Came in on a busy labor day weekend for 2 new tires. Nick was my tech. I was quoted close to 2.5 hours wait without an appointment. I waited about an hour for my car to get in a bay, and it was out and ready 15 minutes later! This shop has some of the best customer service Ive seen- fast, efficient, and courteous! I will definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future!

I had having a bad day because I had a flat tire on top of other things, but when I walked into discount tire I was immediately greeted by Josue Mateo. We ended up talking about tires and told some jokes, he made my day a lot better. He is very knowledgeable and professional and got my truck taken care of fast. I will definitely recommend discount tire to all my friends and family, and I’m very happy with my new set of tires and rims! The staff here s e m to work really efficiently. I experienced a quick check-in 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. They completed the work in less time than they quoted, and they were able to effectively answer all of my service related questions.I have been to multiple Discount Fire locations and this was by far the best customer service experience I have had. I will definitely go back for all my tire needs.

All the guys there are great, front desk and working in the bay. It’s not always as quick as I’d like but that’s because they are busy at times. I get why though, everyone wants to come there because of the great service. I’ve had some REALLY bad luck with nails since I moved here in July and my Dad recommended this place, this location especially. I pass 2 other locations to get to this one, but I was really impressed by the service I got here. I’ll be taking both my cars here exclusively from now on.

Best tire purchase experience ever! I started with checking for the tires online. When I found the right set, I booked an appointment and made the reservation. I picked 5:45 pm. Placed my order and paid. I received an email confirming everything and received a phone call saying my order was in the next day. I was sure Id get there at 545 and maybe be done by 7:15 or so. When I got there they greeted me and was ready to switch out the tires. At 6:00 pm the team was done. Wow is all I could say. Fantastic fast friendly service.

Ive been to a few stores and this one is by far the best staff. They are busy for a reason. Luis D is an absolute pleasure to work and gives sound advice and doesnt push you to do more than you need.

I took my truck to this Discount Tire location to have a leaky tire repaired. Guess how much they charged me for the repair? NOTHING!!! What a nice surprise!! Thank you!!

They can get busy so do expect a wait. Even during their busy times, I havent experience any bad customer service, they are professional, kind and happy to help! They do try to work as quickly as possible to get to everyone in a timely manner.

I came in desperate need of two new tires. Jon C. greeted me and went over everything from where my tires currently are(dangerous spot) and he worked with me on the brand of tires etc. and most importantly my budget! I was there less than 30 minutes and ended up getting 4 brand new tires. Once my car was finished the tech Nicholas was awesome as well. He brought my car out and explained to me specifics on my tires etc. I’d definitely recommend. Rolling safe!

Had a screwn in tire but had the tire warranty. Only $30 to replace the tire. Other than being very busy for a Friday afternoon, great service all around.

Ive typically had good luck at this location. However, today (09/04/2020) the tech that mounted/balanced my tires managed to gouge my center exterior hub ring at some point either in the tire mount or balancing process. Also had a few gouges on the edges or the wheel. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Clearly in a hurry and could have been avoided.

Have bought tires at this location for at least 15 years. No issues until the last few years. Constant issues with out of balance tires and stacking of wheel weights that get knocked off by my brake caliper as soon as I drive off. When I went for a routine rotate in balance in Oct 2020, was told I had uneven wear from a misalignment. Unfortunately for me, the uneven wear had been going on for at least two years and was given no notice on the prior two rotate and balances, when the tires could have been saved. Just went in today hoping to get the tires replaced (40K miles on a 70K tire warranty). Turns out, their lack of awareness of uneven wear ultimately invalidated my warranty. It my mistake for trusting these guys to manage my tire wear, when all the signs were there that the team there just doesnt have the experience to do so. After an over 30 year relationship with discount tire, Im taking my business elsewhere.

This is the finest Discount Tire store ever. Every visit is the same. They really go all out to be friendly and courteous. They always do a great job and normally they meet their appointment commitments. Sometimes they are shorthanded but not today. I also appreciate their efforts on the Covid precautions.

Ran over a screw and noticed it as I was getting in my car…luckily I was nearby and was able to come in right before closing time. The fact that I had an appointment set and had to wait an hour 1/2. On top of that when my car was done they had me walk on the other side of the parking lot to pick it up. While everyone else’s car was brought to them. This is absolutely unacceptable. Is it because I’m black? Really had me confused because as Everyone else’s car was done they drove it right in front of the store. I’ll be sure to let Everyone I come across know.

