Carlos, the manager, and the finance manager were absolutely amazing! Carlos took me right to the exact vehicle I had described when I arrived. He was able to take me on a test drive and explain not only all of the luxury features, but was highly knowledgeable in the safety features of the vehicle. He was so helpful in answering my large amount of questions with patience and understanding, and truly cared about finding me the best vehicle. The financing took some time, but it was because they were determined to get me the absolute best deal for my family.They were so thoughtful, and so respectful of my time! Worst dealership ever. I been to so many car dealerships and so far this one is the worst. Not only is the building dirty, outdated, and furniture falling apart, but the service is the worst. Took almost 3 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Dealership was also trying to tell me that replacing a door handle would be $100+, and that was the first sign to me that they are money hungry. Service technician should of also asked me if i wanted a car wash after service, because i had just paid for a detail and now its gone with the cheap car wash this dealership probably gave my car. I hated the experience, hated the service, hated the environment. No wonder this place looks like its going bankrupt. It is sad because i love Mitsubishi and this dealership just gives it a bad rep. Management obviously needs to be fired. The car in the showroom isnt even show quality, SAD.

He also stayed in contact to make sure the processing was going smoothly and that I was still interested in the car. Multiple people worked together to make sure the car process went well. My wife started the process. I drove there to sign paperwork and left. So painless. Brandon was awesome and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I know he makes commission, but he seemed to really care. I would recommend this place to anyone. We bought a car for our daughter and my thinking was I can get a new vehicle, cheap, and have a 3 year warranty where I wont have to worry about any problems. To my surprise its a 5 year 60,000 bumper to bumper and 10 year drive train. Very nice!

Website scheduling did not work so I went in without appointment and was well taken care of same day. My service advisor, Synthia, knows her cars, and was very helpful. We were doing a favor and dropping off a vehicle for a friend who moved out of the country. We were told they would either come tow it from our house or we could just drop it off. So we thought we were being nice by dropping it off (we live an hour away) and calling them while we were still in the parking lot to let them know we dropped it off. However, the lady we spoke with at the dealership was very rude and had a major attitude and telling us we dropped it off wrong?? Not sure what the deal was. Weve never had such bad experience with a dealership. Especially terrible since we will be purchasing in the near future. Please consider being nicer to strangers.

Purchased my Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from this location and the sales person was very polite and respectful. It made for a great car buying experience, but when I needed to take my car in for service and repairs, even with the warranty it cost far more to have them service my car than any number of service shops in the area. The service department advises you of the cost during inspection and it somehow increases without your knowledge or the service isnt covered under the warranty. The Mirage G4 has the worst rims and tires ever placed on a vehicle. Ive never had to replace so many tires on any vehicle ever and theyre not covered under my warranty...

Yes my car part was stolen of my car while in the dealership position. Yes it was fixed in a timely manner. But I really think this is a inside job. Hope would robbers know what cars on a locked up garage to steal from. I went to trade in my vehicle and I was not offered anything good. My credit is much better now then before. I have not been late on my payments either. But I guess I will shortly take my business else where. They should have better Security at the dealership until the workers return or overnight to prevent the The thieves from coming back in stealing. Plano police needs to look out as well to catch the Crooks, I actually put our Vin numbers on the small parts, Or make a case that goes over him so they’re not that easy to rip off.

The service itself was great. Everybody was polite, attentive, etc. Totally satisfied with that. But Im going to cut the praise short not because they dont deserve it for their service, but because theres more to address and I dont know what my character limits are for this comment.When I walked into the service area, the two people there put on their masks right away. Very cool, thanks for acknowledging the pandemic, good for them...but they werent wearing the masks beforehand. Which means that while they werent projecting saliva as is normally the case when speaking unmasked, the air was already full of whatever may have been in their system. I was at risk just walking in, because if anybody there was positive then the air was already dangerous whether they wore masks while I was there or not. Somebody needs to explain viral loads to them.Now 10/21 - had oil change, alignment, etc. Again; great service, attentive, explained what they were going to do, later explained what they had done - A+ for that. But not a mask in sight. Texas ranks pretty high in hospitalizations and deaths right now, ranks pretty low in vaxx percentage, and Delta variant is an ongoing issue. Getting your car serviced should not be a life-threatening event.

The negotiation process was quite frustrating. I think the offers given on trade ins are so low that its insulting. I shouldnt have to argue with people to get a decent offer on a trade in. Jessie was a very friendly salesperson and very friendly. The finance manager was very unfriendly, I didnt like being around him. I bought my first Mitsubishi and as much as I like the car, I think the business aspect of this dealership really needs work. I asked simple questions and received a lot of um, hmmm, not sure about that, as a response. I also dont like how the cars are marked up due to market. The dealership was unwilling to negotiate from the marked up price so I was not able to purchase the car that I really wanted.

