Credo is my home away from home. For starters, the store is beautiful, inviting, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, you’ll be motivated to transition to clean beauty. Nick is one of my favorite people and I have sent many a friend to him for skincare advice. Give them a try and take your full-size empties from any brand and they’ll give you credo reward points for some amazing FREE products. Credo days are my favorite!

Love going back to this place. It’s so nice to be able to try a few samples to pick which product is right before committing to a full size. Love having a place where I don’t have to read all the labels to make sure they meet the parameters I want. I’ve worked with Shea and she’s great - knew the products, was sure to ask my preferences before steering me, but was never pushy and even got me considering products I hadn’t considered when I was open to suggestions!

I happened to come in Credo on Sunday while wandering the shops. I have been looking for a new base (I usually gravitate towards CC creams or tinted moisturizers) but I ended up purchasing a Juice Beauty foundation! The associates were very helpful and tested several products on me.The store itself is bright, clean, organized and QUIET. I love quiet stores. (I prefer to be able to shop in peace and I really dislike loud music in stores and restaurants. Personal preference.) They offer skincare, makeup, and hair care. They are a cashless store but they accept cards and payment through Apple Pay. (Credo also has recycling program for makeup and skincare containers!)If you’re looking for natural, vegan, or even just skincare options owned by smaller companies (some Made in USA!), give the products at Credo a try.

I dropped into the store this afternoon on a mission and on a work conference call. My mission: Made in the USA clean or organic make up. First, the place smells amazing! Second, the staff was fantastic, helpful and patient as I shopped and finished my work phone call. Shea helped me picked out foundation, powder, blush and concealer. She went beyond the extra mile to ensure the beautiful products I took home with me fit the mission. I highly encourage a visit to Credo, you won’t be sorry.

Love love love this place and beauty consultants here! ALL the products are clean & good for your and the environment! I felt taken care of and celebrated when I came here. I got a complete makeover while the consultants helped me find what skin care and makeup items worked best with my skin. It is an investment when shopping here, but an investment well worth it when you know that you are using the best of the best healthy product lines.

I came across this place by accident and I am so glad I did! It is nice to finally have a store that is dedicated to clean beauty, skin care, and body care. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even sent me home with some great samples. They answered all of my questions. I cannot wait to go back and take my friends there!

This store location is just beautiful and products are displayed easily for convenient shopping. The associates are always so helpful in showcasing what products may be best for your particular skin type or need. Their rewards program is excellent as well! Great store for those who appreciate clean living.

I was really excited to visit this store because I’m a big fan of Kjaer Weis and it’s the only store in my area that sells their products. Upon walking in I was asked if I needed help, in a condescending tone, but since I did indeed need help I took the associate up on it (the product I wanted wasn’t stocked on the shelves). After getting the product I did a little bit of browsing and by the time I was ready to check out it took MINUTES for someone to acknowledge I was an actual customer. Even the associate that assisted earlier ignored our eye contact exchange and continued to babble with another employee. Was super excited about this store since I am a beauty and makeup enthusiast, but I will NEVER come back here.

Really great selection of products of all my fave brands and more to discover. They def introduced me to new products and was a really great shopping experience was attended to by all the employees at the store with great attitudes and good knowledge on their products. Me and my sister love going to credo such a treat!

Absolutely love this store, and everyone at the Plano location is just amazing. They are so helpful addressing any skin care concerns that you have. They even remembered me after the first couple times of coming in. Can’t rave about this store enough!

I was new to the idea of health conscious beauty so I visited this adorable beauty boutique with an open mind. I was absolutely blown away by my experience there....Josh took me, figuratively, by the hand and explained the benefits of all the products with such expertise!! I am definitely coming back for a spa day!!

Bless the super kind lady who helped me immediately upon entering and patiently helped me find the product I wanted even after I repeated the wrong brand name at her multiple times. Excellent service I didnt expect from such a high brow store.This place is pricey but the products are top notch- it didnt feel like gouging so much as premium product.

