0 STARS! Horrible customer service! I made an appointment personally in the store with the hair stylist in the price range that I wanted one week in advance. Let alone how people in front neglected me and I had wait for 15 minutes to be noticed and helped and the girl was on the phone and she didn’t even apologize. Finally when I go in to my appointment the young girl in front told me oh, someone else was gonna do my hair because the lady who was supposed to do my hair had another customer! Then what was the point of appointment?? And they didn’t even call me day before! And she set me up with the other stylist and there was a huge price difference. I left feeling disappointment and my day was ruined.

Julie is AMAZING! She is fantastic with both my and my daughters hair. I love her eye for color and her expertise in making my hair look perfect every time. Shes great with kids and adults, and I cant imagine anyone else touching my hair....shes just the best there is!

Love this place. Reasonable prices. My granddaughter comes here regularly ( thanks to my sister Davida) referred us to Natasha She is wonderful with her hair which comes almost down to her hips. New to Texas, when I was living in California, it would cost $150 to wash and straighten her hair. Natasha is a Blessing

I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment just for them to tell me they couldn’t perform the service I asked for. I drove 20 minutes to get here and the lady couldn’t even get my name right! Waste of my time completely. Would’ve been nice to hear that they wouldn’t have enough time over the phone.

Nora Reyes is a fantastic stylist. Been cutting my hair for about 10 years. Always accommodating and provides excellent customer service. Price is fair for a mens haircut ($25) and you get a shampoo and scalp massage, so a great deal. Highly recommend. She is also bilingual y habla Español.

Julie is an amazing stylist. She is an expert at color, artistic with cuts and does beautiful styling. She is highly recommended and an asset to the Salon.

I hadnt had my hair done in a while, and I am new to the area, I needed someone and quick. The day I called, Nicole, was available. She is fairly new to the salon, and I would like to give her praise for the job well done on my hair. I have a TON of hair and she took her time and was very meticulous, and very kind and pleasant to talk to. I have received so many compliments on my highlights and feel like a million bucks. Thank you Nicole!! Cant wait til I need to come back :)

I am very happy with this salon. I can always get a same day appointment and Ive never had a bad cut or color. Ive found a couple stylists there who really do a great job and cut my hair just how I want it. Ive never experienced any of the employees, including the front desk, to be rude or unhelpful. Prices are reasonable as well.

No answer on phone. 2 ladies behind the desk when I walked in period 40 minutes left until close and the woman says she has won appointment shes waiting on and that will be her last for the day fair it the woman had the phone in her hand when I walked up. The same phone I had just called. Maybe I dodged a bullet.

No one knows how to do color correctly, highlights or balayages. I wanted a sublte color and natural lighting to my hair and came out looking more blonde than I expect it to. As well as it was not blended at all it was soo bad and felt rushed because it was closing time. So dont waste your hard earned money here and I have spent close to $400 at this salon for botched hair. I went to another hairdresser to fix my hair and did a way better job instead of coming back to this horrible place. All the hairdressers need to take extra classes in learning how to properly work with chemicals, techniques in how to approach the hair with chemicals and listening to their clients. I wish I can give this salon 0 stars, the salon may look pretty but dont be fooled into going inside. STAY AWAY!
