You found the right place! Life Storage Pflugerville is the best storage spot Ive ever used. Always clean and well-maintained. Staff is amazing! Brittany helped me with getting the right size spot, and was patient, KIND, and efficient when I had to change to larger area. She helped me get a truck rental from another location. Brittany also assured me my personal info would be protected from my ex. Super customer service all-around! Cant say enough good!

Clean facilities. I’ve had other experiences with storage facilities, but here at Life Storage they have been really good. Been doing business here for 7 years, and I’m still very happy. Brittney is Great! Michael is very much on top of things here. Price is right. This has made my experience easy.

This is the best experience Ive ever had at a storage unit. I have a 10x15 and got a reasonable price to use it for my small business storage. The manager Brittney has been so helpful during my setup. Shes helping me set up deliveries and even checking them in for me. Im so grateful that I found this place and the management is top notch!!

Someone broke into my unit. Would not recommend this place. No cameras in the actual storage unit areas. But someone had enough time to cut through the safe in the picture.

Reason for 1 star: 1). They have only 1 elevator. You are screwed if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The elevator is constantly broken for days on end. You have to inconveniently carry your stuff down many flights of stairs because of this. 2). They say they have a secured building but the door keypad is broken as well as the bay door. Anyone can come in, its been this way for months and the paper taped to the wall says it will be that way “until further notice”. People have broken into units recently because of this. 3). Nobody in management walks around the place. There was an abandoned unit with junk all in the hallway and a wide open door for at least a week and a half. 4). They say it’s climate controlled but it’s roasting hot or freezing cold in our unit at all times. Clearly indicating that they are not climate controlling the place! There’s more but this used to be a great place when Jimmy was running it. The new management was talking to us about how it was too much money to get someone out there on Sunday to fix the elevator. Its so overpriced at $175 a month and we’ve been paying it for years. I don’t appreciate a company like this that lets their place fall apart and doesn’t care at all about customers, just their bottom line. Anywhere else would be better than here.

This place is AWESOME! Jimmy and Theresa are amazingly genuine, kind, and understanding. The kind of relationship they give would be of a Mom and Pop storage facility, friends, almost family. Thank you so much for being that way when we, my wife Tamara and I, were homeless all of a sudden. Needing to work into the late night hours we were given access to a very secure facility. Their kindness is not forgotten!!!God Bless Yall

Wonderful facility! The cleanliness, security, and hospitality just cannot be beat. I have utilized this location for over a year now with three separate units and I couldnt be any happier. The staff, especially the sites store manager Jeremy, is extremely gracious, courteous and attentive to customer needs! Cannot beat the location and price either!

Customer service is great and very friendly! I have not used a storage facility in over 20 years, and what a difference of improvements. I really like the climate control and how easy to excess the building. Love knowing all the security they have 24/7. I also like that they have equipment you can use without charging you. Would highly recommend them.

I lost the keys to my unit and William the manager only charged me the cost of a new lock ( a little over $17) to get into my unit instead of hiring a locksmith. Great customer service!

My safety is as important to them as it is to me.They also sell moving supplies so I never need to go elsewhere, another convenience.The REAL reason I have never moved, in spite of price increases over the years, is the manager. The customer service he provides is the BEST!!! You cant put a price on customer service...the manager is that great!

They were great to work with, until we actually stored our stuff there. We were looking for a short-term solution while we were moving homes. The first time we went to take items out of our storage unit, the elevator was broken, so we had to carry all our items down the stairs. The second time we went to remove the remainder of our items, we discovered that several of our boxes were soaking wet, either from the unit above us or from the outside. When we contacted the employee on duty, he told us that all we could do was file an insurance claim; No apology or attempt to make the situation better. A very disappointing experience.

Lifestorage of Pflugerville was awesome! Jeremy and his staff were not only professional, they were super nice as well. If you need a place to put your stuff, this is the spot!

The Manager, Jeremy, has Awesome Customer Service! I reserved a unit for move-in on the last day of the month, but circumstances caused me to need the unit sooner. I called and Jeremy said no problem, just come in when you are ready! I previously rented a storage unit with LifeStorage in a different city, so it was an extremely fast process to complete the rental agreement with LifeStorage of Pflugerville. I am very thankful and appreciative of the Customer Care provided, not to mention, the facility (grounds and inside) are immaculately clean - my kind of place! I know I made the right choice. This place just to be awsome, new management and front desk people are the worst!! Please look somewhere else, this place is a bunch of laiers and the dont follow the rules, doors locked after 12 even if you pay more to have access, lock the restroom and elevator doesnt work most of the time, worst place in this area.
