Prices are reasonable as well.Edit: Had an appt to get my AC filled, turns out my classic is so old and untouched they had to quote a whole retrofit. Called me back, the price had gone up a whole $9. Had to have them repeat that, had to be a mistake. Nope, the price was correct. Great establishment!

Took my car in because it had a flat, left it and ran an errand. Within 15 minutes, theyd called me, told me what was wrong, told me what replacement tires they had in stock, and put my spare on for me. Very informative, very helpful, very kind.

I went in to have my wheels balanced. Everybody there was friendly and helpful. I have aftermarket wheels and hadnt had the new pressure sensors programed to the computer so I was stuck with a low pressure light. Ford wanted $50 to program them. Kansasland did it for free without me even having to ask. The service also comes with free lifetime balancing after the initial payment. Ill definitely be returning to them with any other issues I have. I cant recommend them highly enough.

A great garage, in addition to car and truck tires they offer alignments and general engine repair. Staff is pleasent and knowledgeable. Work is done in a timely manner, it is best to make an appointment though, they stay pretty busy.

This business is unprofessional! I was driving to Kansas City from Parsons and right out side of Pittsburg, my fuel lines ruptured and leaked fuels right into my engine flames which could have been disastrous! I know this was what was happening because I used to be a mechanic at Cornell University. At this point it was about 1:30am in the morning, and my only hope was to call Kansasland. They did not answer! This is horocious! I needed my car fixed immediately and they did not answer! This forced me to spend money on driving my car dangerously and to spend money on a VERY expensive hotel! I called them in the morning and they said they couldn’t get me in for two weeks!! What is this!?!? This forced me to spend 15 more nights in this expensive hotel spending my own money. I will admit once they did get me in, they did a very nice job of sewing up my fuel lines so it looked like a carhart jacket. Very nice! They even did me a solid of refueling my windshield wiper fluid, and fuel tank!! Good job! Hence the only reason I gave them an extra star.This happened about 2 months ago so they may have improved since then. I am not sure.I have another story about this place that you people online may want to read as well. About four years ago I was staying in Pittsburg for my cousins wedding when this terrible driver was backing out of a parallel parking spot and they hit my front fender. I took my car to Kansasland and they botched the job so bad, the whole front end of my car came off!!! (I will leave an image below.) They told me my car was faulty and made me pay for it! Granted, after the expenses they fixed it up nicely. Not sure if this is completely relevant considering this happened four years ago, but still thought this should be known.I hope this will help all you review readers make your decision on if this is a good place to take your automobile or not.

Replaced my defective tire very quickly. I had to buy a new tire but at least Im back on the road. Been there before they always beat Walmart prices and quality.

If you want to give people money for no reason then this is the place to go. If I could give a zero star rating I would. They leave your vehicle unlocked next to the street. I just handed over a ton of money for them to tell me that they fixed it only to find out after going two blocks they did nothing. They were friendly, but I am sure they are friendly to everyone handing them money for doing nothing. I would not recommend this place. Find somewhere else to go.

Charged me over $400 in labor for a $200 part, changed all my preset radio stations to pop and country music and changed the time on my clock forward 2 hours along with other signs of snooping through my vehicle that had nothing to do with my repairs, would not use again

Good friendly people and quick service. We have been using kansasland for our agricultural tires for years and have been very happy with the level of service received and the prices charged. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Like with other things you get what you pay for and while there are cheaper tires or the you will usually be having to relaxed them quicker.

They have great customer service. I had a blow out on a Saturday morning, and they worked me in before they closed. Of course, they have high quality Goodyear tires too. I recommend this place for tires.Update: my mom went here to replace her battery. Once again, we got excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend this place for batteries too. Also, they are one of the few places in Pittsburg that offer full automotive services on Saturday mornings. I sincerely appreciate that.

I pulled up to the store 3 minutes before closing time with my my wife & our 3 year & 4 month old sons and a hissing tire going flat quick due to picking up a rusty razor blade. Not only did they stay late to fix us up but they gave my older son a small tire to play with, then a popsicle, and then showed him their biggest tire because hes clearly fascinated with monster trucks.My dad took me to Kansasland when I got my first car. I asked why he only went there and he told me because they always treat their customers well. Pittsburg Kansasland has helped me out time and time again. Ive had nothing but good experiences there and just cant ever see myself buying a tire or getting a flat fixed anywhere else. Why would I?

I live in Kansas City and my daughter is new to Pitt State and being on her on in general. She was getting ready to drive home for the first time and discovered a completely flat tire in the dorm parking lot. I googled tire repair, and found Kansasland. They had her tire repaired within minutes - it was an issue with the stem, which they fixed, mounted her tire, aired it up and had her on her way home within 30 minutes at no charge! The customer service was fantastic. They didnt try to sell me a tire that I didnt need or take advantage of me being out of town and having to pay via CC over the phone. Thank you, thank you, thank you for getting my 18 yr old home safe and giving me peace of mind while being 2 hours away.

I made a FIRST appointment online to get my brakes changed but I never got the confirmation email. So I called them to make sure they got my appointment. They didnt. So over the phone, I made the SECOND appointment to get my brakes changed.When I called, the guy confirmed that Id be coming to get my brakes changed. I show up for my appointment and not long after working on my car, an employee walks out and says my brakes need changed.Uhhh yeah..I know. Thats why Im there.They were under the impression that when I said I wanted my brakes CHANGED, that I really wanted them INSPECTED. But they didnt have the time to do it during my appointment. So now I should come back for a third appointment to get my brakes changed. I made a THIRD appointment for a week later, then when I went to leave, an employee says, See you tomorrow! So I clarified, I will not see you tomorrow. Seemed like an accidental slip, but I decided later to go somewhere else more local.HOWEVER, they remained professional throughout and the waiting area was clean and spacious. I didnt have to pay for the inspection so maybe I just came on a bad day.

