I have shopped here a few times the help was amazing! They helped me from picking out things that would go with my room to things that would go with my kitchen! Mike helped me when I came in last time and he was the most sweetest man he spent close to an hour trying to help me poor guy! It was very much appreciated tho! I would definitely recommend going in and shopping there!

During the pandemic where everyone mostly has been laid off you think these people would be more understanding....being a college student depending on unemployment barely able to pay more than one bill at a time...They gave no sympathy in trying to understand that we could not pay in time. They took our bed..dresser..etc. We were coming up with money to eventually pay them but they wasted no time in taking it and now we have to sleep on the floor. You’d think they would help people out during this time but this shows that some people don’t have heart.

Don’t be one single day late! They came to our home at 6:45pm and said we had to settle out payment or they’re collecting our items. Wouldn’t even give us til the following morning which is when we were going to pay anyhow since my husband had gotten off work too late to deposit his paycheck. And we live far out of town to just run up to a local store to cash. Didn’t think one day would be an issue. Pretty sad. I wouldn’t use them if you’re in a tight spot and trying to use something to get through don’t count on them!

Im absolutely happy with the products everything is exactly as advertised an more. Liz an her gang go above an beyond to help an work with you. I have done busy with them repeatedly an will continue to do so. Highly recommend to everyone. Stop in an they will fix you up.

What ever kind of air freshener they use in the store is way strong you cant shop or be in store any length of time if you have allergies.

They are the nicest people very helpful in time of emergency.When my husband was ill they worked with us to help us keep our rentals and done so in such a friendly way. I love them they are the best in Pittsburg in my opinion.

People were nice at first untill i already did a contract...then they were just rude....i wanted to switch from monthly to bi weekly wich i was told i could do in the future if i wanted...they wouldnt let me and the staff treated me like i was a worthless piece of crap.i wouldnt recomend this place to ANYONE...and their prices r not cheap

They gave me bed bugs and won’t refund me my money pathetic!!
