The customer service team at Fort Knox is AMAAAZING. Moving is difficult in the best of times, and the Fort Knox super-her staff had my back the whole way, especially when U-Haul corporate decided to make things really hard; Fort Knox smoothed the way. I highly recommend this business!

Great customer service that took it as a challenge to get me into a unit before my lunch date. Mission accomplished. J, the bearded man getting it done, is all business and gives it to you straight. Ive rented a truck through u-haul.com from them twice and they make that easy too. Be advised, they are the pick-up and drop off location for U-Haul which is very easily rented on u-haul.com. Demand on trucks may prevent Fort Knox from renting directly to customers from time to time. To be sure to get the great service at Fort Knox reserve your truck early through U-Haul.com as J tells me there has been high demand as of February 2021.Of course, the facility was clean, secure and easily accessible. Wow! What a great facility. Best rates, most clean, and easy folks to work with. I needed Self Storage for about six months and I still got my first month free! They also have UHaul trucks on premises so it made my big move easier.. They have 24 hours secure access, too. Really cool. It was worth traveling a few extra miles to store my belongings at Fort Knox Self Storage.

The staff is very friendly & helpful, but the gate access seems to be a bit tricky. I had to go into the office to get the gate override. Fortunately it was during business hours or I would have been out of luck & that would have been more frustrating.

Its a great facility with an easy location. The manager is always there and very helpful and the staff are very attentive to your needs. Whoever trained and hired these guys did a good job! Plus it makes me feel better knowing they are always on alert with security cameras everywhere and its a gated and controlled entry/exit.

Horrible experience. My initial consultation was great, but when I came to sign the lease for a storage unit the manager intervened. He said that more than 1 person couldnt have access (a lie) to the location, and that I could not use the location to store equipment for professional uses (completely illogical).He went on to tell me further absurdities and incongruities with what I was told the first time I was here. Beyond all this, I had a reservation number and order number - but when Im here they say that they dont do reservations.Dont do business here, trust me it is not worth your frustration.

I have one start So I could tell you all that they are abusive and far beyond rude. Any time I said that he was being rude I was threatened that he would report the truck stolen. When I turned in the truck. He got right up in my face to provoke action. I think this guy is on meth. I would drive 50 miles not to deal with this weasel.

Secure storage facility that also does Uhaul. The workers are absolutely amazing. Kind and efficient and they always listen to my needs. They have carts in the Bay that are free to use, which is really frickin sweet.I really like how secure it is here. The manager is really strict about who comes in and who comes out. If you bring someone in with you without telling him, he will investigate to make sure they are actually here with a tenant.You arent stuck in a contract with Fort Knox like how you are at Public storage. Its month-to-month here and rent never goes up! I had a storage bin at Public Storage in the past. They got me with the $1 for the first month. They ended up making me sign a 6 month contract and my rent was raised multiple times during my stay. I ended up paying over $250 from the starting point which made up for the first month for a dollar. Huge scam!Their hours are actually different than what they say on Google as of 06/19/16. Monday through Saturday, Fort Knox is open from 9:00AM until 6:00PM. Sunday, they are open from 9:00AM until 2:00PM.Uhaul hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00AM until 5:00PM and Sunday they are open from 9:00AM until 1:00PM.Thanks for everything you do, Fort Knox!
