Outstanding customer service! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed in dealing with the office people and management. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and explained the rules in detail. Which made me feel confident that I made a good choice with this company. Also the whole grounds, units and office are impeccably clean, that makes a world of difference to me.

My wife is a victim of discrimination from this business. They have restricted the hours when she can access her unit because our little dog on a couple occasions has jumped out of the window on a hot day and followed her into the air-conditioned building! One Ive learned that f you dont have money, makes it hard to protect yourself. And homeless people draw the short straw!!!

The wife and I had to move and their occasional special rates worked great and helped mitigate our overall costs. Clean, secure and well maintained.

I am very disappointed not to mention disgusted . At first i was extremely satisfied with the service and especially the CS . I rented my space for 6 months and when i went to move out, the whole unit had been infested with rats . Not only that, they followed me to my new location . I went to the garage to start unpacking, i turned on the light switch and rats were everywhere . Thats when I noticed all the holes in my boxes. They ate their way through my boxes and traveled with me Needless to say i took everything to the dump . After paying for storage all those months i was forced to throw all my belongings away . Clothes, dishes etc. I called the office to make them aware of this and all their CS went out the window . Warning to all . Check Your belongings before its to Late !!! The only reason they provide Good CS is because they are paid to do it . Its their job !!!

Been storing stuff with them since we moved here to Antioch 5 years ago. Changed units twice because I got rid of stuff, then got more stuff. Never a problem and always fare. Feel like family most the time.

When I first walked into the office I was impressed by all the storage needs they have available, locks, boxes, tape even T-shirts!. Everyone was very professional and I got my 10 X 20 space for my collector car.They were very efficient and when they showed me my space I was impressed by the cleanliness of the space. With my initial 25% discount the price was just right. I highly recommend storing your extra stuff right here

What I like about this place is that the facilities are very clean elevators are huge. Staff is always friendly and easy to communicate with. Prices are very reasonable and on top of the already low rate there are easy additional ways to get discounts.

I LaToshia Hutchinson rent from security public storage and I like how organized and clean they are. You have a lot of privacy, its nice and quiet, no pest, the customer service is great. They are very helpful & easy to get around inside, the gate is coded so not just anybody can get I. And thats a good thing😊 They are also open 7 days a week, So Im going to have to give them 5 stars.

I have held a storage here for the past six months and every encounter has been professional and friendly. I know Rob and Mary by first name basis and they always greet me with a smile. I have actually physically been pretty far away from my things in storage out in Pittsburg but never worried one bit. Every time I enter the grounds things are well kept, clean and undisturbed. Better access than other storage facilities. I was able to gets a unit very close to the parking area so I could make the transferring of items very easy. The first 3 months I received a $90 savings. Also I was given a name of a mover who made the move very easy. I am very happy with my decision to have chosen this storage facility.

Our time with sps has been longer than expected but things do happen. The owners are very helpful for the most part and I really do appreciate them.There was a recent occasion I took in a check because I wasn’t sure if my payment had processed. Rob assured me it was all taken care of and even printed me a receipt. A week or so later I was notified my unit was in danger of being sold since the payment was not received. There was no type of accommodation for what we all knew was a mistake on their end and I do feel that was a little unprofessional.

My family and i have have been renting our storage units at Security Public Storage in Pittsburg for the past twenty years. We love Mary and Rob the property managers they are great and always there for us with our endless demands. What i love about my B252 unit is that its climate controlled so idont have to worry about my stuff getting to hot in the summer.

Very convenient with easy access and controlled environment. Start-up cost very reasonable but pricy after 5 months. Would consider long-term storage if prices were more reasonable.
