This is an exceptional company with superior customer service, flexibility and product knowledge. The store manager Lauren was exceedingly helpful and responded to all my inquiries and requests. I recommend without hesitation.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about? Me and my fiancé came in on a Saturday when We didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t know at the time it was required, and Lauren did everything in her power to show me around the mattresses and let us try each one and even try the Casper pillow before the next appt came in! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each mattress and did not put any pressure on us at all about buying! Altogether we did end up purchasing a mattress for our new home, and she was even able to delay our shipping for us since we didn’t need it straight away, and was even able to honor a sale that came later on for 2 free pillows that came up before we got the mattress! She was hands down 1000% fantastic and we WILL be buying the rest of my mattresses from her! Love our Casper!!Don’t listen to these negative reviews! They’re absolute nonsense!

Stephen was super nice and professional!

My husband and I have been searching for months for something to replace our Leesa, and we found it at Casper! Molly was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. She was up front with us in terms of cost break down and really listened to our needs. We left with a new mattress (and pillows, they’re amazing) the same day! Can’t recommend Casper enough!Also, the store is super cute and set up for a socially distanced and safe shopping experience!
