The prices for individual services are pretty high. Thats not a problem at all but if they could live up to the service expectations. That would be great.I had to point out the missed patches of hair for waxing! Not recommended for Waxing services at all. Cant speak of the Spa coz I did not get it.The wax they use it pretty neat and less painful. Paying 300 just to come home and see still missing patches of hair is upsetting!

I go every 6 weeks for a facial and it is amazing. I have also tried the rocks massage and foot massage and both are amazing. They use organic products if that is what you are looking for. The staff is great and the atmosphere is really relaxing.

Service was great. Our massages with Bill and Karen were amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.

I cannot write enough good things about the incredible facial I just received from esthetician, Nam. Her skill, attention to detail, grace and pure joy were a delight. I have never been so relaxed during a facial before that I fell asleep; yep I actually woke myself up w an embarrassing snore. The much less mortifying news is my skin is now absolutely glowing and I’ve been introduced to an entirely new line of organic products that smell incredible!! Five stars for Nam!!

I had a facial with Nam to help get a handle on my acne that has been exacerbated by wearing a mask. The spa looked very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the place smelled AMAZING!Nam was very knowledgeable about skin care and was able to educate me on how my current product use was actually detrimental to my skin. The facial treatment was SO relaxing! Every product used smelled better than the previous one!I left the spa with a new glow and refreshed belief that my skin will make it through and get better!I cannot wait to continue seeing Nam and have her help me keep my skin healthy!

The facials are great! Will definitely go back for more. The massage was like someone just putting lotion on for me. Definitely had better. The foot massage was nice and detoxing. When I go back,.it will be for facials only.

I love this place! My husband and I got a couples massage here. We were greeted with free drinks (eas and citrus water), and a warm neck/shoulder pillow as we filled out our paperwork. I was relieved that we were able to get difference styles of massages for the couples massage. My husband loves deep tissue massages and I prefer a lighter pressure. I was really worried I was going to be uncomfortable during the massage because Im pretty boney and massages tend to be uncomfortable. I let my masseuse know i prefer a lighter pressure. She was fantastic! My massage was heavenly. I loved the warm gloves on my hands and feet. The hot stones felt good too. The setting was nice and calm and we were able to easily relax. My husband and I had no complaints. I appreciate that their products were all natural too. At the end of the massage, we got dressed and were greeted at the front by our masseuse with another free drink. We spoke for a little bit about our experience with them - which of course was great. They made me feel like a spoiled princess. I cannot wait to go back!

I got a facial with Nam at Spa Habitat, and Nam is amazing! I recommend Nam to everyone because she is an esthetician that is hard to find. Nam is passionate about skin care, is a caring, sweet, and genuine person, she has healing hands, and she has a calming personality. Nam made me feel relaxed, made my skin feel rejuvenated, and she gave me a lot of tips on how to improve the quality of my skin from the inside out! She truly cares about my well being and wants me to feel confident in my own skin. I am so thankful for her and her expertise!

My wife and I both had a couples massage and both of their therapists Aisha and Darlene were wonderful! We have never been anything but pleased with their service at this location for many years.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and the staff was friendly but I prefer the flagship/original location in Plano for its organic, earthy and relaxing feel. I was trying to find a RedDoor replacement with the same lavish treatment and waiting area and lunch etc. but this didnt quite do it for me. Its kind of noisy. You wait in the front by the window, in your regular clothes, not in a relaxing location in a nice robe. I know thats not what theyre promoting but in that area of town its what I expected...a RedDoor experience!

Beware!!! I had a bad experience a year ago and gave it another chance after detailed conversation thinking it may have been the specific product. I have been to spas on the east and west coast and in many many countries in the last year but the staff especially Lauren at this location is totally unprofessional, rude. Totally insensitive to injustices on my face from sun shower facial and face wax service. I sent before/after photos with swelling and breakout all over the face and bruises on cheeks. What everyone else could see on my face and photos, she said she could not. I went there before my travels after a dry bar visit in the area and it was a disaster - I left worse than when I went in and in pain. My travel is now a disaster. I put cold compresses and coconut oil but the burning would not stop. It will take months to heal completely.Worse statement - they said I came at my discretion as if I was warned I will be hurt again .. I was assured that this facial was different than prior and base elements were not the same.Who in their right mind would spend approx $250 to damage their skin and be in pain right before the travel?

I had the most wonderful facial plus foot ritual at Spa Habitat. Allie was amazing. Not only did she do a superb job on my face she educated me about what my skin was really needing...like moisture. The products are amazing and I love that they are organic. I will be back for sure and always ask for Allie!

I got a gift card for this spa from my boss. She raved about the massage service and hospitality she always receives and wanted to treat me. Two months later I finally booked an appointment.I love the interior design of the location, the way the shop is set up along with the waiting area. A lot of thought and detail went into the visual floor plan of this place. The smell was inviting and the ambiance was relaxing.The staff was wonderful during my visit. Their interactions were engaging. Phil was my massage therapist and he did a wonderful job. I got the Green Peace Massage and felt extremely sleepy afterwards. Im glad I only live three minutes away. He got all the knots out from my neck down to my back. I felt like Jell-O after.I look forward to returning to this location and having Phil again.

