One of the best parts (no pun intended) is the Knowledgeable sales people. The other part (again, no pun intended) is they seem to always have what we need, its great to have a LOCALLY OWNED parts store in town! Buy LOCAL.I will always shop there.

Not as very clean store. I asked about transmission fluid and took a while to get an answer. I feel like I was a bother. This is why I generally use Auto Zone.

Terrible place. I got a new AC system for my car with a lifetime warranty. After just a few months the system went out. It cost me hundreds of dollars the first time just for the mechanics to put it in. I talked to Napa to see if they would cover the labor charge since it was clearly their AC system. They refused to cover it. Now I have to pay a mechanic lots of money again to replace it. Napa needs to get better equipment, or back up what they sell all the way.

They tried hard to help but a similar type of help instead of the proper replacement part is just not the same . The right new part is now on its way from Amazon . Napa is still #1 .

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Its also the only place in town to get those hard to find parts that the other chain stores dont carry.

Not impressed. My son got a very expensive part for his vehicle with a 2 year warranty. He had to pay a lot of money to have it put in. Then just a few months later it went out and now Napa is refusing to help him pay for the labor to install the new part. They even admit it was a failure of their equipment.