Ive always been a big fan of discount tire because they offer a lot of free services and they also will give you good deals. They have given me good deals in the past and just today they offered me a very good deal on a tire but it wasnt in my budget. Both of the gentlemen that I dealt with seemed a little irritated at the fact that I did not have the money to buy another tire.....even though they offered me a killer deal. the only negative thing I would have to say about this store is that they got to understand that these are hard times for people and even if you offer them an outstanding deal you cannot take it personal and get an attitude if they cant afford to take you up on that deal. However, I still plan on doing business with this store because Ive always been a fan of discount tire and the guys were not overly rude or anything. I just did not care for their attitude when I could not afford the great deal that they were offering me.

Went to the Discount tire location at Coit and George Bush and received horrible service and had to leave went to the Discount Tire at Park and Tollroad and received top notch service. I will be back.

They charged me 150 dollars for one tire because I was going to go ahead and replace one tire at first and but when I changed my mind and decided to get all 4 charged they charged me 450 which is pretty standard and I was alright with plus the 150 for the one tire. I got ripped off.

This is my first visit to this location. I walked in, immediately greeted! Josue was very nice and helpful. A young gentlemen took my vehicle into the service bay and got me in and out in under 15 minutes! I highly recommend this location THANK YOU JOSUE AND TEAM!!!

Excellent service, and they have the pucks for Teslas. Went in for a rotation and to fix a leak in one of my tires. They had sealed the leak and finished the rotation in less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had to wait a bit only because its Saturday. So my tire pressure light kept coming on. Took it in to have it checked out turns out I had a nail in my right rear tire. They fixed it and I was good to go.

Great experience here! I rolled up with no appointment and in desperate need of new tires. I was walked through the entire process, bought the tires, had them put on, and I was gone! All in just a little over an hour. I appreciated the friendly and fast service here and I will be back in the future!

The staff, from arrival through departure with my new tires, was helpful and courteous. I appreciate their insight on the tires I selected. The installers had an issue with a lug nut and helped with a solution to address. Overall good experience and I would return for my next tire needs.

When I arrived here after I had a blowout on the tollway. I was in a hurry trying to get out of town to make a funeral mass. They put 2 new tires on and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. They were awesome.

Had a new set of tires installed on my truck. 8 hours later I was flat on the side of the road. Called a tow truck and got back to the store. The manager immediately jumped on it to figure out what was wrong. It looked like they didnt torque the valve stem down properly. They fixed it, double checked the other tires, paid the tow truck driver and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. While the whole thing was inconvenient I do appreciate that immediately apologized, accepted responsibility and took action with out any hassle. Ill continue to take my vehicles here for all of my tires needs.

This has actually turned into one of my preferred locations. Of course theres usually a small time commitment involved, but generally its not as long as expected plus it helps that theres a Torchys right behind it. A number of times, the guys working here have gone above and beyond to try and help me with any issues I may have been having.

Been getting my tires from Discount Tire stores since 1995, but this is my first review. And I only am because the location off Dallas Pkwy deserves it. My sales associate was Nate. Someone give this man a raise. He wasnt interested in making a quick buck. He was interested in my safety. And because it was the latter, it is why I will always continue to use Discount Tire. Thanks again, Nate, and thanks to DT for hiring such a great individual.

The customer service is really unparalled at any business in the area. Vince “served” me and was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending tires for my car. As an older, single female, I felt very comfortable that I was respected and in good hands. All the staff were friendly and professional.

We have been to this location twice. I had no issues with the first visit to repair a hole in one of our tires. However, last month, my husband purchased 4 new tires from this shop. Upon returning home, he noticed on his invoice that he was charged for refund/ replacement warranties on the tires, totaling $202. This was never discussed with him by the sales associate and it was just added on, which is against their practices and just poor business practice. When we called to ask about this, we were told they cant process refunds online and we now have to go out of our way to drop by the store for a refund. Its inconvenient for a charge we never agreed to. The only reason I am not giving this 2 stars is because the sales associate on the phone did not try to argue about refunding the charges.