I am in love with this store! I have tried a few of products that they offer, and every single one, from hair products to skincare to makeup, has been a pleasant experience. I can’t wait to experience all that this store has to offer once it opens up for real!

Completely obsessed with this place. All green beauty line so you feel great about anything you buy. My first visit I have the pleasure of meeting Mila, she was so helpful and sweet. She did a free makeover on me with complimentary facial included. She was patient and explained every single product used and didn’t try to sell me on anything. Which worked bc I wound up buying a lot! I have been back several times as well and will continue to be my go to place for all makeup, hair, and skincare. They give lots of samples too which I love! Very happy I found this place 😊

Really disappointed in Credo’s return/exchange policy. I was so excited to purchase a gua sha stone from them a week ago. However it’s now cracked and broken in half, unable to use. When I called to ask about exchanging it for a new one, the woman was rude and very unhelpful. I understand products break, and I was happy to try that brand again, however their customer service was the worst part about this experience. You can support healthy clean beauty for your clients, but I suggest also supporting your clients via decent customer service if you’d like to retain customers.

Went in to browse tonight, found a few things I wanted to purchase. Stood by the check out for nearly 5 minutes while the employees stood around talking to each other in a group. Ending up walking out without making a purchase since nobody wanted to help me. Would give 0 stars if I was able to, definitely won’t be returning which sucks since I live in the shops.

Coming into this store was a very pleasant experience, and I love the products I got from here. I am already starting to wonder which products I will go clean on next because they feel so good on my skin.

Very rude and unprofessional. The two employees were engaged in their own conversation and never asked if I needed help. The person they did help was the customer wearing a Louis Vuitton handbag. I shouldn’t have to wear my designer handbag to get acknowledged. Disappointed because it’s a nice store but the employees need to have better customer service skills.

I love this store!! So many amazing eco beauty products in one place. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My roommate and I happened to stop in at Credo because she wanted to have her brows done. Emma helped her and was very kind. Emma did a great job with my roomie’s brows as well as answering our questions and recommending products. Since then, we have returned a few times, including to purchase products Emma gave us samples of! They are very generous with samples and it pays off because I bought an $88 dollar item (totally a rare move for me) after using up my sample. We have also worked with Mila and Olivia, both of whom are very kind. I recommend this location and this company.

I just went in to window shop but the staff was very helpful and super friendly. They took the time to show my some products and give me some tips. I will defunitedly will be coming back around.

Had the pleasure of attending the preview party on 1/26/18. It was very busy, but the employees who helped me were very attentive and helpful.Credo carries a ton of health conscious makeup & skincare brands. I look forward to coming back and trying more products & services!

Similar experience to the review. I was walking by and noticed a small skincare/beauty store and it didn’t look busy so I figured I would stop in and look. Twice, I walked up to and stood at the register to check out, and none of the 5 employees offered assistance. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. I walked around a few more minutes and tried to get back in line, when one of their employees literally allowed the customer they were helping to cut in front of me, despite me being at the counter first. The male employee checking them out didn’t even bother to say that he would be with me shortly. They had two registers another employee could have helped. I ended up leaving the items I was going to purchase on the counter and walked out of the store, and again, was not acknowledged by one of the 4 other employees standing around talking.I suggest your employees learn some customer service skills if you want to stay in business.

I was so excited to see Credo carried RMS Beauty products. I went in to buy the un-cover up concealer. The friendly staff helped me find the perfect shade for my skin tone. They also helped me find a natural match to replace my NARS blush. I was very impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer. I recommend it to all my family and friends looking for natural cosmetic products.

Credo is revolutionizing beauty! I’ve started using green beauty in the last few months and Credo carries a lot of the brands I have fallen in love with (Indie Lee, Kjaer Weis, Goldfaden MD, Ellis Brooklyn, and more). They have a great rewards program that makes me want to shop here over other retailers and they really take the guess work out of me finding products without questionable ingredients!