Outlander PHEV had a breakdown in Feb 2021. Took to Don Herring and got to know that it takes 30 to 45 days to get battery replaced. They promised rental vehicle covering 1/2 the amount. After 45 days, they informed me that they cant give a date and that they will cover rental.After 6 months, they got paid by insurance for battery replacement and they held the car for 3 weeks until I paid the rental amount of ~$4,700.00Never trust what they say, get everything in writing.Update: So My car stopped because it was towed (not towed because it stopped in the middle of a road)? ....Also, please get your facts straight. I did not tow the car, Mitsubishi towed the Car to the nearest dealer

My appointment was clearly accounted for (i.e. I didnt have to wait), Luis explained what would happen and provided a general timeframe up front.Later in the day Luis called, reported what the issues were, gave me a quote l, and had my car ready when he said he would (earlier actually).Bottom line, the very last review I thought I would ever make would be one that involved vehicle service. Great experience overall. Started the conversation with the sales team back in July but had to wait a few months. Kaity Barnes worked with my schedule and changes due to work; got me set up for an appointment. Got to the dealership and met with Carlos C, the sales rep. He took the time to gather all of my information, took pictures of my trade in and had everything submitted to finance and then we took a tour of the car. He explained the features of the 2022 Outlander and then we took it for a test drive. Overall great experience with Carlos. GSM Brett Cantrell was great at being up front and honest about the process with my trade and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Hes your man for sure. Once into finance, Shahan had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and had explained everything to me; was able to get me the best possible rate with GAP coverage!! Once signed, Carlos had the car washed, fueled up, and ready to go. He helped me set up the MyMitsubishi app for my phone and walked me through a few other things with the car. Day 1 - Called salesperson, Lauren to confirm vehicle was available. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they cannot find the car. I was then given the option to purchase a vehicle that was to arrive on Friday. They also gave me the total price out the door which I agreed to. Day 2 - They call me on Friday to let me know the car has arrived. I drive 45 minutes again to pay for my car. I get there and the now the vehicle is almost $3000 more. My rating stems from the fact that I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time, but was there for over an hour and a half before I was able to pay and get my keys to leave. It would have been polite to ask first if I had time for the extra inspection. If I had time I would have gladly said yes. Other than that I have no complaints.

Showed up and Josue helped me understand the differences in the cars, answered all of our questions. I felt like he was more of a friend than a salesman. He makes you comfortable. I looked at 2 different cars. Then William helped me with the finance side. I dont have great credit and he still helped me get a decent deal. What I really appreciated about him was his honesty and making sure I understood everything before he moved on. Ill definitely be back I feel like William will be a big help in the future when I trade in and upgrade. I went with the 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage for the first car, I just needed something not expensive and with a good warranty. I would give 0 if it was an option. Upon arrival I had been told that the vehicle I was told would be there was in fact not. I’m young and was not aware of their tricks to get you to the dealership. I walked out with a car even though it wasn’t what I originally wanted. I was told at the dealership that my first payment would be due after 75 days. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. I found out I was behind on payments and my credit score was ruined because I listened to the finance manager. My first car experience was not ideal and I will never being doing business here again.

Had my first service performed on my Outlander 6/15/2021. Also asked to have a coolant smell checked. I explained that the vehicle had coolant residue a few weeks ago, but was cleaned away due to excessive rain. I also explained that the a/c was in and out on a trip. The technician that performed the oil change stated that there was no problem due to no coolant leak seen. He did not perform a coolant pressure test or check both of my cooling fans for proper operation. I explained that I was a Technician for 45 years ( BTW I have 8 ASE certifications and GM certified) but I am disabled and I knew that there was a problem and the Technician and Service Manager told me because there was no apparent coolant leak and the vehicle was not overheating that there was nothing wrong. I was told to bring car and leave it. I live over a hour away and cannot leave my vehicle without another vehicle to drive. I will not be returning back to this service department for any more repairs.

I always enjoy going to this Don Herring. I went to another location because it was closer and always had a problem arise after the visit. They are kind and very informative. I had a scheduled maintenance for my vehicle totaling $500 coming up and instead of pushing me to do it all at once, they highlighted the most necessary ones and encouraged me to come back when I could and get them done one by one if necessary. I felt valued instead of looked down upon for not having the finances to do it all at once. The whole experience is always kind, with staff who have a great sense of humor.

They were unable to get it transfered over but went over and beyond I would ever expected. As we mentioned to a few key people in the dealership, the length of time waiting for the process to happen seemed longer than we have previously experienced at other dealerships in the past when buying a new car.When a lull in the timing happens then perhaps we could have been asked if we wanted to get something to eat, or do something, and return in a couple of hours .Besides the time issue, everyone we met was very friendly and warm and made us feel welcome.As we stepped into the showroom, Brett immediately introduced us to our liaison Mike Koester. I can sum up my thoughts about Mike in 4 words. WE BOUGHT THE CAR.My girl friend and I went on a leisurely drive to see this newly designed Mitsubishi Outlander that Ive been reading about, just window shopping, as they say. And wouldnt you know it, two hours later, SOLD.Thanks for your help, Mike.My first words to Mike were, Im not going to buy anything today. (Let it snow)
