Had a great experience here today! They were very busy when I drove up, but I was still out of there in about 40 minutes after an inspection and oil change! Brooke did a great job collecting all my information, and Gigi helped by explaining costs and going over what I was having done to my car. I had a great experience, and will definitely be back for my next oil change

Friendly staff, they explain everything in simple layman terms about the service being performed on your vehicle.

It was quick, and great service. They had some girls doing the service I think they all did the men great job ladies.

Got right in upon arrival for oil change; tech was helpful and brought my air filter in for visual inspection before replacing it. I used an online coupon from their website for a discount. They completed the service very quickly and vacuumed my car for me and surprised me with a free massage in an electric massage chair while I waited in their store lobby.

Stuff is friendly. But They have something wrong with pricing they charged me 104 USD for changing oil and oil filters. When I go to Dealership they are charging 65 USD including air and oil filters. So they didnt change my air filters and for the changing cabin filter he asked 42 USD. Nearby there is AutoZone so I bought there air and cabin filters total I paid 42 USD and I changed it by myself.

I heard my truck making a noise when I was coming to a complete stop and my check engine light was on. I decided to visit my local Jiffy Lube this morning. This is my (AJ) personal feedback regarding Alex. The level of professionalism and experience that was provided by Alex was outstanding and much appreciated. The pop in feedback explaining where he was in the process was extraordinary. I know sometimes things are out of our control, but I was confident with the service and details from Alex. Second time bringing my car here and I will keep doing so for routine maintenance/inspections. Everyone there is super friendly, helpful, and professional. They offer manufacturer recommended services based on mileage, but are not pushy about it at all. Highly recommend.

Vince is the tech that helped. Vince was very knowledgeable about the job that he does. Would be nice if all techs were like him. Vince was very polite and friendly and did his completed his job with high standards. I noticed the last couple of times, he has not been there. I miss him and his friendly face.

The service not listed is Tx inspection, which they do. The team does change personnel, but I feel as if there is never a change. All the folks are very friendly, and explain all the details of my service requested to me. I have used this location for literally at least 16 yrs.

They acted friendly to an extent when I got there, however they will tell you the price for an oil change and charge you way more when you checkout. I got there and was told a conventional oil change was $44 but when I checked out it was $80 with tax. Also, they want to charge you $50 for an air cabin filter replacement if you choose to buy one there, (I went next door and got one for much cheaper). I asked the man at the check out where did that total price come from and he said that was the price of the oil and he was not told that I asked for the conventional oil change! He did give me a slight discount so I appreciated that but this is still shady business. Clearly there is either a communication issue or they are just trying to rip people off! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location! Won’t be coming back anytime soon knowing that the staff can’t be honest with the customers!

The Staff here is excellent. Very informative and not trying to sell you anything you dont need. Friendly atmosphere.Plus the massage chair is fabulous.

Love this jiffy lube. Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and they have always been efficient and friendly. Their customer service has been excellent every time. They give me an honest accurate wait time (if there is a wait at all) and are upfront with me about what they are doing and what needs to be done. This location is primarily young men, under 30 yrs old I would guess, and each one has been professional and respectful.

Just had my oil changed again at Jiffy Lube at the 4144 W. Spring Creek location. The entire experience, level of customer service, and the quality of service are beyond compare. Nikki is an excellent face for the business, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She treats you like you’re family. The crew working on my vehicle was fast, thorough, and professional. Can’t say enough about this location and will be taking my vehicle there every time I need services. Car inspection: I personally checked the wiper blades before taking it to Jiffy Lube, and they were fine. I left my car for 30 mins for the inspection and they called me saying both the wiper blades had cuts.Inspection done by MichaelEscalation to AlexThey didn’t accept their mistake and tried to make it up by not charging for the inspection.I had to get new wiper blades and get the reinspection done.

Come to this Jiffy Lube! They have a massage chair. It doesn’t make sense to go anywhere else. How can you compete with a massage chair?The receptionist is also the sweetest lady; i loved her! The whole staff was so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back. Not pricey either!

Excellent customer service and the wait wasnt too long. Justin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly. He recommended what was best for my vehicle without pressuring me to buy. Usually I hate getting oil changes because of the wait and how bad the customer service usually is. Im glad to say my experience at this location was the complete opposite.

This is my go to location for oil changes! It’s convenient to where I live and they are always friendly and do a great job. They do ask about other services you may need, but are never pushy or rude about it. I am usually in and out in no more than 15 minutes or so. I recommend this location for your oil change needs.

They rotated my tires and left the front wheel loose (driver side).

The new manager said my brake pads needed to be replaced.What he doesnt kniw its guys like him that give Jiffy Lube a bad name. I just had my brakes replaced 1 month ago. I could not believe he said they were bad. I went to my mechanic and he confirmed they were in excellent condition. That shouldnt be tolerated. I wont be going back to that location.

