Weve been shopping at a lot of different mattress and furniture stores but just couldnt find the combination of back support, firmness, and $1500 price point. Sleep Expert Jacob had us try out various firm mattresses. The tempurpedic with memory foam were awesome but above our price point. Jacob zeroed in to the Beautyrest PressureSmart (hybrid foam and coils) that had just the right firmness for non-sagging back alignment with added memory foam for lumbar support and it was on sale. Jacob found us exactly what we were looking for.

The mattresses are expensive but I asked one of their “sleep experts” for advice, told him my budget and he got me a very good deal for a quality queen mattress in seconds! Quick delivery and great customer service. I got my mattress and they gave me 120 nights to try it out.

Nick was very helpful. He should us many options in types of beds. He arranged delivery. Delivery was made later in the evening. They were friendly and very efficient.The whole visit and process was very positive.

I went in several times to look for a mattress for my elderly father who recently fell and broke his hip. His comfort and safety was my ultimate goal. We went to the Plano store and the gentleman there was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We gave him our budget and took extra time to find us an amazing deal on a pre-owned matress! Again he took time to call the store to verify they still had it! At the Addison store the service was just as great! We showed our paperwork and it was loaded within 5 minutes, we were in and out! The guy that was helping me Anthony Owens. He did not look presentable for work at all. He honestly looked like he got into a fight or something . He also kept messing up my price on a box spring I was getting. Once the order was finalized I noticed he put the wrong size after repeating it twice. And he could not get my name right at all. I had to repeat it about 6 times along with my address.... it was very frustrating. I’m glad I got an email receipt or else I would’ve never seen the error. The only good thing out of it was I got a teacher discount 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was given the five star attention as soon as I walked in the store even if the only salesperson was busy with a young couple making an expensive final selection. Nick really listened and went all out to sell me exactly what I needed. I am impressed.

He listens to what you have experienced with previous mattresses, what youre looking for, and recommends what would work best. He gives plenty of time for you to pick whichever fits you best, then even went the extra mile and looked where I can pick up the mattress the same day. Couldnt have been more painless.

I felt incredibly comfortable shopping here given our current pandemic situation. All associates were masked and stayed a distance of 6 feet away. Had hand sanitizer and masks at the door. I even witnessed them actively encouraging guests to maintain distance and remain masked. On top of all this, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I investigated prices for my chosen mattress online and could not find a lower price than that offered here. Would highly recommend this facility based on sanitation, sales, and staff.

I would give this place a zero if I could. They sent me the wrong bed WEEKS after they told me that I would get it and then it was the wrong bed. When I called the “manager “ back and told him what happened he put the blame on us for ordering the product online instead of in store even though he initially claimed that he would take care of us. There is no customer service line and they put you through hoops to get your money back. I was supposed to get an email confirmation with my refund when I called back they changed their story and now I have to wait almost a month to get my money back. Stay away from this location. Do not believe the store managers there they are only trying to make a sale. And they blame COVID for their lack of service and poor management. STAY AWAY FROM MATTRESS FIRM!!!

Shopping for a mattress can be so confusing. GOOD NEWS! Karen listened to our specific needs asking questions to understand, then guided us towards several excellent options. She did not hover over us, nor try to up-sale us, but she provided options when we asked. Karen was always available with a smile and bubbly personality to answer our questions. She knew every aspect of mattresses. It was a delightful, positive experience. Go when she is there! We also got to meet the area supervisor and found a man with a great sense of humor!

Had a great experience shopping at this Mattress Firm. I went in to test out the Purple mattresses in person and ended up purchasing one as part of their Memorial Weekend sale. Bought an adjustable base as well and they upgraded me to the next model before deliver when mine was out of stock. Great customer service, great experience shopping there. Dealt with 2 people as we came back after deciding what we wanted!! They were more than helpful and allow us to lay down and try whatever we wanted.... they honored all discounts and sub’ any items they didn’t not for something we were happy with! The trial period was longer here and we doubt we will be returning our Purple mattress, counting the days till delivery 6 more days

The store I choose to shop at first for all my bedding needs....Friendly, informative, knowledgeable and the best prices in Dallas. Dont buy elsewhere until you call into the Plano store and talk with Karen or coworkers. The customer service is worth it alone. Highly recommend.

They delivered the wrong mattress to us, didn’t want to respond to us in sending the correct one that we want but kept saying they’ll call us back and never did still even after a few calls to the Sales guy. There were other promotions that weren’t honored, the sales guy- Brandon, was sketchy working with us once the purchase was done and paid for. Classic bait and switch! This was a Tempur-pedic and we paid a lot of money for this investment and got the worst service after so much promises on their warranty and customer service!
