Great place for seasonal decors. Go early in the season because the good stuff sells quick! Wide variety of indoor and outdoor furniture/furnishings for year round as well. Nice selection of faux plants and wall art for pretty reasonable prices.

Love At Home for a great many hours of wandering! I meet my sister there about once a month and we make a good half day of it. Who wouldnt love it? Need holiday decor? Omg its all there, from floral to make your own arrangements, to some really fun accents- throw pillows and lap blankets. Need bedding? Its here. How about and area rug or basic kitchen rugs? Yep they are here. Small accent furniture, patio furniture and cushions. Wall art that is fun, dramatic or just plain inspiring. Kitchen gadgets and organizing for the whole home. So take a morning or afternoon go in grab a basket and just walk it all up and down each aisle you will find something you just have to have.

I like this store for the items sold. They lost a star because I was looking for something in particular that is out of season with the expectation that it would be price for clearance. Found the items in a clearance area. Signs posted says look for the colored stickers on the UPC to find the discount to be given. Every item I picked up, even items I was not interested in, did not have the discount sticker. It was typical shopping ploy.

It’s crazy that Vanessa was confused and blamed everything on corporate confusion that they would not honor out door decor 50% off she said only if market clearance and red slashed well Mam not what sighn say and your clearance sign I saw was completely different . You have 2 of these sign saying 50 off at beginning and end of isle i took 3 people associates who agreed they where confused but not only did she ignore she refused to Homer. Then move the signs

I came here with my friend and everyone was being very polite until we got checked out by a lady named Tammy and I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or having a bad day but she was being very rude to my friend! She gave her attitude because she wanted to pay with half card and half at home credit card! There always nice here but I guess Tammy was in a bad mood today…..

A friend of mine recommend that I visit here and Im so glad that she did. This place has some really nice things for the house and the prices arent bad either. I found a new go to.

I have always loved this place!! definitely the place to come shop for everything! Its like all in 1 store. The problem sometimes is the price you can find same item somewhere else for WAY much cheaper BUT they just have so much options and you can find literally almost everything. Charging dept store prices for K-Mart quality. Bought a large mirror and the plastic frame broke right after I hung it on the wall. They had installed a hook on each side, secured by 3 screws each. Only problem was the plastic holding screws broke after 5 minutes in wall and Im going to have about 70 years bad luck. Make sure you buy wood frames. There is no way to know because the paper on back covers it. Pull the item up in their web site and it tells you in there.

I am a regular customer at this particular location but I feel as though that will be short-lived unfortunately, I say that because on one of my many trips to at home this particular trip was quite disturbing, while walking through the store I passed down an aisle and overheard a conversation the supervisor Debbie was having with another employee and to say the level of embarrassment I felt for the employee would be an understatement. Not only did the supervisor raise her voice at the employee but she also belittled the employee in front of customers and other employees. I couldn’t imagine the humiliation the employee felt at that moment. I find this behavior very rude and disrespectful. Nobody should be treated this way especially not an employee coming to work during an ongoing pandemic if this is the way employees are treated here it is unfortunate for me to say I will no longer be doing business here! For all of the employees sake at this location I hope this issue is shown attention and is resolved! Thank u and God Bless!

Great place for home decor, they had everything I needed.

They have lots and lots of stuff to decorate with. The styles are very generic so it would be better for staging a home than choosing pieces specific for your home decor. The prices were mid to high range. For the warehouse type setup, I was expecting lower pricing. Pricing was similar to Wayfair. I think Costco has more interesting finds.

Worst store ever. Store Manager Vanessa sent me the WRONG item and she shipped me broken glass in a plastic bag (no box or nothing). I ordered tiled globes she sent me globes that look like the one you put on a Christmas tree. Different design. She said she would not refund me for the wrong & broken glass shipping even though it is her fault. Buyer beware!!

Love this store and all the wonderful things it has to offer! I had to make a return and because I am a perks member (free to sign up at any cash register it online!) I didnt even have to provide my receipt! Fantastic customer service and even though the lines can be long, they move very quickly. I expected the prices to be much higher but they were exceptional!

I purchased a 40x40 black metal outdoor table in July. I notified At Home the following April, just 8 months later, that the table was rusting. At their request, I provided a photo and my receipt showing the purchase. I was told the manufacturer would be contacted for a refund since the store refused.It is now June and not one word from the Customer Care Dept., despite my numerous emails requesting the status.I’ve cut up my At Home card and will no longer shop at a store that doesn’t stand behind their products nor do they care to respond to customer emails.UPDATE: At Home’s response below sure seemed sincere. However, after sending a 5th email, at their request, 3 days later, there is no response.It’s clear that At Home doesn’t care about their customer’s experience with them or retaining customers. They have no customer service.Don’t buy any of the Grammercy black metal outdoor furniture! It will rust and they don’t care!UPDATE: It is now one month after At Home requested my address and phone number so that they could send me a refund check. Why they just didn’t pull that info from my account reflects how poorly this company is run.I still have not received the promised refund check, nor have they responded to my emails requesting a status update.I guess “the check is in the mail” takes on a whole new meaning with this company. Let me star off by saying that Victor is truly amazing but his manager is the reason for this 1 star review. I went in needing to exchange a $200 gift card for a $100 gift card and 2 $50 gift cards because they are for a contest at work with 3 winners. Victor initially asked the manager who came over and said there was nothing they could do about it and asked if I needed anything else in a very rude manner then walked away. Victor then told me to hold on and that there is probably a way to split it up. He pondered on it for a few seconds and then went at it. He had the gift card amount split up in no time! To the manager who clearly gives no damn about her customers, Do Better!

