I regularly take our cars here, and have found them to be consistently reliable and friendly. Today I had a check engine light, and from the first interaction felt like they wanted to do the best job possible. Luis is friendly and helpful, and does his best to let me know what is going on. The mechanic was able to fix my issue very quickly! I so appreciate them!

These guys! They were soooo VERY helpful as this was the first time, in the history of ever, that my equinox couldnt pass an inspection! No codes, then a few after driving 140 miles, told to drive more, but they also have me tips to help and were ALL awesome in my endeavor to pass. Thanks a million guys, Ill surely be back again!

Second year in a row that Kwik Kar has got my inspection business. Both times have been quick and efficient on getting me in and out. People working there were polite/nice. Some other, inspection only businesses, were always rude, slow and then last year took 1 hour+ to tell me they were unable to do my inspection due to computer issues. Ill keep using Kwik Kar, thanks!!

It was my first time at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune today. I simply called to see if they had time to do an oil change and they told me I could just come on in. They were all very friendly (: When I arrived I was greeted and welcomed in by the front. They were really quick! I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

They did a good job and were quick, but accidentally forgot to take a charge off my bill for something they didnt do until I brought their attention to it.

Don’t believe the hype they still lack in their crew services and will run your pockets dry for every dollar a part on my car they still won’t fix and refused several times this is not how a business should be runned !! and someone should really look into it somethings not right

I have been going here for Inspection, Oil change and maintenance/repair for 30 years. No matter who owns it, the mechanics always do a great job and stand behind their work. They tell you what needs to be done, but do not harrass you about doing it. They taught my daughter how to change her oil before she left for college.

Everyone at this location always takes cafe of me and my vehicles. I have gone there for two years. They give me options to save money and their honest recommendation when I ask. They SHOW me what is wrong with my vehicle and explain it (even several times) as I try to understand. I have had several bad experiences at other car repair places but this location is exceptional in its service, competence, affordability, and timelines. I cannot rave about them enough. Not going to lie, when I dropped off my car this morning I was terrified, it wouldn’t start, had to get it towed to the shop, and I left it to be diagnosed and was uncertain what the cost of the repairs would be.Jacob called me around one in the afternoon and gave me the best news in the world. They diagnosed my car problem and it wasn’t going to cost me nearly what I expected. I’m really grateful for these guys, definitely coming back here

Gary from Kwik Kar was extremely helpful when he saw me struggling with putting oil in my car for the first time at the gas station next door. He showed me where it should be on the oil stick, how to put it in, and how much I needed. He was super helpful and very nice even though I wasnt a customer, and helped me through the process. I took my daughters car in because I noticed a huge oil leak. Luis worked with his manager Austin to quickly diagnose the issue and had the repairs done immediately. Luis went way above and beyond what I consider a standard level of customer service, it was exceptional. This team is professional, courteous and customer focused. Theyve earned a lifelong customer and I will refer Austin, Luis and their team to everyone.

I went here after going to take 5 for an oil change in my audi and take 5 told me they wouldnt do it due to my car not having a dipstick. Im very happy I ended up going to kwikkar because they were much more friendly here and I even got a few laughs during my visit. I also went ahead and got my inspection done, It was quick simple and informative. Brion and Austin were great and I will be coming here for all my future oil changes because I can trust them to do my car and me right.

I have been to this location several times and never got disappointed. Wis the manager and the staff were the true professionals. They always try their best to serve the customers the best they can. I mentioned my check engine light came on for a few hours last week and they even ran a diagnostic, found the problem and fixed it! They always have various promotion programs and the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend Wis and this location.

I was on my way out of town with a 250 mile drive ahead of me to get home to Tulsa. My truck was experiencing play in the steering wheel and it worried me about getting on the road and coming home. I stopped in and Jacob and his crew got me taken care of and back on the road in under 10 minutes. It was my first time there and I was really disappointed. When I first arrived, it took forever for anyone to help me and then when checking out, the guy at the front was rude/cold and kind of scolded me for buying a groupon. His actions seemed to be that he was mad at something or someone and he was taking it out on me. It made me feel uncomfortable.

I came in today and received the kindest most honest service for my car that I e EVER received. I thought I just needed an oil change, but Luis and josh9 discovered that I went over my miles and needed and engine flush. They were so honest it was refreshing. Because of this, I will always drive out of my way to come here and let them take care of my car. I was treated like family. Their honesty goes a long way with me.

