The staff was very friendly and helpful. Noah did an amazing job explaining all the details of the rental to me and made everything simple to understand. The place is very clean and well kept. I definitely recommend this place to people if they ever need to store their extra items.

A friend of mine has a storage unit here n the girl who work during the day, Neka, that girl is always running around doing something. Shes either cleaning or making sure her customers are happy. Thats great to see. Great job Neka, better choice by Public Storage!

DO NOT store your belongings there! The roof leaks and theres rats eating your stuff. My experience was so bad that I was crying throwing away family heirlooms, my kids school pictures and stuff my baby brother made for me before he passed away. I can NEVER get any if that back. The worst part is the supervisor was there and he refused to talk to us. He just left! Now they wont do anything about it! I WISH I could post pics on here, because you would not believe how bad it was!

I’ve had a unit at this location since July 2016 & I’ve had no issues with the facility or my unit whatsoever. I also could not have asked to work with a better staff than this one. I’ve had plenty ups & downs since renting this unit but this incredible staff has always been willing & ready to work with me through any circumstances. I have to put a special spotlight on Neka, who is the property manager at this location. Neka is everything that you could ask for a person in her position. It’s very rare to work with someone as empathetic, as kind & as genuine as Neka. When I came down from Ohio to start the process of clearing out my unit, not only did she ask me if I needed help with anything, she also came & helped me when she could during her down time even when I told that I didn’t want to add on extra work for her & it would be OK. You never know what people are going through when they have to get a storage unit but when you have someone like Neka that you are able to work with, it makes experience 10x easier & honestly, Public Storage should be lucky to have someone like her on their team. I also have to give a huge kudos to Ria, who I’ve worked with countless times over the phone & she is a star for the company as well. It was great working with the both of them & I wish them both the absolute best.

My mom Lillie Daniels stores here & Neka took an hour out of her day to help my mom when she seen she was struggling. My mom is 75 years old & I appreciate what she did as i just had surgery & couldnt help her lift anything. My mom even tried to tip her but she wouldnt take it & just asked that we do a google on her behalf. She is an awesome person. God bless you Neka!

I originally did an E-rental and I ended up picking a location too far for us but I had already paid! So I called this location to see what we could do, if anything can be done.. like a transfer being we haven’t moved anything into the other locations. When I tell you Shawna thats who I spoke to! She had the best customer service from the from the very beginning and listen to the mess I got myself into with renting a space at the wrong storage! She immediately jumped into action made SEVERAL calls on my behalf to help and ended up get us a refund and helping us get into this location! Moving can be stressful enough and when I tell you she did the up most to make things right for us! She is amazing! My whole experience with the other location was not good from the beginning but Shawna made me completely forget about all of that! I absolutely recommend this location because of Shawna, she is so helpful, kind she had so much patience with me. Thank you so very much Shawna you’re a fabulous!!! My unit was robbed 100% and they’ve done nothing about it. Our lock was cut and replaced with a new one... I don’t recommend coming here and using their storage facilities. They knew that there was a string of robberies and they neglected to notify their clients. They are irresponsible

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you to the entire staff and Mandy. They made it a very easy process for me to leave my vehicle with them as I moved out of the country. They were very accommodating and being so kind when I called from Puerto Rico to ask about my vehicle. I had a peace of mind leaving it there. They wanted to start billing us more so we canceled our membership and they continue to charge us. Went in at 10am today to see why and the doors were locked with no one inside.

She confirmed the size I requested would be adequate, showed me the unit, and got me completely set up in enough time to drop off some stuff then get to work on time. When I came to the establishment I was greeted by a very happy and polite lady named Christine Catalano. She explained all of the different units and there prices. I explained what I was storing and she came up with a nice size unit for what I needed. She started the paper work and made things very easy. I havent seen many people in a long time, take their time and have the patience to explain everything, and do it in a polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Christine.

Id have to say that this facility is at the top of my list of favorites! Jennifer and her staff are outstanding to work with really get the meaning of customer service and going above and beyond. Our business requires us to travel and make multiple purchases throughout several counties every month and I know that when we rent from Jen I can look forward to a clean unit, a well-kept facility and a wonderful smile behind the desk. I wish I could rate the facility and staff higher...but sadly I cant.

Decent location with competitive entry-level rates, but read the small print: that great deal that gets you the space is likely to increase monthly.Also, non-climate controlled units are subject to roaches. Dont store food and if you use cardboard, destroy it before you take them into a home -- roaches can live inside of the folds and fibers if cardboard as well as lay eggs there.

Had the best with Kam! We looked a few units and she found me a climate control in my price range! And she’s totally hilarious!

This is a sham. You have to buy their locks, their insurance and if you are so much as 30 min late with a payment, they lock your shed. Rediculous