Terrible customer service.Didnt get discount BOGO 50% off planter pots even though sign was posted. Had to return a few days later to fix discount mistake made by store/employee.Few customers, but waited in line for about 20 minutes. Customer in front was calling a friend to ask her if she still worked at At Home and could use her discount.....?????Employee seemed to be okay even though several different names and phone numbers were attempted for discount.

We were just looking for barstools and of course had to look at the Clearance and Halloween sections. We found one we liked (but did not purchase yet) because it was King size. We pulled it out of the crowd, my husband sat on it, and we decided it would work. Now to find one more like it -- success! We did not buy them since we wanted to comparison shop, which we did online. We discovered other places (Wayfair, Target, Rooms to Go, Overstock) were much pricier or didnt have what we liked). One week later, my husband went back and purchased them. With his At Home credit card, he has 0% financing for six months, and we have two amazing barstools that swivel and will fit any of us or our friends when they are over to watch football. 🏈

Love going to shop there. There is so much to choose from, color and style.

Actually very impressed with this store. Have been to quite a few across the continental U.S., and this one has the largest selection yet in my opinion. There is a ton of decor, furniture, linens, appliances, etc., and we spent hours looking around. I also like that they have a large selection of clearance and sales, which can offset some of the cost for those larger ticket items.

First time In at home . Went to look at the holiday decor and I was surprised at the assortment. Didn’t see anyone to help answer question. I wish stores would put a question camera that you can interact n ask question in each isle to make shopping easier.

I waited for my pickup order for 35 minutes and they misplaced my items. Employees at this store were not wearing mask and eating food while arranging the store items. This shouldn’t be allowed and is very risky considering it’s covid time.Rachel was nice and helpful.However the other manager was rude too even though it was their fault.

I called ahead to look for an item and Rachel was absolutely great!! Amazing service and incredibly helpful!! They were so kind and made me want to come back again!! Rachel really went above and beyond in helping me out and I really appreciated it!!

This store is one the most organized stores that I have visited.

Although the store has a sign out front asking shoppers to wear masks, and asks that their employees wear masks, they do not care if shoppers wear masks or not. When I notified the manager that a shopper was in the store without a mask, he said, Okay.... to which I said there was an executive order in effect. He told me that it had expired, but this is a lie because it is a statewide ordinance for mask wearing in counties where there are 20 or more cases (Collin County is not exempted.) He then defensively told me he would not throw out shoppers for not wearing a mask, which I did not ask him to do.This experience would not have been an issue if he had simply said he doesnt enforce the policy, which is weird when store employees have to wear masks. What I found bothersome was that he tried to lie about a statewide executive order to justify his inaction to help curb the current pandemic.

I love At Home. They have so many things so your house doesn’t look like anyone else’s. The people are pleasant. The bathrooms are clean. I enjoy their Christmas but the outdoor decor is great, too. This one is tidy and well organized.

Everything I picked by the sale signs I was told not included in sale. Also, I chose some nested planters and was told they all have a separate price. Quite sure that was my last trip to that overpriced joke of a business. Definitely not garden ridge anymore and I definitely didnt feel At Home.

Good deals on outdoor furniture!

I have had a few bad experiences at this store. The sales they have are confusing and misleading. I was purchasing some garden items and certain things were on sale and other items were not, even though they were in the same aisle with the sale signage. A lot of damaged merchandise or had parts missing. The store looks junky and not well thought out. The solar lighting was in 4 different locations. The merchandise was not organized just thrown on the shelves. Very random. I know it is towards the end of summer but the same product should be together. Tons of open packages and product out of the boxes made it look like a overpriced garage sale. Their prices are pretty high. I prefer home goods and big lots over this store. Both of those stores are much more organized, have higher quality products at a much better price. They need a team to go through that store to clean it up and re merchandise the place. Empty shelves at the front of the store look bad and they have been like that for weeks.

I would compare this store to Hobby Lobby. Both of these stores sell pretty much the same exact thing. This store also sells a lot of stuff for the house in terms of furniture, pillows, and other cool things to put on the walls. Its really something youve just got to check out for yourself and see if you like the type of things that they sell here. If you like the type of stuff they sell at Hobby Lobby then youll pretty much love the stuff that they have here at this store. Just go check it out and see what you think!