Don’t even listen to the bad reviews. This place is great. Competitive pricing and great work. I had a new gasket and seal done and spark plugs. And those spark plugs make the car run so much better! Go at 3:00pm. Not so busy

Went in for a simple front noise from the wheels. Was Told me my car needs new rear suspensions and front control arms repaired asap . Estimate $1400 . Went to another shop nearby, charged me $350 instead and replaced the wheel bearing /hub . There is a difference between doing business and scamming !

Went in to kwik Kar to have my headlight replaced after it had burned out. The technicians were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend Kwik Kar lube and tune on west Parker Rd in Plano tx! You guys rock!

They are CROOKS! Can’t be trusted! Paid $1,000 for new AC compressor and labor. 10 months later, new compressor they ordered fails and they smashed in one of the A/C valves which lead to me replacing the whole line. Take your car to the dealership!!!!! Lesson learned and Karma finds everyone. I don’t trust them to look at my car let alone use the warranty. Way too many screw-ups by wannabe professionals. They pressure you to spend more than what is required. I can get a full synthetic oil change at Walmart for $54.99. You’ve been warned.

Ill try to be objective on this notice.If you want to do a basic oil change on this location then dont bother to come.This people will follow all their routine 21point inspection check even if you let them know: I just came for a basic or conventional oil change.They will open everything, and pull out everything that you did not ask for, but is in their 21point inspection...Of course one of them said: Please not to disrespect him, because he knows what he was doing, that is part of his job.I apologize, stating Please go straight to perform a conventional oil change and thats it.He also said If I didnt like the way I was being treated to speak to the manager. When asked to get him (manager) for me, he stated, He was not in at the time.????I was offered a State Inspection when the registration sticker on the windshield says: 06-20.. Please help these employees what it means..Less than ten minutes it took the technician to perform the job, plus after paying, I had to ask another guy at the front of the store, if everything was good to go?This last person, DID NOT SAY THANK YOU. DID NOT GAVE ME THE KEYS IN MY HANDS.. LEFT THE KEYS INSIDE MY SUV TOP DASHBOARD WINDOWS DOWN AND CAR OFF.I do not know why people suddenly take it personal and to the point getting upset, by saying since the begging, to follow a basic oil change.

A friend recommended this place years ago to my partner. I had an issue with my car right after they serviced it two weeks ago. A guy came over with a picture of the problem areas and explained why the light came back on. Fixed at no charge. Never had a problem before and will go back at their recommendation.

Mannnnn I don’t even know where to begin and I’m not the one big on reviews but I have been calling and calling to get my car fixed bugging them for a week straight and I knew that I had to wait for my pay check to come. They never showed irritation they kept answering the same questions that I had over and over and over lol. Finally when I got paid I took my car up there to be diagnosed come to find out it was Evap problem and mad expensive I tell you but they fixed it within a few hours literally. Even did some other stuff that I was going to get done on my next check. My 2006 Toyota Avalon is running like a pro. This is the best it’s ever ran and I’ve been driving this car four years straight without a problem until now. SHOUT OUT TO AUSTIN ANDDDDDD..... HIS BUDDY THAT TEAMWORKED ON THE CAR YIU KNOW WHO YOU ARE LOL I WANT TO SAY JUSTIN BUT THAT SOUNDS WRONG LOL! Any service you need stick to one car shop don’t bounce around because doing that another car shop can’t confirm what another shop did or didn’t do. These guys possibly saved my life.I had noticed my car was having issues with braking. Sometimes it would stop, sometimes not. I nearly had one accident already. I wondered if it was my pads. So I drive in, needing an oil change, and casually mention that when I applied the brake, it sometimes didnt seem to work as well. They said they would do the oil change, and look at the brakes.So I come back, and the guy tells me there is almost ZERO brake fluid in my vehicle. But heres the thing.He said they checked the whole brake system, and couldnt find a leak.He said they went ahead and filled the system back up, and he showed me how to monitor my brake fluid. He told me to bring it back if it kept happening. He said he was sorry, he really wished he could tell me what was wrong, but they couldnt figure it out.What did I pay for all of this? Zero.And heres the thing. The really weird thing.I have an ex that never gave me back my extra key. And today, a couple years later, my brake fluid is fine. I really suspect that my ex may have tried to kill me, by emptying the fluid and causing a wreck. And these guys went out of their way to take care of my vehicle, and didnt screw me.So yeah, good place. Check them out.

