We went to this Starbucks twice while on our mini vacation to the central coast. We stayed in a hotel close by so it was a convenient location with super Friendly and helpful staff. My boyfriend wanted a tea that was sweet but had energy in it. So they made him a delicious tea that was passion fruit with lemonade and half strawberry 🍓 acai sweetened. It hit the spot to where he craved it the next day as well. We were happy to run into the staff member before she left for the day at the end of her morning shift to ask how to order the drink she made for him. Kindness and patience goes along way. Thank you for both.

I was coming in late and the staff member was cleaning up. She was so nice and accommodating. Her coworker was on break but she was cleaning then fulfilling 2 drink orders at the same time (web order and mine)she was great and the service was top notch and the drinks are what I expect from Starbucks. Added bonus clean bathrooms

Fun stop near Pismo beach

Not the most convenient location or the most efficient starbucks but it works. Phone orders take a little longer, which means they may not make it a priority and when they get to it, you are inside waiting for your order.

The only time I go to Starbucks is when I travel and I cant find a local coffee shop near me. Starbucks of course is everywhere. I now know why I still dont go to Starbucks on a daily basis like most people I know. There were three people getting coffee and it took quite 20 minutes to get one coffee drink. They seem stressed maybe they just got over at rush I have no idea. No biggie again my three stars is... its just okay.

The Pismo Starbucks is a great stop. They are working through the current virus restrictions efficiently. We were served in a safe and quick manner.

We were coming back from Big Sur to Santa Barbara and I needed a caffeine fix. We ordered on app and once there, she came to us with drinks and warm cookies. We never got her name but she was God sent. Loved it!!!

The best Starbucks ever!! The morning staff is always so friendly, and quick, even at the super early hours. Ive never seen them get an order wrong, and theyre sooo good with the few unpleasant customers that have come in. Love starting my day with a good coffee from great staff.

They are the only starbucks in 100 miles that didnt put ice in my nitro brew. You dont put ice in a nitro brew. Also the only one to remember the sweet cream. Lots of mistakes at most Starbucks in the past month.

Oh my gosh have the best caramel frappuccinos. The lady was super nice extra Cool whip and she put it in a large container for me. When I just ordered the medium it was super delicious≥fast and friendly service

Just left this Starbucks after waiting 10 mins for an iced coffee with 2 shots. Left, took a drink and super disappointed to find that they put some type of gross sweetener in it. Flavor is overbearing so gotta start off my workday by throwing out an almost $6 dollar drink I can’t even enjoy. Counting down the days until Coffee Bean reopens.

Once again I find myself walking out from a line that doesnt move-this is common in most Starbucks now unfortunately. because of online orders and short staff. us patrons who choose to walk in are left walking out. this has nothing to do with hard working staff but the stupid business model that starbucks thinks is so great. I only hope that there is a day when online customers end up waiting and complaining and the model changes.

I was very impressed, the Starbucks staff was not the typical dull and scripted. They were kind funny and witty and they act as though they enjoyed their job. I do think the other Starbucks should take note and be less over scripted. I was also impressed by the knowledge of the young Barista Julia.

Disappointed with green tea frappe. Ordered it and waited 15-minutes. Finally walked up to counter and see it just sitting there. Ice melted and watery. Apparently not called to come and get it. Just set on counter and forgotten. Workers walked back and forth by it not concerned with drink sitting by itself for 15 minutes. I guess you need to stand there and watch someone getting it ready. Thank goodness I only stop in once a year.

I go into this Starbucks every week, usually on Thursdays. Today, I had a very demeaning experience:Racial Profiling.I walked into the store and spoke English the entire time and the barista decided to speak to me in Spanish. I continued to respond to him in English until finally I decided to speak up and ask why he was speaking to me in Spanish. He proceeded to say that it was because of my ACCENT and that he was from Mexico too. Lets begin with the fact that I AM NOT FROM MEXICO and end with how horrible the service was that I continued to receive right up to the end. To make matters worse, he ended up cowering somewhere in the back and someone else ended up having to take control of the situation that he had created. I hope no one else has to experience this ignorance.

Saturday morning and they are out of sausage sandwich, ham and Swiss, butter, cream cheese. Poor management. Went down the highway to the one by in and out and they had everything in half the time.

I love this Starbucks location. The staff is nice and knows what they are doing, it is well located, and every third Wednesday there is a Deaf social put on by the signing staff, which is great to go to if you are Deaf or know ASL.

Its a Starbucks, so its what you would expect. The layout is a bit tight with only one door and it was crowded when I went. Seemed better suited for take out than sitting.

Extremely slow service. I ordered on my mobile app and they said 4-8 mins. I waited for 10 mins then went in for my order. It was not ready and they did not start making the order until I asked for my order. If I had the time to wait in line I would not have used the mobile app. While I was waiting for my order I wrote this review. It took a total of 16 mins to get my order; which is way longer than the time frame they gave me of 4-8 mins. This location also lost 4 customers during the time I was here due to the long line. Please give a realistic time frame on the mobile app or actually make the drinks when you get the order. P. S you did not make my drink correctly........ Not pleased

One of the worst experiences I have had at Starbucks, let pet dogs in, which is a CA health code violation. Dude making drinks kept telling customers inquiring about their drimk that there are 30 drinks ahead of yours. After about 20 minutes wait for an Americano I got refund for my drink and walked out.

The staff was nice, but these guys need to work on getting drinks out in a timely manner. Been waiting over 20 minutes for my over priced coffee while sweating my a** off because they had no ac.
