Ordered an RSI C5 dual in-tank fuel system for my corvette. Paul was very helpful with all my questions that I had about the fuel hanger.The pumps were back ordered from Walbro but that is expected during these covid times and with performance parts in general.Also, they expedited the shipping to me for free because of the back ordered pumps, great customer serviceCan’t wait to install these pumps!

I purchased a GEN II sway bar link kit and it was beyond my expectations. A well made piece of hardware (appears to be billet aluminum) and shipped promptly too. I also needed a motor mount for my GEN III Viper and also shipped quickly too. While I have not used their service as the business in Texas and I live out of state, the mail order stuff has been quick and reliable for me.

Paul Hamblin is one of the most helpful and professional people I have met when it comes to customer service. He took time to make sure all my questions were answered and made sure I had the correct parts I needed for my viper. The facility is very organized and clean. I will definitely be returning and doing business with RSI!

These guys are top notch and really know what they are doing. I have my Gen 3 Viper Coupe in for a complete performance build including an RSI 800 Twin Turbo system, an RSI billet carbon triple disc clutch system, a complete brake upgrade kit, and other odds and ends to accompany the build such as a Gen 4 OEM hood upgrade, and carbon fiber interior pieces. Best build quality and dependability I have ever seen. Plus the new shop in Plano is centrally located and is much larger! I highly recommend these guys whether you are looking to do a full on build or simply looking for a good place to get small parts installed and maintenance items taken care of.

Man this place was great was helped by a gentleman named Paul I literally looked up on the internet and five minutes later they told me that I could get my methanol from them drove straight there they have VP M1 some really good stuff very knowledgeable and extremely friendly will definitely be doing business there again.... all my future meth purchases will be from them

These guys are great. Called with a rocker arm problem on my SRT10 and Will sent a parts runner to me with the parts I needed 45 minutes later. I cant thank these guys enough.

SCAM ARTIST took $5000 deposit to work on viper and never did any work and lied and lied and would not give money back. PLEASE do not wire them money in any way or do business with them many other people have been scammed its incredible this business is still going. PLEASE do not lose your money like we did!

As everyone says on the reviews, whatever you pay it will never be delivered, I placed an order for a cam and heads kit last February and Will always says the same, parts are almost ready, will be in 2 weeks, well, 9 months and nothing... When we told him that we will place the order he will call me 20 times a day and will send mails pushing for the money. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!

NEVER go here! SCAM ALERT! William Hamblin (the owner) is reckless to say the least. Look them up on the forums. Do yourself a huge favor and dont even consider this place a last resort. They couldnt diagnose a hole in a paper bag. Its a travesty theyre in business. I dont want to sink to their level of filth, but there is absolutely nothing good that can be said. Please, do the next potential victims right by taking your business ANYWHERE else.

I don’t know where these complaints are coming from Will and his guys at RSI did exactly what they said they were going to do and went above and beyond so I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs help Rome wasn’t built in a day you can’t expect the world and not wait 7 days.

Will and his team have always done their best for me and my car. I dont own a super high output twin turbo and they treat my car as if its the best car they have in their shop.

I have been using RSI for 4 years now and have had a very good experience with them. They built my motor and tt build in 2012, when I spun a rod and didnt know who to go to. The price was spot on and for the slightly longer build time Wil was MORE than fair to me in the extra high performance parts we added to the build, but then again this isnt exactly like going to the local dodge dealer for a new water pump..... its a full stroked motor build and turbo install along with all the other mods that needed to be done.... and it all worked perfectly. The build quality is second to none in my opinion as Wil and Jeremy have always been extremely meticulous in the quality of the work they do for me. I had Wil do some motor work for me again in 2015 and once again Wil was accurate with the timeframe and was more than fair with the price I paid! I know there are other high-tech tuning and build shops out there but RSI has always done a fantastic job with any work they perform on my car and they are the only shop that performs any repairs and upgrades on my viper. Thanks much to Wil, Jeremy and staff.

Back in 2012 we gave them a lil less than $20,000 for a twin turbo kit, including a new computer for our viper...my husband was going to do the build himself. After a year passes with so many excuses of why it hadnt been shipped yet, we hired an attorney, sued, and won a judgement against Will and RSI. Will agreed to pay us $1000 per month until we were repaid...to no ones surprise, he hasnt done that either! We know he has moved the shop now and our attorney has filed again in both counties. PLEASE DONT SEND THEM YOUR CAR OR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Annoying. I called to see if they had a part. They said yes just to bait me in. When at the store they suggested a different business because they did not have the item I was looking for.

Worst of the worst, they do not answer calls or emails after they take your money and do not even think about receiving the product you bought or getting your money back.

Unprofessional, Untrustworthy, Unreliable and worst of all they do not stand behind the product and services.I have invested a large amount of money with this company Part quality was poor, Parts failed and caused severe engine damage.Was acknowledged but lots of excuses when came from reimbursement.