On Tuesday, 09/17 I went to this Kwik Kar to get an oil change since my usual place closed down. I arrived around 5:30 pm and quickly was greeted. I said I needed an oil change and the guy said they could take care of it.I didn’t have to wait in line and my car was serviced right away. The guy doing that oil change showed me my coolant needed to be flushed and air filter was dirty. I gave him the green light to get all of it done.It took about 45 minutes to all of the work and I was pleased that I didn’t have to wait for so long. The total was almost $190.One star was knocked off, because the bathroom was kinda gross. I needed to go to the bathroom, but decided not to use it. Oh well.

They are great! They provide friendly, trustworthy service, answer all of my (probably annoying) questions, very clean, and reasonably priced. Jacob and his entire team are fantastic! They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is repaired and have a genuine concern to make sure your vehicle is running properly and has received the best service. Very happy to have found this place!

Hands down the best and most HONEST places I’ve ever taken my vehicles too! Jacob in particular was very helpful and went out and beyond to make sure my Dodge Ram 1500 was checked and fixed correctly! I was so impressed I brought my Lexus back and had my friend bring his truck in to get worked on (he lives 50 min away).

The manager was awesome and the guy who changed my oil who I unfortunately forgot the name of was awesome as well. They were fast and the prices are pretty competitive as well. I dont even think I was there for 20 minutes And I wasnt even the first person in line.

My car went off the jack as i was changing a tire. The bare hub hit and was making a scraping sound as I drove off (tire back on). I took it to Kwik Kar and the manager said it was just a bent metal piece, he straightened it out and said no charge. So, I went back 2 months later for state inspection, had all my fluids changed, and exhaust fixed. I was out in just over an hour at half the price the dealer would have charged....great place..highly recommend.

Beware! Ripoff artists! I took my sons car in for a state inspection. Kwik Kar told me the car was down to the metal on the front brake pads and they couldnt pass the inspection. I knew that wasnt right, so I told them we didnt have time for a brake job. After I declined the brake repair, he told me as a favor they would pass the inspection. I took the car to a reputable garage and found we have 85 percent remaining on the brakes. Kwik Kar lied to me and wanted to charge me for a brake replacement in order to pass inspection. Will never return here.

I could not say enough good things about this Kwik Kar. The staff was kind, they explained everything they were doing, they were quick and efficient, and they went above and beyond! I had my daughter with me, and typically the waiting rooms are gross but to my surprise- this waiting room was AMAZING! CLEAN! Warm & Cozy! Such a nice place to wait while getting your car fixed! Amazing shop. They are always honest and check everything for you. The first time I brought my car here, they noticed that my oil changes werent as efficient as they needed to be to keep my car running well and showed me the proof as well. The prices are reasonable and well worth it.

I pulled and Chris met me before I even reached the front door. I was in for an oil change and inspection. Chris took great care of my car in a very efficient manner and in speedy time. Great service great people. Kkwame was wonderful as well. This will definitely be where I continue to bring my car. They did not try to sell me anything extra. I originally posted under another account I have A Paws For Obedience...Okay I am updating my review because I went to my regular mechanic to have some work done that was suggested by Kwik Kar. Turns out Kwik Kar wanted to charge me nearly $200.00 for work that did not need to be done...the break fluid and power steering fluid did not look like chocolate syrup as Kwik Kar told me. My mechanic showed me the fluid and it was perfectly fine. I may be a woman but I do the work on my vehicles i am able to do. I am very disappointed at this realization!

This is one of the best experiences Ive had getting my oil changed. The waiting area is big and clean. The techs were awesome! They let me know the power steering fluid that my dealer had just put in was the wrong fluid and to take it back to the dealer to fix. There were very nice and helpful and not pushy at all. The Manager was kind and seems like he takes pride in what he does. Overall a great experience!

