor which I went home and cleaned so I won’t get charged for it. No clear explanation of charges and fees, just said to “bring it back and you’ll get a bill for it.” Didn’t get much help with my trailer nor did I receive any safety instructions such as securing the chains and working ratchet straps, just left the truck and trailer there and said I was good to go. Terrible experience, would def not recommend

The message on their phone said they are an essential business and they are open. They are not open!!! When everyone is urged to stay off the roads I made a wasted trip for propane risking myself and others because they are too sorry to change their answering machine.

Not allowed to tow personal trailers as per manager. Was sent to this location after the preferred location did not have a truck to rent.Has no disclaimers on U-haul website. Even called to confirm reservation and nothing was noted. Showed up for pick up and was informed.

What would have otherwise been a good experience was made awful by an employee named Anthony Tompkins. We were using a uhaulDolly acquired from my friends parents who forgot to return it years ago and since they’ve been charged for it they effectively own it but that’s besides the point.When we returned the truck and loaded up the dolly he asked if we were returning the dolly . I explained that we did not rent the dolly from them, it was not theirs and would be returning it to the people who lent it to us . He did not ask to see the uhaul serial number on the dolly nor check our order which would have confirmed we did not rent a dolly nor could we have somehow stolen one after hours and if we had there are cameras.10 minutes later I’m emailed a bill for 125$ and when I responded asking why he said it was for the stolen dolly and they’d refund it when it was returned. I again explained the situation and demanded they drop the charge. Their response was to encourage me to file a police report.After an hour on the phone I was eventually ableTo reach the regional office and file a dispute where I assume after they check the serial I provided the matter will be dropped but I certainly won’t forget this awful experience and hope others will avoid this location and choose another nearby to save themselves a LOT of Trouble.Heck it was so bad I actually wrote a review, I basically never do that .

Some guy answers the phone and because I wanted a quote before I gave him my card information he said I won’t be able to promise you a truck with out your card. I said that was fine, I still want the quote and he says ok, have a nice day and hangs up on me.Don’t waist your time calling them. They obviously don’t care.

Rented an auto transporter from this location and had issues with the lights no working properly (no break, running or blinker lights). The issue was related to fuses blowing. The equipment was a one day rental. I received a call from the clerk asking if I was going to make it to the location within the hour because they were about to close. I informed her that we were at an auto parts store trying to get the lights to work on the transporter. I let her know that as soon as we were able to get them working, I would be returning it. That is was not safe and was illegal to have it on the road without the light working. She told me no problem, just use the after hour drop to complete your return. We returned the equipment about an hour after they closed, returned the equipment as instructed. The following day, the location charged my credit card for an additional day of rental. I have been disputing this charge for days now. Without going into long quoted dialect, I will just say the manager at this location is very rude. The tone and attitude he gives is very unprofessional and leads one to believe he has not had any formal training or degreed education in management. I refuse to speak to him again. This individual refuses to remove the extra day charge, even knowing the reason for the delay and my notification of the issue prior to their closing. I have contacted the corporate to get this charge off of my card.

After canceling my reservation and trying to get a truck again which was unavailable Ms. Victoria went above and beyond securing me a truck within reasonable distance and at the same rate. This was my 2nd time using them and WOULD definitely make it a 3rd if need be. Much Thanks

Made a reservation for a van online and when I got to uhaul the van was much smaller than what was listed on the website. Spent 20 minutes trying to pick up the van using the no contact mobile solution but the app never showed the pick up button. Finally walked up to the door only to find out i cant rent tge van because i do not have a major credit card. All around really bad experience.

The staff is not friendly or helpful. I called before heading over to ensure that they could do what I needed, the person that answered the phone confirmed that he was physically at the location and they could definitely help me today. I went it, stood in line for 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t help me. That by itself wouldn’t have been as big of a deal to me but when I tried to explain that I just called the staff was rude and dismissive.

Did a ubox, hitch, and 6x12 trailer. The group here was great to us and made things easy. Bruce, the manager, even took extra time to insure we were good to go. Would recommend this location. Sometimes there is a wait but it happens everywhere.

I called multiple time just to ask a simple question and the phone ranged and it hung up on me. Not wasting my time anymore.

This place is under staffed. Only one employee on site from what I could tell. After waiting my turn I was pushed to the back of a very long line for not having a reservation. I left to another uhaul who helped me with no issues and no reservation.

