They ruined my wifes hair cut. the lady, I believe her name is Sapna is very unprofessional when we complained about the improper haircut.

I am a regular customer in this salon and always had a good experience with the service. There is a lady in this salon who cuts my hair with scissor from the past 6 months and she is good. Today when I called to take an appointment, I got to know that the lady who used to cut my hair is now working in a different salon but the lady whom I was talking over the phone call told me that she can also cut men’s hair so I booked the appointment for today.The new lady working today, i.e Friday 17th Jan 2020, gave me a bad haircut. When I told her that I am not satisfied with the haircut, she told me that the hair style is looking good at me. When I told her that you should have told me earlier that you are not expert in men’s haircut, she told me that she has been doing the haircut for a long time but no one has ever complained. In short, she was not admitting the bad haircut.I paid her and went to another salon to get it fixed. I have to pay twice for a single haircut. Be aware of the hairstylist working at this location. I would now recommend this salon to anyone.

Excellent place. Best haircut ever, especially for the price. Speak to Deepa, shell take care of you. The do Mens hair too. Once in the parking lot look for Taj Grocers and theyre inside to the right.

Came here for waxing and haircut I was helped by a lady named nimeha and the experience was wonderful. I have to say this place has the best prices and the most pleasant staff, would definately recommend.

Today went to Lotus beauty salon for the first time for facial and bleach and service was not good. No post care instructions. My black heads are not removed good, she did just for name sake..not liking the service and never go back again.

Deepa did a fantastic job...AGAIN.We moved here from west coast and was on the lookout for a good hair salon. Went thru a few and finally settled on this one. Im glad I found Deepa and got to know her.Deepa takes good care of my hair needs and has always gone above and beyond. This one time we had weekend parties and she was able to fit me in early in the morning to get me prepped up. She takes time to do learn what I want and how I want it and then she performs her magic or so it seems to me.Ive been a regular at Lotus Beauty Spa for almost 5 months now and I think Ive found the one that works for me.I think they went thru a management change and I must say theres a new Sherriff in town...and her name is Deepa. Dont just take my word for it, just give her a try and you will see the difference - The Deepa Difference.

The staff is helpful and attentive but the place is very dirty and looks unhygienic.

Unhygienic, the staff was very inexperienced and on top of everything they were rude.

Avoid this place at all cost. Dont fall for positive reviews. Most likely promoted. Hair dressers at the most amatures. Go some other place lot of near by place.
