Hey just i want to share my experience, i had an awesome job done with German motor auto body and mechanic i highly recommended!!!!!

HARMA was not only professional but honest and kept me updated throughout the entire process! I had to get the rear main seal replaced and had it done same day I dropped my car off! He even went as far as to try and figure out why my car had a misfire and helped me diagnose the issue without any extra cost! It’s hard to find a place that is so honest and efficient and I won’t hesitate to take my car back for any other issues and will definitely tell everyone I know to go to this place! Thanks for the great service!!!

I’ve been using German Motor Care to service my 3 Mercedes for the past 4 years. The front office is professional and the work has proved to be reliable. The head mechanic Harma is exceptionally knowledgeable and has all the high end scanners to properly diagnose these cars. Repairs have been timely, reasonably priced, and they guarantee the work. I’ve never had to take any of my cars back for the same issue and have the piece of mind every time I leave this place. From brakes, oil changes, suspension work, electrical, engine problems, body work, or tires and rims - they seem to do it all very well and at a very fair price. I’ve had my run around the DFW, and this is the only shop I trust. Thanks guys!

This place is a scam. Totally unprofessional. They charge you so much just to make a fool of you. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. Been living in Plano for so many years and this was my first time in this shop and it was an horrible experience. Wouldn’t suggest anyone who loves their vehicle to take it to this place because they will just add more issues to it to scam you and charge you more.

Harma the owner and lead mechanic here is very friendly and provides excellent communication and customer service! Also, he is very knowledgeable about European cars, particularly BMW. He is also very reasonable on repairs! He also stands behind his work. My Bimmer needed several costly repairs which took a couple of days. My car was returned just how it was dropped off, in excellent condition. I will bring my Chariot back if and when needed. 👍👍

These guys work hard and Really are good people and they know what they are doing no need to have to worry if they are telling the truth about what they do or not because they are honest and agreed to work with me on the cost of the labor. I will say this shop is one of the most affordable ones when it comes to european cars or suvs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE NEVER EVER!! I just saw some BMW from of parking and I thought they are working clean but it’s not . This is the worst run business Ive encountered in my life. Unprofessional, impolite, not courteous, lied on numerous occasions and had an audacity to charge me for their mistake. They held my car for 2months by feeding me with next week the car will be ready... and they just make Estimatet for Insurance For something I did not take for repair they just make estimatet more then 18000 $ and get the Check and Deposit to the owner account but they never repair may car very morning I went every morning Over here and they said DONT TALK AND GET OUT HERE ! We can even not giveing your car because it is in our property and I was so scary for me., at the end they bring my car to the Harry Hinse and they Repair with cheap Color and piece” and I thing they never pay more then 1000 $ but they got 18000 $ from the insurance and lose my time and got cheap Color and piece and they repair outside shop. The owner or the person who rents the shop(mark masoudpour) always hiding in his office, In addition, this business is not even registered on BBB, which shows you what kind of service they provide.

German Motor Care team is very professional and deliver excellent service. They fixed my car with utmost care and in a timely fashion. John provides great service and gives the right advise. He and his team are very efficient. Highly recommended!

I bought a car from them back in December and to still dont have my plates!!! Theyve lied multiple times that they are in the mail and now their car salesman (mike I believe) wont return my calls or text. I would strongly recommend no one do business with them.

I wrecked my car on 1/10/20 and knocked the whole front end off my Mercedes Benz. I had my car towed to German Motors body shop and they replaced my whole front end and made it look totally brand new. They have been such a true blessing for my life. I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family to this place for any body damages that I or they may encounter. I have a hauling company in Virginia and unfortunately one of my customer’s car was stolen from the auction lot in Dallas. After sometime it was found and I had to fly down to do the paperwork and get the car from the police. As you can imagine the car wasn’t in the top shape. I found German motor care to fix the car so I can send it to my customer. Arma was very helpful and took extra care so I can have a peace of mind and go back to Virginia to my family and business. I recommended him to my cousin and he brought his car a week later to be fixed. Thanks again!

Took my E46 here for a starter replacement. These guys are top notch. I found my BMW shop for all future work.

I referred a Friend over here to Buy a Passat TDi that they purchased from the Auction. he purchased in Jan 2020 and they have never paid tax on the vehicle and issued license plates. he paid over 10k cash and never got his title. they keep giving excuse the tax office has been closed. i am about to go to NBC channel 5 news Bianca Castro. same thing happened with Fenton Hyundai in Mesquite .

