Steve was very friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job repairing the clusters of dents on my Equinox. Watching him work, it appeared he was very detail oriented. He re-positioned his work light and his own body into many positions and angles, inspecting and tweaking his work. The end result was like it never happened! One hopes not to have to get dents repaired often, but I would go back to him in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Ok let me start out by saying if I could give this business 6 or 7 or even 10 stars I would. Just top notch all around. Highly recommend for dent repair and removal.My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing.I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local.And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician! The quote was super reasonable and the proof is in the pudding of my photos. I went in thinking I hope it can be just not a eyesore and left with a spring in my step and no sign of the truly despicable and evil dent.Again, Steve was honest, fair, upfront, and a true professional. Highly highly recommend.

It is hard to put into words how great these gentlemen are at getting dents out of vehicles. I recently was struck by a car trying to park that put a volleyball sized dent in my drivers side door. No paint was removed but the damage did extend over some creases in the door panel. Other companies I got quotes from said they could not guarantee a 100% repair and I was thinking it was time to make and insurance claim and have to replace the whole door. I met with the techs at Dent tech and they were able to give me a 100% repair and it looks as if nothing ever happened. I am a repeat customer of Dent Tech. Originally, I had them do some difficult dent repair on a Lexus. I was so satisfied with the results that I later returned to have bumper work done on a BMW. The bumper pricing was so reasonable that I decided to have Dent Tech do some extra body clean up while my car was still in their hands. It looks brand new!

My car got wrecked in April 18 Wylie hail storm. Took it to Dent TECH.. Guys did a fantastic job. Job took about 2 weeks and it came back with no evidence that baseballs where landing on my car. Def Recommend.

Brought in my 2011 Mustang GT after the March 23rd hail storm insanity. Even though they were busy they were able to get me in and were up front and helpful with everything. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car.As soon as the insurance approved the supplement they finished in a day and I was able to pick it up Saturday morning. I was a bit worried they couldnt get my car back to the way it was before, but my worries were definitely unfounded as they not only fixed the dents as if they were never there, they also did some basic touch ups on some paint chips I had at no charge!I definitely recommend Dent Tech if you have any kind of dents/dings/etc.

We had a 1-inch door ding on our brand new Porsche Macan. We drove around and got several estimates on the dent repair with different PDR shops, nearly all of them were trying to rip us off because we drive a Porsche, some shop even quoted us like 4-5 hours of labor for this one inch door ding, it was absolutely ridiculous! At last, we decided to check out these guys, Steve were there that day, he was very upfront about the cost and very honest that the repair would take about an hour at the most. My husband took the car in today, and the guys there did an amazing job, I could not even find any trace of the original door ding when my husband brought our baby back home after the repair. Humiliating treatment and careless handlingDent Tech was the place I took my Acura TL to repair a small dent on front bumper, which they took 2 days to fix it. I paid the whole amount on the First day itself. Second day, when I took my car to Dent tech, GUY IN FRENCH BEARD at front desk directed me to his sub-contractor across the street (this did not happened on the first day). I went there, told him the reason I was there, and handed over my key fob to that dent tech subcontractor and turned valet parking switch on (in Valet parking mode, car will start if key fob is present anywhere near the car). After I was told that job was done, I left that place in my car WITHOUT REALIZING that I was without key fob. In less than half a mile,I realized that subcontractor didn’t give mevmy Key fob and I returned to subcontractor to collect it. It was then, that the sub-contrator told me that HE LEFT THE KEY FOB ON ROOF TOP OF THE CAR, which HE CLEARLY MISSED to inform/tell me earlier. My friend and I searched that whole half a mile stretch on foot which i had traveled earlier without the key fob, in a hope to find it, but didn’t find it.After that tiring search in vain for key fob in hot sun, I went back to Dent tech and explained about what had happened,. Then a technician at Dent tech tried to start my car without key fob, it didn’t start at all. I requested Dent tech to pay for new key, but Guy with a french beard at front desk told me that i took off without key fob and they were not responsible. I requested him to call Steve (owner), but instead he yelled at me “GET OUT FROM MY STORE, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE” and called 911 saying RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING words and that I was not leaving the store, when all I was doing was asking them to call the owner and to have a talk to him. In the mean time, while I was waiting for cops, one gentleman came out from inside and paid me $60 which is 20% of my key price, though I did request for half of replacement price. I had to shell out $300 from my pocked to buy new key fob and reprogram it. May be, I should have waited for the cop to show up but since it was office time, i had to hurry back to be in office before lunch time ended and that’s why I left after taking money.Dent tech humiliated me to the core on this issue, they intimidated and threatened me with 911 call, even though it was CLEARLY THEIR FAULT i.e.HANDLING PROPERTY RECKLESSLY. Workers at Dent Tech don’t no how to treat/address their customer grievances.