I was so impressed with the staff here. They were very friendly and professional. Justin and Cameron were awesome!! They worked diligently to correct another businesses mistake that could have cost me hundreds of dollars. Most businesses would not have taken the time that they did so I was very grateful. I went to get an oil change and use a Groupon. They used the Groupon and charged me. They put in synthetic when I specifically said regular just to get more money. They charged me over 70 for an oil change when it should have been free with the Groupon. So $70 and they used my Groupon they said couldn’t be applied cause they messed up and put synthetic oil which my car isn’t supposed to have. And now my car is running funny. They also left the filter out from the inspection and I had to make them put it back in. They also didn’t reset the oil sensor. They are horrible.

Was there for an oil change and new wiper blades on Jan 15th. Staff was nice and professional, but 2 days later, it was raining and realized they did not replace my blades, even though I had paid for them. Called the shop and Ryan had me come back in, changed them in the rain, and apologized. Today, my car wouldnt start, I called the shop, and they sent 2 mechanics to my house! (Live in the neighborhood close to the shop). That was awesome and very much appreciated! They got my car started, and I drove to the shop where they could put a new battery in (under the rear passenger seat). They are doing that while I wait in the lobby. Thank you to manager Nikki, to Malcolm and Justin (the 2 guys that came out), and the guys working in it now. Nice to see customer service is not dead. Thank you! A busy PTA Mom who needs her car😃

My daughter came last week. The manager said her brakes were really bad, she called me and i told her to drive to my house where i inspected them. They wer 2 and a half months old and in great condition. This new manager is why Jiffy Lube gets a bad name. So i called to ask him about it and was told he was busy and had work to do. I wouldnt recommend going to Spring Creek Jiffy Lube

They do a really thorough job. You leave with a healthier car then you came in with even if you cannot afford everything right away. You have the security of knowing what your car needs next. They will give you priorities and explain why that is the case. Thay have always been honest with me and my mom. Then, at the same time, their rates are mid range compared to similar car service businesses in my area. And every one of those other businesses have been caught trying to get me to pay for something I didnt really need. My brother was a mechanic. He got too old to do the work, but he could still tell what a car really needs.

Every employees was great! Definitely will be back next time!

Can not recommend this place enough! The staff is amazing.

The staff is extremely helpful and went extra miles to replace the wheel cover I brought without extra charge when I also have my tires rotated. The oil change is done in a timely manner. The waiting area is pleasant and clean. I definitely will use this facility again.

Sometimes they are so busy that they do not acknowledge potential customers. I arrived, and there was no one at the desk. Maybe the reception-person was also an engineer. I waited around for about 10-13 minutes, then I went to Service First (in Plano) a few minutes away. I’m so happy that Jiffy Lube didn’t didn’t acknowledge me because I stumbled upon a gem that truly values customers.

Very nice service, clean and friendly place with coffee, water and restrooms. No services were pushed on me, but they take a look of everything and show you if anything needs your attention. Car works fine and looks clean, they even vacuumed it. Two thumbs up. Will be back in this location for sure.

I brought in my car and I was immediately greeted by a staff at Jiffy lube name Jithin Jacob.They immediately resolved the issue I had.I also had to mention 2 other employees Lance and Cameron . I would suggested this place to any one for oil change. Great job guys

They found the cause of why one light was not working. It was not the bulb nor the fuse. Wiring was cut. They soldered the cable back together. Would have been a costly dealer only item. Good to know the art of soldering is still practiced.

Ive been going to this jiffy lube since 2014 and the customer service is always exceptional they always suggest things if something needs to but done to the car and just overall customer service outstanding!!

They provided quick and great customer service. I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes.

I got coupons in the mail for these guys and decided to try them out, since is never used Jiffy Lube before. I figured if the service was bad, at least the $ off would be worth it. I dont have a lot of good experiences with auto places in general. Surprisingly, the customer service was great! Both gentlemen that assisted me were professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. They were fast too (i did beat the rush i was told). I will definitely be going back!

Wonderful experience at Jiffy lube today, came in for an oil change on Sunday morning, took under an hour. staff was courteous and meet me on my arrival. facilities were clean and nice. Ryan and Grayson took care of me they went above and beyond my expectations. Management should be very proud of the staff they have at this location.

Took my truck in for an oil change and thank God I declined the air filter so after buying my filter at autozone I opened the hood and found a nest on the engine block with leaves and sticks everywhere in the engine compartment which is a huge fire hazard. They never mentioned anything. Will not be going back to this jiffy lube on spring creek coit in plano

Great staff! I was in town for the weekend after getting an oil change 5 days prior at a Jiffy Lube back home only to find out I had a leak around the filter and was almost bone dry. Alex and Sims got me through fast on a busy Sunday so I could get back home (6 hours away). They took care of it and did a great job when I was in a pinch!