Came to the store for the sales they advertised on pillows. When it was time to check out, my pillows came out to $0.01, my cashier calls the manager, the manager takes the pillows out of my hands and tells me that those pillows are not for sale. This was done in front of everyone (that to me is not good customer service) as a manager #1 she shouldn’t have taken the snatched the pillows away from me, she should have just explained that she was not allowed to sell them. Which by the way, what made me mad is the fact that I have a family member that works at AT HOME and I know for fact these are items that employees can have/buy. This was a mistake on their part for leaving inventory out for customers to get, so the best thing she could have done is let me get the pillow for $9.99.

A large selection of home goods for just about any taste and any budget. The store is very large, with ample parking, so be prepared to spend a while in here. Things can get a bit unorganized in here, so be prepared to dig a little for what you want, especially in patio cushions, or bathroom storage solutions, for example. This place is definitely a Mecca of throw pillows though, so if that’s what you’re searching for, you won’t be disappointed. They have hundreds upon hundreds, and all sorted by color, so it’s easy to find what you are looking for, and make a set that fits your needs and decor.

They have a good selection of things but their return policy is a little unreasonable. They lost my business for good today.I went to return some curtain panels, but had lost the piece of cardboard that was attached at the top and was denied the ability to return the item entirely. I had the receipt with the item codes and everything. No store credit, no cash refund, no partial credit.... Nothing.I spent thousands at this store over the last few weeks and they could not even go out of their way to help me out with a $60 return.

Spacious. Good variety. Staff is humble and helping. Ample parking. Prices are okay, some items however do seem a bit pricey. Collection in the shop has a depth giving a number of choices. All in all a good place to shop for the home. Patio section is worth visiting.

Daniel Emory, I just wasted an hour in your store with no help looking to purchase a mattress that is shown to be in stock only to find out it’s the disgusting floor model. What the hell? Maybe take those out of inventory so people don’t drive 50 miles each way to purchase it when they could have just dealt with tolls and purchased one that was guaranteed in stock. Also maybe employ more than 4 people on a Sunday.

Love the selection at this store. Its nice and big and stocked to fit every taste. The employees are a mixed bag of super friendly and helpful to nonchalant.The shelves are neat and the prices fair! I will be back because as they state, they are the home decor superstore.

I love this store on the first 2 times coming here right before national pandemic and right after the store were able to open again. Employees (mid 30-40 ish) were so nice greeting everyone and very helpful to people when they checked out.But it was a bad experience which I will not come back to this store. I went to buy a few planters during on Memorial Day sales. I got in line to check out with 2 medium pots. When its my turn to check out, the cashier (in her early 20s) told me to go get another pots with the barcode stickers (I didnt realize the pots I picked didnt have the stickers on, as every pots that I looked at had a price tag). So I went back to pick 2 more pots and with stickers and hold all 4 pots in my hands. I went back to the check out station where I was told to go get other pots with the price tag, she was finishing with a customer and she asked Next when she saw me standing there and was about to talk to her. I said I have the 2 pots with price tags here, can you check these out for me as you told me to go get the ones with price tags?. The cashier replied ok, Ill check them out for you after the next customer. What?! I was already waited in line before and now I had to wait again while she could cash these out for me now instead making me waited after another customer?! So I was waited as she told me to (this never happened to me at any store I have ever shopped at). After about 3-4 minutes, I saw the cashier next to that cashier just finished with her customer and was waiving at the line to help the next customer. I thought she might be able to help me and save me a few more minutes as my hands got tired from holding onto all 4 pots for a while. So I approached that cashier and asked can you cash these out for me as you see your colleague is busy with her customer?. She was hesitant to answer and the cashier who told me to wait spoke up Ill help you after this customer. I was like ok. And went back to wait on the other side for next customer to check out. A couple minutes later, I had it. I didn;t want to wait any longer, my fingers were getting too tired and would give in and I might drop these 4 pots anytime. In my head I thought to myself, why would I have to wait in line already, and came back with the pots with price stickers so the cashier could cash the 2 pots I like out, but I had to wait again after another customer, and her colleague could not cash me out either?!?! What kind of training these younger employees have at this store I wonder. I totally got tired from waiting. A Friday afternoon after work, shopping for some cute planters, and they had ruined it for me. I left these 4 pots there and walked out. Other stores would ask someone there to find the items with price tags for their customers. And they would check out for customers right away when they came back with items which had price tags and that they already waited in line right before that but couldnt check out. Terrible customer service!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone, regardless of a big collection they have. I could go to TJMaxx, Marshalls, Home Depot, Walmart, Ikea, etc. and have much better shopping experience like I always do.

Great selection of pieces. I came in on a Monday night and found everything I needed. Lady at the front counter was very nice and wrapped everything nicely for me. The only thing I would say is there was almost a whole isle missing of decorative pillows in the color I was looking for. Other than that it was good.