I really like renting here. The folks are really nice and I usually get in and out pretty quickly.

Their propane tank is broken so if you need a refill dont come here, find somewhere else.

I used to NOT like this location, but I recently rented a truck and liked the staff so much that I rented two more times from them. Caring, laid back staff. They arent in a hurry, but they arent going to screw you over either

The person working in the yard was extremely rude. I was backing up a trailer into a spot and he didnt like the speed at which I was doing so. He stuck his hand in the window turned my steering wheel while I was driving causing me to almost run his foot over. He proceeding to call me stupid and cant drive in front of my daughter.If this was my company, I would not want someone like this representing my brand. I will no longer be a patron of Uhaul.

Pay close attention to the reviews about wait times over an hour with only 1 employee working. Im here on a Saturday, 1 hour later still in line. The 1 employee said this is the way it is every day, U-Haul is aware and doesnt give AF. Spare yourselves a LONG wait and go somewhere else.

The WORST customer service ever, the women in the front office are rude and lazy, the answers there prefer to give out is we can not do that on this computer. Then get upset and treat you as if you were a child if you do not surrender your cell phone to them so they can read the order number on the email sent to you from Uhaul, instead of accepting me reading it to them. This is MY phone, I pay the bills on it, I own it, and ALL the information on it is MINE!!!! I decide if you see my phone or not LIL GIRL Yes I did write a letter to uhaul corporate office.

This is my preferred Uhaul, it is close to where I live and the staff here are very nice and professional. I actually have other Uhaul locations just as close, but the staff and selection of available trucks and trailers keep me returning here.

This location its horrible! I called the day before to confirm my reservation and make sure theres not going to be an issue since I did my reservation on May 29th (1month in advance), the gentleman that picked up the phone told me that they did not have the truck I had reserve which it was a 17. He then provided me with a phone number for the next closest location, this brought to many phone numbers which at then of my fifth location the gentleman told me that the truck was at the first location.Note that I found out about this on the day that I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9:45am when my reservation was at 8am.Its now 11:05am, the guy attending us yelled my husbands name and told my husband in front of everyone that we were late without even checking the notes on the system! We are still waiting to be attended and we are supposed to return our truck at 4:30pm which they also dont want to extend our time even though its 11am and we have not touch the truck yet!!!This is a horrible location and I will never be renting any other trucks from them.My friend had told me to go with Penske from the beginning and I see why now.Dont waste your time!

UBox- truck broke down and they took a month to pick it up *and Still Charged me for that month!!!then when the UBox finally got to the location, I was unable to gain access to it- because:The counter is so busy (understaffed) that they never answer the phone ... to be able to pull out the box to access it! I called four times and had to physically go to the store to request it TWICE, before I was able to gain access.** It took over a month of calling *again I was charged and unable to empty it... during that time.The second time I was physically there, they had promised the day before to have it pulled (it was not!) and that it would be ready for me the next day at 9am.Guess what, It was NOT pulled down or out!! Then, I had to wait in line for 45 minutes (1 person on the desk on a Sat.!!) for them to finally pull out my box! *Never Again*

Went to rent a $19.95 (+ .19/mile) van. They had several, but said they were all on hold or in for service. This was at 3pm with no waiting in line. We had no choice but to upgrade to a moving truck which was .80/mile. They said we had to buy insurance. The trip meter was way off. We drove 14 miles, but it said 21 miles. Save your money and pay a friend to help you with their truck or minivan.

Understaffed! At this moment we have been waiting in line for 90 minutes and still have 5 people ahead of us!Extremely poor management! People using this service typically have others waiting and are on a tight time schedule. If you plan to use this service budget an additional two hours into your day.

Incredibly slow service, the employees clearly did not care about anybody waiting. Plus the exit leading out to the road has a huge dip and made it extremely difficult to get out without damaging my car.

Garbage place. Line was out the door, computers freezing up, didn’t have appliance dollys after I reserved over a week prior, employees had a hard time finding keys to the truck, they allowed other customers to park in front of trucks blocking the driveway. Rude employees.

Damaged items resulting from their improper planning. When they sprayed the storage room doors a new orange coat, some extra paint settled down on my property, furniture, etc.. highly disappointed.