Alright, It is a friday evening - yes, it is Good Friday today - and I am at a used-car dealership trying to strike a deal with a car I have zeroed in on. Honestly, I dont have the knowledge on how to evaluate a vehicles worth Moreover, it is a used car. I was looking for a mechanic who could do a quick inspection on the vehicle and provide a yeah or a nah on this one and the price the vehicle is worth.I ended up calling Kwik Kar on Parker and I was lucky to be answered by this gentleman called Chase, who readily agreed to do a quick evaluation on the vehicle. Off I drove to him (mind you, his day was almost ending at this time) to get it inspected. Even before I could get down from the car, he recognized me and took the pain to go through the vehicle and identify the flaws and point out the positives in it. That was good enough for me to get a mechanics perspective on the vehicle and decide on the next steps and price the vehicle. Thanks a ton, Chase, who was really friendly and helpful providing his view of the vehicle.In addition to Chase, I would also like to thank the other gentleman who helped me in the inspection process. Unfortunately, I dont remember his name :-(. But, my sincere thanks to Chase and his colleague to have done me this favor on such a short notice and help me decide on a major step I was taking on the vehicle purchase. I can assure you are getting a customer for life in me for the outstanding and awesome customer service you provided :-).Thanks, guys. You guys rock!

Left my car with them for 3 weeks, they didnt do anything. Had to call them because they didnt call me, and every time I called they had to wait on something else to get shipped to them. Okay, fine, sometimes you have to wait on parts. 3 weeks was more than enough time to figure out what the problem was, but they never called me. On the upside, I went to get my car and they didnt charge me, which is good, because, and this is the most important part:I left my car with them for 3 weeks and they did not do any work.Edit: The response has nothing to do with my car. I didnt bring the car in because it was dying while running, and we didnt bring it in on a tow truck. I brought it in for a simple diagnostic, and they couldnt even do that. Also, even if what the response said was relevant, they never called me to update me on their progress. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

My 17 year old son took his car in for an oil change and was informed that he needs to replace his transmission. I informed him to ignore this ridiculous comment and to take the car to the dealer. The car dealer informed us that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. I don’t understand how this place is in business and would like to tell consumers to be ware!

I want to express my gratitude to Ray and Jacob for their excellent customer service. They are very honest and patient, and genuinely care about their customer’s safety and well-being, and go above and beyond in their service. The courtesy employee, Alec. Not in uniform or name tag. He was very rude and absolutely no manners of how to talk to customers. I would definitely want to speak to the owner regarding him. He has no customer dealing skills whatsoever. Absolutely has no idea of what hes doing. Plus was over charging me. I have four cylinder engine and he was charging me for a six cylinder engine. I pay $70 for an oil change in my car at Kwik Kar in Mesquite and he was charging me over $90. It was completely his mistake of not doing his job properly yet he did not bother to apologize. Not only that but he was rude to his Manager Jacob as well too. Im surprised at the Fact that Jacob didnt fire him. For his actions. Im an entrepreneur and Alec wouldnt last a hour at any of my businesses with the attitude, he would have been fired on the spot for not respecting customers or the manager, plus not knowing what the products are that they sell. I Highly Recommend The Owner To Fire Him!! ALEC DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE WORKING THERE!!!Jacob the Manager he caught Alecs mistake on the computer, & fixed it. One thing though Jacob did not bother to apologize either. For the mistake that his employee made.Highly suggest to go somewhere else to get your car serviced.

Oil change was fine, a little over priced but decent service. Two stars because the technician told me that my wifes car needed the serpentine belt replaced and offered to do it right then. I politely declined stating Id like to do some research and he warned me that my wifes car could die on the highway and leave her stranded if I didnt. I got a second opinion on the car by Christian Brothers and their technicians stated the belt was fine and didnt need to be changed for at least another 10,000 miles! I dont appreciate being pressured into unnecessary repairs and being made to feel like a cheap, irresponsible husband.

Got a four wheel alignment with Groupon for a really good price in about an hour

I wanted to share my experience with you. I owned a Lexus (many years ago) the reason I mentioned this is because, I didnt think anyone could top their customer service. I needed to get my state inspection sticker and contemplated where to go. A friend suggested Kwik Kar. When I drove up I was immediately greeted and, was told to have a seat in the waiting room. To my surprise there were beverages available and employees made you feel very comfortable. My sister was the one who suggested for me to go here and she was right. She too mentioned that the magazines placed on the table were gender specific and it would be nice too have some for women, this is when I was blown away!! Within 5-7 minutes there were magazines hand delivered and I was so impressed.I asked where did the magazines come from and I was told Jacob bought them! I too, love the fact that they didnt try to up sale something that I didnt need. Once my car was ready, I ask who the gentleman was who greeted me? His name was Kwame his customer service was spot on!