I received the best facial I have ever experienced today by Allie! I went with the signature 80 minute facial.. she made me extremely relaxed and I loved every second of it. I’ve never had a facial like that before .. she used a ultrasonic exfoliater, different enzymes and scrubs that made my skin feel silky smooth. Hot stones on my face and arms along with cold stones around my eyes. I will definitely be back in a few weeks to treat myself again. I ended up splurging a little bit and bought 7 of their products... Thank you so much Allie!

This spa does great work, however, Ive now had 2 canceled appointments with this spa and havent been back because of it. Ive tried to give them another shot and was canceled again because they did not have another person to do my spa treatment. The first time I was canceled the staff member who called shared that someone needed the day off and they forgot to block off the time. Define inconvenient when your looking forward to your appointment. This spa is unreliable with scheduling. No appointment is guaranteed.*****and to the response below... You tried to schedule me earlier in the day which did not work for me. This is why I scheduled a late in the afternoon appointment. Then once I did my Google review you then called stating found a tech that could accommodate to my original time and offered me the service for free. I declined because I had already booked at another Spa which would have cost me to cancel. I shouldnt have to do a review to get my original appointment back. That call should have been made before the cancelation. 2 times to many of cancelations for me. Free wasnt even worth it at that point. Im glad I was canceled because I found an amazing new spa home*****

I absolutely love coming here. Dani is an amazing massage therapist. I have never been so relaxed in my life. Recommend her 1000%! I see Allie for my facials as an esthetician myself I truly enjoy my facials. Allie is so knowledgeable and always has wonderful recommendations for my skin. Always ask for Allie. You will be amazed at her knowledge. I love that all the products used are organic. The front staff is always so helpful. Wonderful spa and wonderful people.

Ive always wanted to try them out so I decided to go in and get some information on services. The ladies there are sooooo nice and knowledgeable. They really took the time to adress my skin concerns and suggest the best possible options they had to offer. I love that they cater to sensitive skin and have different organic products for any skin issue you may be faced with. 5 stars out the gate. I cant wait to get a service. Thank you ladies!

I bought my wife a gift card for her birthday, and she went in for a deep tissue massage. She says it was the best shes ever had, and she has been a lot of places. Nothing compares to Spa Habitat!

This is definitely on the pricier end of the spectrum, but the experience is wonderful. Very knowledgeable staff, polite and courteous.

The staff was nice and proffesional but I did not enjoy my massage whatsover I was counting the minutes till it was over. I memorized all the strokes because she did them over and over again till my bones were sore. My back wasnt worked on the way I asked her to do. I told the receptionist I wasnt happy and I was told the manager would be in contact with me. I have yet to hear from her.

I AM ADDICTED NOW! I absolutely loved every second of my visit here. After receiving a gift card for Valentines Day, I booked an appointment. I must admit I was a bit scared to come after reading into a few of the reviews to try and find the perfect massage therapist there. I can honestly say, they are all very misleading! The staff here was nothing but accommodating, helpful, and sweet! I am a multiracial woman and appear to be both Mexican and black as sometimes, and never once did I feel I was a victim of racial prejudice. Anyway, back to my experience, I had Benjamin for the Herbal Back Therapy. He-Was-Amazing!!! I adore Benjamin! From the beginning he asked if I needed anything or to use the restroom before going to the room. He then went over my paper work and was actually paying attention and was mindful of what it said about my car accident, aches, and pains. He took the time to educate me and put me at ease being that it was my first professional massage. He conversated with me for a bit in the beginning until he could tell I was relaxed and then he worked his magic. The atmosphere was sooooo relaxing, quiet, and beautiful. Even though the paperwork said the time includes my consult, he made sure I got what I paid for (a 45 min massage treatment). I definitely received my moneys worth and am so excited to get to go back soon. Ive recommended all of my friends and family. Im even planning to go with my boyfriend soon because Benjamin and the staff were great! The prices may be a little high, but I would rather pay a little more for a guaranteed great experience than pay a little less to have wasted my money.

I have been coming here since almost 4 years now. Have never been to any other spa. The best of the bestest. My favorite are Ben and Caitlyn. they take my skin care thinking process away. They recommend the best therapies. Never tell me to do something that is not needed. They give so much time that you feel pampered and well taken care of. They know their stuff so well that I always feel that I am in great hands. I also love the staff, Geneva my fav, is one of the best support staff members I have met. She is so wonderful even while she keeps me a reminder VM. Kena and everyone else! Way to go spa habitat legacy !!!

I just got my first foot ritual from Nam. It was amazing. She was so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. She was so great I booked a facial for next week with her. Fantastic and so well done.

I really enjoy the facials here! Some of them are even more relaxing than a full body massage, although those are great as well.
