Had gone in store and thought was a great experience until delivery day came. We paid extra for haul away of our old bed. The sales rep assured us the delivery guys would handle everything. Except we already had an adjustable base with our prior bed. And they will absolutely not haul it away. Had we known We would have had extra help to move our old bases as I had just had major surgery and wasn’t supposed to be lifting anything heavy. Call the store and they were aware of this and told us they were hoping the delivery guys would make an exception. Its been almost a month and still haven’t had a return call from the manager. They should absolutely not lie to you. But they will tell u what u want to hear to get you to buy. Which we did. Never again will I go to this store!

Nothing like your typical mattress store! Just like the sleep number beds. Happy with my purchase

Our initial visit was one week before we bought our Sleep Number, we were blown away on how amazing the mattress felt. We were also impressed with the different features and functions. The customer service is great, Tim from Chicago was very helpful and full of knowledge. He helped us through the purchasing aspect and even suggested a great place to grab a bite. We are so excited to have our Sleep Number delivered to our place !!!

There basically is NO RETURN POLICY. The salesmen will say you have 30 days to test it out, but then will tell you you cant return your base. That is half the purchase!?!? Dont allow them to lie to you. You will not be able to return this. The bed itself is a waste of time and money. You can barely tell the difference between 30 and 80. It wont help you sleep nor any back issues. WHEN THEY SAY BELOW THAT SOME ITEMS ARE NOTE RETURNABLE, THEY MEAN THE ENTIRE BASE OR HALF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. THEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS HOW THEY TRICK YOU.

Tim was really helpful and very nice, he remembered my name and made me feel very comfortable.

With everything in the world going on, I got to meet William! He was so cordial, and helpful with me running in and out to discuss everything with my significant other to make sure we purchase the right bed!He was so so super kind and personable, it was a nice experience! Hands down best customer service. They listen to their customer. The beds practically sell themselves. Be prepared to spend 3 times the price of a normal mattress. Keep in mind that this is a bed you will have for 15 to 20 years and it has a 15 year warranty. Once you get dialed in and used to this mattress you will not want to sleep on anything else. You will find any excuse to just lay in bed.

The sales guys were very knowledgeable and helpful about all the features on the beds they sell. I highly recommend this store for buying a sleep number bed.

We stop in just to checkout the line of sleep number beds, to make a long story short we bought the i10 set after trying it we fell in love with it, it was so comfortable, they were so helpful came in our home and set everything up and showed us how everything works, they cleaned up after they were done.

Simple mistake from the store, The sales rep input my phone number incorrectly on the order thus not allowing the Delivery team to contact me, I receive an email 45 mins prior to the end of the delivery window at 1pm telling me to call customer service... I dont know if it was sheer incompetence but if I have to wait till the 23rd to get my mattress and bed frame I may just cancel the order all together and go elsewhere.

Find William, impressive customer service, great character and superb humor ... And yes, he is the reason we got the bed!!8

I get that the mattress may be not for me, but they sell you bases that cant be used with any other mattress (which dont work properly) and wont refund them. even though the sales rep said that everything is refundable.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The entire staff treats you with the utmost respect and there is no sense of pressure during the buying process...they are there to actually help. It is a World Class Experience from start to finish-do yourself a favor and stop in...you will NOT be disappointed you did. You will get the best sleeping experience imaginable-it is second to none.

Was a long time Sleep Number customer and went back for our new bed. Did not research on line or anything. Just walked in and bought because we trusted the company that much. WAS is the key word here because we assumed that this company was still good, honest and stood by their products, but they absolutely do not!! Having lower back issues I was excited but apprehensive about buying an adjustable base, Im really short so what if the bends didnt hit me in the right place or what if the adjustments didnt go high enough to give my back relief. However, our concerns were eased away when we were told it was no problem and that it had 100 day trial period so we could return it if things didnt work out.WHICH IS 100% NOT TRUE. So shame on me for trusting that my sales person who knew I was apprehensive about the base didnt mention that the $3,000 base is non refundable. So I signed and didnt read the paperwork attached to my receipt because I thought my sales person was being honest. Again, shame on me. So now, not only does the bed not work for us, but Im stuck with this base and no mattress. The kicker is that we were willing to try to make the mattress work if they would waive the non refundable clause because we really wanted the bed to work. Nope. I signed and thats that (and trust me customer service will repeat that you signed over and over again). So now I will NEVER, EVER, EVER buy anything from Sleep Number again. Which means neither will my friends or family (who by the way many bought because I told them how awesome the beds were). You lost my trust Sleep Number and now my business. You need to be upfront about your return policys in store.

It was great! The staff was very friendly and HELPFUL! And so quick! But not in a, like, Im not listening just buy stuff and get out kind of way. Great customer service.

We had a great experience. Our saleswoman, Lynora, was friendly, informative, helpful, and not pushy. She helped us get the best deal on the bed we wanted. Cant wait to sleep on my new bed!

Horrible store horrible customer service the gentleman named William was rude and disrespectful and told me I was in store a lot when I went twice because the pillows are horrible and now I have to pay for another pillow!!! Don’t go to this company or this store especially William is horrible need to be trained how to talk to Customers