I have been coming to this shop for years and wont consider going anywhere else. The service they provide is always excellent and reasonably priced. But what brings me back every time are the people who work here. They always take the time to explain clearly what is needed and why. They are always friendly and courteous and I know my car is well taken care of. Andrew worked with me today and, again, I drive away a very satisfied customer. I recommend them to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Kwik Kar=Quick Service. They have a big facility with many friendly staff members and employees as they are also cooperative with the customer. They did alignment for my car for a reasonable price. In fact, theyre one of few in the area to even do alignment. Kwik Kar is also a great place to tune up your car as they provide many other services such as brakes, tires, air conditioning, and engine services. overall, it is not my first time as a customer here, and definitely will not be my last.

Ive been taking my car to Kwik Kar for over 10 years. I used to live in Garland and frequent the one close to my house, but ever since moving out to plano Ive been a tad hesitant to bring my car to another Kwik Kar as I thought that the good service was exclusive to the Garland location. Well, I can happily say with confidence that you should do business with the plano location as well. It would seem that hard work and integrity are a company model all around. The folks at the Plano location are friendly, hard working and most importantly honest. Id highly recommend any service from this location as all employees a fantastic and do timely efficient work.

I brought my car here because I wanted the brakes checked and wasn’t sure if I needed them to be replaced. I was anxious about going to a shop because I’ve been taken advantage of before. Jacob was Ammmmaaaaaaazing and an answer to my prayers. He was honest and told me my pads had a lot of life left in them. He explained that the noises I was hearing was simply because I have ceramic pads and they are known to make noise. Great customer service! I was parked in the shopping center parking lot across the street and my car wouldnt start. The helpful person at the OReilly Auto Part shop who tried to jump start my car recommended calling this shop. Im glad I did. I was able to talk to someone right away and two people came over to see if they could get it started enough to drive it across the street. I ended up having to call for a tow but as soon as we arrived someone started working on the problem right away. The work was completed at the price and time quoted, and my car is still starting up great after a week. They have a nice waiting room, which really helped since I had my 2yr old with me. Great honest men work here! Today I had a great experience getting my oil changed. The man who helped me has great knowledge and was able to explain what was necessary for my vehicle. This was my first time getting this vehicle serviced. Glad I chose Kwik Kar in Plano!

Being in construction, I visit a lot of kwik kars and they are all very good but this one takes the cake. Excellent, fast, and friendly service. I also was in a huge rush and jumping between phone calls and forgot my laptop! The number they had on file for me was old and they went as far as to look me up on facebook to track me down. This store will be my go to from now on!

Hands down one of the best mechanics around. They are upfront, honest, and always keep the customer in mind. Me and my family will continue to refer and go back to this place for our vehicle needs. Jacob is phenomenal!!

Ive called in to see if this deal from the Groupon is valid to have a discount for my front two brake pads replacement, and a representative I spoke with said this deal doesnt include labor, so I just used a coupon delivered to my mail, which was $129.99 total; however, now that I think about it, I feel like Ive missed a deal(in the picture attachment) to save additional $40 compared to what Ive paid this morning, which makes me upset about the possible fraud. Also, last time when I had an estimate for the two fluid replacement and brake pad replacement, I was told the work hour is approximately 30min, but today they took an hour plus 20 minutes even when they got to work right away. The person who was working on my car disappeared to the Pennzoil behind this shop for a while, and when other technician saw me looking at how things were done, they sent someone else to continue working, which was finished in less then five minutes.

