Best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. They bent over backwards to help us and did an EXCELLENT job altering my daughter’s dress. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

My mother in law went in with my 15 year old daughter to find a dress. Salesperson was very pushy, and intrusive. Woman that worked there looking at how the dress fit my daughter, was tugging the dress and pulled it off my daughter baring her chest in the middle of a crowded store. Left with dress, fast forward 3 days, we have to take the dress back because it didnt fit as well as we liked. Only offered store credit or the dress to be altered. Dress was then altered without permission or even asked. Altered in a way thats not ok for a 15 year old. Charged for the altering that we didnt ask for and now the dress is ruined. Worst place to do business with. Only received the 1 star because I had to rate it in order to describe the worst experience I have ever had dress shopping.

Excellent customer service. If you want a personal shopping experience this is the place not like the big chain box stores. If they dont have what youre looking for they will order it for you. If youre looking for an old world 1 on 1 experience and not a hurry up and buy,I have other customers waiting experience this is the place.

This store is very small. At first glance it seems like a wide variety of dresses, but with a closers look there were few size choices. Also, please be aware they DO NOT REFUND. They only offer STORE CREDIT. Pretty BIG issue if you are not happy or party theme changes. My suggestion is to shop somewhere that does offer refunds. We are out a lot of money because of this. Also they seem to cater to tuxedo rentals. There is no way to shop online, even though they are supposed to have catalogs, they only have a snapshot of items. Customers should be your life line when you are providing services. I suggest they do more to accommodate refunds with a receipt!
