My experience with My Attic Self storage was great. The manager on-site, Rick, was very helpful in getting me all signed up. I relocated from the midwest to down south and he was very reassuring that he will be on-site when I arrived in town (after closing hours) to get me all set up, which was something I was worried about. Great storage facility great management my only complaints is there is no bathroom at all and no power outlets which was inconvenient if you wanted to see if something was working or garbage. Just adds an extra sorting session at the homestead where you obviously have no room to do such things hence why you need storage in the first place. Great prices for inside climate controlled storage tho. Bad place if you have incontinence.

I’ve been with this storage company for over 2 years now. Chose this place due to location and the climate controlled indoor units. It’s also a very well kept site.I’m giving this company a 3 star rating because the current management is not very efficient, at times tends to get irritated with customer questions and does not have knowledge on certain processes. Management acts like you’re a bother to them.The original management team who signed me up was very knowledgeable about the storage industry as this had been their career. I felt welcomed to be a customer - this current management team, not so much.Another reason for the 3 star rating is that the unit rental price keeps going up each year - now I’m seriously considering going somewhere else and not caring about location convenience.

When there is new manager, Things change sometimes for the worst. I been renting a unit for a while and when the previous manager, we would always be able to use the platform rolling dollies that were free to use. Last time I went there I was surprised to see that the door were they storage those dollies now has a padlock. and we cannot use them. I as a customer dont appreciate that at all

Ive had my things off and on at My Attic Storage for about 9 months. Very clean. Plenty of space because the units have high ceilings. Initially, a couple named Brad and Teri were managers. The price was reasonable and they were simply wonderful to work with. Then, the management changed. The new manager is professional, but unfriendly. Whenever I talk to him, I always get the idea hes the boss and Im a minion. The monthly price went up over 10%, so I moved my things out.

Went to move out yesterday and found that my indoor, climate-controlled unit in building A had been flooded. Flood happened sometime between Dec 23 and Dec 28. I found out from office staff that a regional manager had been out to assess property damage and made a report, yet no effort had been made to contact me when the flood was discovered so that I could save my belongings: antique desk, Kitchen Aide, sewing machine and boxes of art books and foreign editions of Japanese literature. I understand that things happen, but the fact that they knew about the flood and did not contact me shows complete negligence, disregard for customers and incompetence. When I opened my unit and discovered my soaked belongings, the office staff told me to contact the insurance company. They exhibited zero concern. He took some pictures but offered no help. The propery manager (who was not there) wouldn’t speak to me on the phone, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by providing boxes for me to repack. Just astounding.

When we moved our items out of storage and begin unpacking them, we found everything was covered in MOLD. There was water damage on everything. All of our clothes, books, photos, and more were completely ruined from water damage. They did not notify us about the water damage and referred us to a third party insurance that gave us the run around. In the end, we spent and lost thousands of dollars that My Attic has not even attempted to make right.

My attic self storage in Pflugerville, Tx is awesome! I got a unit for my daughter and son-in-law, as they were moving home from out of state. The staff was super friendly an very helpful, I have been with them know for almost 9 months an have never had any issues! They are great!