I had a great experience with this company.It started off a little shaky when I called and they told me the would have tires for me the day before my big trip and then called to inform me the next day that they would not actually have those tires, which meant that I was going to have to that a 2000 mile trip on really old tires with no time to get it resolved.A couple minutes later the manager called me back and let me know that he was really sorry that this had happened and he was going to see what they they could do to fix it. A couple minutes after that he called me to let me know that they had found tires in Joplin and was having someone bring them up. He told me he was going to meet me at my house and take my van to the shop to get the tires on it.Sure enough he showed up at my house about 10 minutes later and took my van to get new tires on it.They had it done about an hour later and brought it back to my house and dropped it off.But here is the kicker. Not only had they changed the tires and oil which was what I had asked for. He had cleaned my windows and lights and vacuumed out the van. He also gave us a soft sided travel cooler and put some coloring books and crowns in it for our kids.In my opinion, they went above and beyond to make sure that the made up for the original problems, which in my opinion is the sign of a good company and leadership. I was very impressed and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I would not send anyone to this shop. I came in to have my started replaced and they replaced and they convinced me it was my alternator. I left and the car is still making the same noise. Very disappointed with the way they tried to talk me out of what I knew was wrong with my car just because I’m a girl. I took it to a different shop where they changed the started and my car runs perfectly now.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees! If they dont have what youre looking for, they can get it in quickly. Ive even heard of them making house calls! Youll have to verify that, but its nice to know people think that highly of them.

Had to have a set of tires replaced as they made it less than the 55,000 miles promised. Made an appointment and after they looked at my tires they let me know they would be replacing them and that it would be another 45 minutes. It has now been an hour and 15 minutes later. Keeping promises on time is important in having repeat customers.

Customer service was good but I did have a bad after work was done experience but that was taken care of by them after the fact. Will be back again hopefully this was just 1 person having 1 bad day and next visit will start to reassure me of the mechanical services ability

I took my car in to have my radiator repaired. They got the part and put it in with no problem but when i got my car back magically i had no power steering. They tried to tell me it was out when they puled the car in but i had power steering driving it to the store. They wouldnt even help me out replacing the parts for my power steering. I will NEVER use this store again.

If going for tires and or brakes, the folks at Kansasland are reasonable and friendly. Had 4 new Goodyear tires put on with the standard inspection and it was at a very reasonable price and done fairly quickly. Easy to find a time on their wide schedule. Though be sure you know enough about your vehicle to tell them what you need.Unfortunately, theyre a bit out of their element beyond the tires and brakes. They suggested I needed frame work because they had trouble aligning my tires but when I took it to a real alignment/frame shop, there was no problem whatsoever with the frame and the alignment was fast and affordable. Also a caution in regard to engines, Kansasland seems to have trouble diagnosing and checking for problems, usually just checking the computer and not bothering with any other possibilities which unfortunately resulted in the check light coming right back on.In any case, not a bad store for the basics but I wouldnt go for anything beyond tires and brakes. Take it to somebody more experienced for belts, engines, alignment, etc.

Came here for a few of their special package deals with oil changes, and ended up getting quite a bit of work done here later on. These guys are always helpful, friendly, and willing to explain things--not just give you some exorbitant bill. As someone who is extremely distrustful of mechanics (Ive had so many bad experiences), I can say this is the first time Ive ever felt truly helped out by a shop. Ill be going back here as long as Im in the Pittsburg area!

They charged $4 a tire to get rid of them. Everywhere else I been has never charged me when I bought new tires. They also charged $35 dollars just to put 2 tires on. The tires themselves were $56 dollars. I bought 2 and the final cost was $201 dollars and they didnt even put correct amount of air in the tires. This place is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a tire shop.

Wonderful workers...they did an oil change for me and the guy quoted me one price and when they were done they said they had to put more in than they thought but didnt up the price...he said next time ill have to pay full orice but they were sooooooo nice and great work above and beyond

Had appointment at noon to get tires balanced, they were already mounted on wheels, got there 15 minutes early and it was 12:45 before they even pulled truck in shop and wasnt done until 1:30. No one informed us they were running behind or apologized for wasting an hour and 45 mins of our time.

What a absolute joke of a company I had a recap let go called said no problem get to the truck stop call us back and we will get a guy to you. Well got to the truck stop and called reached the after hours line and after 30 minutes of info asking and on hold was told the after hours tire tech said the service truck was broke down and wouldnt be ready till first thing in the morning. Smh go from we will have our guy ready call when you get parked to truck is broke.

Dont bother trying to get a tire fixed here....not the 1st, the 2nd, but the 3rd time now taken vehicles up there to get a tire looked at said it was a simple fix said they fixed it and be good to go...... NOT 1 of those 3 times have they EVER said -no you need a new tire- or anything related. Not one of those fixes ever fixed anything for longer than a day. Waste of $16 times 3 now....never will recieve our business again

On two separate occasions, they incorrectly diagnosed a mechanical problem and I had to go to someone else for a correct diagnosis and repair. Never again will I take a car there for any repair.
