I strongly discourage anyone from using this location.I put online order 25/7 track share for 6.30am, assuming if anything went wrong the office opens at 7am and a clerk will help me. Night before I did checking to make sure it is alright. At arrival the app gave me warning my track is hand delivered and requires a clerk to go on.. The office hours at front door tells 7am, so it was ok.. but the message on the app said I need to wait until 8am. I.e. 1.5hous abive the original reservation. This is worst experience with uhaul.Im sure last night the clerk was lazy and mutually changed my reservation for hand delivery to make himself comfortable at the morning.