Great people and great service for a great Price. Im not the best driver so I’ve had the fortune of working with them a few time. Every time I’ve received my car back in excellent condition almost impossible to see what had happened to it. This time my car was totaled and they still did an amazing job on fixing it. Took my wifes 2018 Honda Civic EXL for body work to German Motor Care (GMC) in Plano because John, the auto body manager, told me they would work with me on the deductible while still delivering quality body work. He also promised to detail my car prior to its return. The estimate for the body work was approximately $7000 with a $1000 deductible. I was hesitant because of the distance between my home in North Richland Hills, TX and GMC which is located in Plano, TX but decided to take the risk. GMC agreed to tow my car from my house to the shop. The car was timely repaired. John told me they were unable to turn off all of the warning lights due to the car being subject to a recall. I later found out the warning lights could not be re-set until the new parts installed by GMC were calibrated. Presumably, GMC did not have the proper equipment or knowledge to calibrate the new parts. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was taken aback at the disorganization of the shops parking lot. There was barely enough room to maneuver a car through the lot. The car was fairly clean but obviously had not been detailed. On the way home, my wife called me and said the car was overheating so we had to stop numerous times to let it cool down. I called John back and he agreed to tow the car back again and fixed the problem. When I picked the car up the second time, I was apalled at how dirty the car was. Somebody had crushed up a bag of potato chips and dumped them in the back passenger side floor board and smeared something that was very difficult to remove all over the passenger side back window. It was like somebody at the shop was retaliating for us returning the car. My wife was livid and wanted to complain, but I was on my lunch hour and no longer wanted to deal with GMC. Since that time, the front splash guard on the passenger side has come unattached and starting dragging the ground. Also, the passenger side rear view mirror camera does not work. Upon contacting our insurance company about the problems, they advised us to not take the car back to GMC to have it fixed somewhere else. My experience with GMC was a disaster. GMC did reduce my deductible by $750 but it ended up costing me more than that in the long run. Updated on 4/27/20: I have since found out the substance smeared on the passenger side back window is a type of winshield epoxy glue which cannot be removed. The window will have to be replaced.

I took my car in for repair after an accident and these guys took such great care of me. They arranged the rental for me and they commicated with insuarance directly saving me a lot of time. When I got my car the job was well done and clean after a complimentary car wash service. I would highly recommend them.

Great service, reasonable prices. I was having issues with the transmission for my Infiniti g37, it had to be replaced. Everywhere else I went for an estimate were just trying to rip me off and giving me the wrong information. Harma is an excellent mechanic, he worked on my car and I had it back in less than a week. Im so glad I found this shop, I wont take it anywhere else.

Honestly? My husband and I aren’t “car people” as far as what’s under the hood is concerned, but do both drive high end luxury cars and under the wrong circumstances could potentially be taken advantage of. There have been times that we told THEM “what we thought we needed to be done to our vehicles”, but then they called and told us, “no, you DO NOT”, saving us hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary service. Talking a willing customer OUT of spending money? WHO DOES THAT? There are very few businesses in this world who operate this way unfortunately. This place is the real deal! Amazing people! From front desk to who ever walks in. Harma an amazing person, my husban and I are taking a long road trip and he wanted to be sure we would be safe on the road so he took extra precautions with our truck. Sal front desk was an amazing person always checking on to see if anyone there was ok and needing something and checking back there on our vehicle to give me any updates. Amazing place! This place is definitely my favorite place to go to for my BMW maintenance and also last time I was there as soon as I pulled in the lot there was a gentleman that opened my door and greeted himself as Reza and was very kind to lead me into the office. He offered me water and we had a great conversation about how my day was going so far and complementing me on my shoes which I just love. He kindly asked me since Ashton the secretary had left for the day, what was the issue with my vehicle. I told him I was here just to get my oil checked and tires to see if Im safe driving on the road. He kindly took my keys and only took him 10-15 min and came back and told me my oil level is perfect and I am due for a oil change in the next 1200 mile and he aired up my 2 front tires as they were low on air. As I was reaching for my purse to get my money out Reza told me that I dontowe anything and it was his pleasure to help me feel safe driving on the road. I also asked him if they sold cars here because I will be ready for another car in a month or so and he kindly told me yes they do and to ask for him when Im ready to purchase a car and he will make sure I get the best deal in town. Thank you Reza and German Motor Care for taking care of my car needs. I recommend this shop to anyone for repairs or buying a car.

My car was having issues and I knew that the Benz dealerships will charge ridiculous fees to get something fixed. A friend of mine at work highly recommended Harma to me and took a chance having my car checked out. It turns out that my car needed much more than the wheel bearing and the wheel hub - the transmission has gone bad. Harma was patient with me and worked through getting me the best price for another transmission. He did an excellent job of repairing all the issues I was having with my car. 2 thumbs up for both Harma, Ara and the rest of their staff at German Motor Care. I already mentioned Harma to the rest of my family and friends.
