The rental procedures were good and the codes worked to enter into the facility. The workers did a good job in setting up the unit before I got there to begin moving boxes.

Yesterday I bought a storage unit from an auction, when I called to confirm that I would be there, a sweet young woman voice answered the phone. She then tells me that I am her first auction winner, she wanted to make sure shes doing everything right. Theres nothing wrong with asking for help. She was a very polite and helpful young woman. By hands down, I wish she could answer the phone all the time

I quickly found Extra Space Storage and like the previous reviews suggest, this company has anything I could possibly need for my extra storage needs. It’s convenient and the agent that I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable, so efficient, and most of all, pleasant to work with!

Great place for storing your belongings. I loved that it has a coded gate so they can keep track of who’s on the property. Reasonable prices, it was the cheapest I found and I shopped around before I found them. Conveniently located as well. I’ll definitely be back for my storage needs.

Over the years Ive used several different storage companies and none of them compare to this one. I have 2 units here. I have to mention the assistant manager Megan. I have NEVER met a more professional, friendly or helpful person at any place Ive done business at than her. Shes a true professional. I wish I had 10 employees like her. Everytime I come here (which is 6 times a week) she is always doing something productive. Keep up the great work Megan. 5 stars is as high as I could rate. Id give it another 5 stars if I could.

Very easy online rental process. After completion I received a text from Mike giving exact direction on entering my code and a map showing the location of my unit. When I arrived the unit was clean with the lock and keys inside and the package bottom slit open so I didnt have to struggle with it. Also in there was a pamphlet with all the pertinent information for the unit.

Very quick and easy, great price, great location and the entire process only took a few minutes. Would use again in the future. Mike did a amazing job of keeping me informed and making the process quick and easy.

Mike is friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and offered me great pricing. The units are clean and there is pest control . The gate is now operational and it looks so much better than when the previous owners had it.

We made a reservation online to store an enclosed trailer while we were down here on vacation and we immediately received a call asking about our needs. They were so helpful and even found us a better storage option for less than half the price! They have great customer service and the place is clean and secure.

Mike was very professional and gave me my first month free. A breath of fresh air compared to the previous owners. The Road leading into the storage units has also been repaved compared to the pothole infested road that the old owners had for their customers to navigate through. Mike also told me that they are putting in brand new doors on the units which I was also impressed by. All in all a good experience and I would definitely suggest using Extra space storage.

I moved in Oct. 2016 to Florida. I moved 11 times since then in 3.5 years. It is unusually tough here in Pinellas Co. to find a good place with the right price and good neighbors. Till you find the right place you may need a storage unit. I know I did! Great location, affordable too. I rented the small size unit and you would not believe how much I could fit in there. Till I found that right place to live, this storage unit really helped me from loosing my mind. If I ever need a Storage Unit again, I will return to Extra Space Storage.

My contract states the units are available on Sundays till 5. Here I am at 3 and the place is locked up.If youre going to change your hours. Let a customer know. Winging it is never a good business practice.This is not good for me. But I hope youre enjoying your day off.