My family and I have always gone to discount tire company. Their staff is always been willing to help and go the extra mile when they can! My experience started off with Nate from the first call to get help. He greeted me at the door. Made sure that I felt comfortable with the safety distance and covid procedures they practice. He did all the leg work to get my warranty to cover my replacement. He was an amazing help from the beginning. The experience ended with Gerardo. He was one to step the up to the plate and really make it right. A minor problem and I only had 10 mins before I had to return to work and he fixed my problem in 3. A quick problem solver and eager to help. Thank you!

Discount Tire on Dallas Parkway and the Tollway (75093) always places customers first! I waited in a long line for air in my tires after the weather turned cold. I was met by “Hoshwe” (sure I spelled that wrong!) and was treated so nice! I noticed the employees working so hard and happy at their jobs! And the air fill up was free, would not take $$! Hopefully this review will point others to this location!

Like most other Discount Tire stores, this place is very good. Prices are competitive/good and services are excellent. In particular, those people who actually install tires and repair flats are excellent, yah, super excellent.But, you need to be aware a little bit about the sales side. My tires were just two years old (in fact, a few days less than two years). A sales person (who doesnt do actual installation, rotation, etc.) checked the tread depth saying its 6/32. He recommended replacement of all tires. Notice that US DOTs (as well as most manufacturers) recommended replacement depth is 2/32. But, Discount Tire, Tire Rack, and other vendors recommend 4/32.By the way, I have a tread depth measure tool. My 2 year old tires (with less than 20,000 mi after the purchase) are 6/32 to 7/32 when I measure and was 10/32 when new. Changing them at 6/32 is a terrible idea! I will change them at 2/32-3/32.

These fine gentleman assessed a slow leak in my tire and offered to repair it for free, as opposed to offering replacements because the tires were still of good quality. That kind of integrity is hard to find. When I need new tires, this is definitely where Ill be coming back to.

I needed my tires replaced and had a nail in my tire and had to go back 2 times in a week and they were always so helpful! Got the job done quick and were so kind!

My car came out of the shop with damage to the back seats so I filed a claim. This store disputed my claim and because “there was no reason for the tech to be in the back seat”, they aren’t doing anything about it. I’m not sure why they were in my backseat, either, but I know that I didn’t put the grease back there.There are no cameras in the shop and they don’t even record who works on each vehicle so the claims company couldn’t even talk to the employee who serviced my car. It was the manager’s “there was no reason to be back there” vs. my pictures of the damage.Go somewhere else.

I love discount tire. There is a lot of construction around town and every few months I will get a nail or screw in the tire. Then, I take my car to Discount and depending on the circumstances they will fix the tire for no charge or a $20 fee. I once had a tire get destroyed on the highway and Discount Tire replaced it for free. I get all my tires here because I like the way they treat me...

I just changed all 4 of my tires and got an excellent service from them. The store manager Matt Williams started to work in that store in the past 6 months and he has truly transformed the place to an efficient high quality fast machine. When I was there, he was working hard in the shop with his crew at high summer temperature teaching his team how to lead by example. Excellent!

Had a screw in my tire 1.5 weeks ago, and went to another location to get it fixed. Nothing really bad to say about the overall experience, but customer service component wasnt there. Fast forward to today, and this location FAR surpassed my expectations! Matt was so friendly, fast and helpful. Ive used Discount Tires for years. Been pretty happy. But today was the second time I caught one of their reps trying to rip off my family. I suppose that compared to most auto repair businesses, this still places them well above average, but I was a bit outraged.I sent my son, who doesnt have much experience with such things, up to Discount Tire to have his tires checked and rotated. One was a bit low and likely needed replaced. But these were high life tires that I had checked the tread depth on myself before he went. He was well, well under the life expectancy of these tires.So, I sent him up there for the life experience of learning how to deal with car repairs. He called me on the phone saying three of the four needed replacement. The cost was going to be higher for three than what I had paid for four. I told him to just come back home and we would check them ourselves.So, we took the ruler out and did the check. The low tire was right on the edge of needing replacement...some outside wear undoubtedly from being driven low. The other front tire had plenty of tread. The idea of changing either of the rear tires was indefensible: they were even worn even.I have little doubt that if it had been me that had taken the car up there, they would have recommended either replacing the one tire, which I would have declined, instead opting for the pre-paid rotation and keeping and eye on it.So, my son learned a valuable lesson: even fairly honest places have their bad moments. But, in combination with an event about two years ago where they tried to get to me, they have lost a long time reliable customer. My expectations with car repair are not high: you always must be wary. But this is the straw that broke the back for me.
