Takes a lot for me to come and make a review but this was probably the WORST experience Ive ever had in terms of customer service. Had a reservation at 1:30 but the stores was closed. Waited for 30 min and was about to leave until the worker, JED, came (was due to a truck being stuck). Long story short, my group wanted compensation for the waste of time and Jed couldnt handle it and said we could business at a different location wasting more of our time. When we tried to renegotiate, he kicked us out of the property and threatened to call the cops. Very unprofessional. JED didnt even try to apologize, he clearly isnt cut out for retail.Advice: dont come to this store and U-Haul, please hire competent workers.

Made a reservation for a truck and when i came by they told me to wait which was fine but then started helping other people who came after me. So not using them ever again. I dont mind waiting but have the professionalism to take customers in order.

The worst place to go if you expect any type customer service. This location is living in the stone age. The Manager or flunky Jay should not be working anywhere around people. If you have a choice go anywhere but here.