I cannot state this strongly enough--DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!I came to this Kwik Kar location to have my car inspected to renew my registration tag. Everything was going as expected, until they decided to check my spark plugs. Now, I am not a master mechanic, but I know thats NOT part of the inspection process. I walked out into the garage to ask why they were messing with my spark plugs. They said they were checking them to see if any were bad. My car has under 100k miles on it, so there is ZERO need for that if the car is running fine. They brought in the spark plug they removed to show me that it was bad and needed to be replaced ASAP. Mind you, my car had been running F-I-N-E beforehand. I played along with the upsell game and told them that I would have my personal mechanic replace them if they truly needed it. They also tried to convince me to change my cabin air filter and flush my brake fluid. My brake fluid is synthetic, so I knew they were wrong. So, after all that, I paid for my inspection and left...heres where things go wrong.A couple days later (today), I am driving home and notice my car is running a little weird. I also notice that the Check Engine light is flickering on and off. So, I call my mechanic and explain everything to him. He says that the Kwik Kar mechanics might have damaged the coil or the spark plug running their pointless test. So, after $100 in new spark plugs and a new coil for the second cylinder, everything is back to good.I cannot tell you how angry I am at the trouble this test has caused my mechanic and I. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION. The mechanics are incompetent, and will do more harm than good trying to scare you into replacing perfectly healthy parts.

Way overpriced... They try to upsell you on things you dont need.

I took my car to the local Buick dealership three times last summer for AC issues. Each time they would say it was a different issue and replace another hose and eventually the compressor. As soon as I turned on my AC this summer I notice that it was blowing hot air again. I brought it back to the dealership only to be told that it was 3 days out of warranty and that it would be another $800 to replace yet another hose. I’m not a mechanic, but I know an AC doesn’t have that many parts and if you are just replacing each of them one at a time, you are just guessing, not figuring out what the real problem is. I decided to cut my losses with them and give Kwik Kar a try. It wasn’t an easy fix, but they were able to get it done. The mechanic at Kwik Kar immediately put dye in my AC line in order to diagnose the issue. This had never even been suggested at the dealership, but seemed like the obvious place to start. There were several holes in my brand new lines that ultimately resulted from the accumulator falling apart internally. This was never even looked at at the dealership. The mechanic at Kwik Kar never gave up and quickly resolved the issue. The manager Jacob, always made me feel like my business was valued and that they would do their best to resolve the issue as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I could not be more pleased that they were finally able to fix this problem that has been going on for so long. I waited a little over a month before posting this review just to be sure that it was truly fixed. And I’m please to say that on this 101 degree day, I have ice cold AC. Great job guys! Thank you for all of your help.

Worst experience ever dont come here people that leave good reviews are sadly mistaken

I watched a technician open my passenger door to put back my cabin air filter after I refused to replace it and and hit the handle of their equipment scratching the paint on my door. The dude literally looked at it and acted as though it never happened.

I have been to many different car service places. None give me the same customer service this place does, honesty, clarity, and fast clean service. Not only do they take care of you in their waiting room with complementary drinks and clean area. But they also take great care of your car with the service you wanted plus free vacuum of the car, and topping of liquid for free. Kwame did an amazing job today.

I received exceptional customer service and quality care! As my car was worked on, I waited on site. They had updated restrooms, hospitality measures such as comfortable waiting areas, variety or beverages and charging stations to ensure that although customers are waiting they can continue with their day and demands of life, while the car is serviced. I saw every customer be treated with kindness and patience, from the time I walked through the door until the time I left. I needed a variety of services including brake pads changed, brake fluid replaced, power steering fluid flushed, state inspection, oil changed and tires rotated; my car runs much lighter on its feet now and doesn’t make the embarrassing high pitches continuous squeak when it’s running! Win win! I knew I needed work going in but didn’t know exactly what; they took me to the shop to show me a visual of what was found with my car as well as what to look for with the diagnostics described to me. Very pleased and blessed by the help from Kwame and Sam today. Way to work as a team guys to provide seamless service to your customers!

This place is great! Always quick, techs will walk you out to your car and explain any issues. Bonus: they DON’T upsell you on anything and will be honest about what needs to be replaced and what can wait. Great shop, any Plano resident needs to bring their business here.

I have been to many different shops in my lifetime and I can say none compare to the service at Kwik Kar. The employees are very kind and greatly helpful. I will most definitely be back when my oil light comes back on. Why expect anything less, just go to Kwik Kar for excellent service!

Greeted by Andrew who was very warm and friendly and very professional.They got me in right away which I appreciated. He politely explained the problem with my car and immediately began the process to get my car fixed. I was even driven to the nearest place to have breakfast while I waited. The gentleman that dropped me off to eat breakfast name was Justin and he was very kind and professional to. They both demonstrated a desire to make sure the customer was satisfied with their service and I was!! Overall I am very pleased with the service they provided me today. I will definitely return in the near future
