Very bad experience and shoddy work for kitchen countertops for a galley kitchen. Many rescheduled dates for measuring and installation. They did not do the miter edge that I requested and only told me at the time of install after they had my money that they did not do that. Also we did our own underlayment as they do not do that either but did not say so until install date - with an underlayment - the under the sink install that they charged for was not needed as sink sits on top of underlayment and all they did was glue quartz top to underlayment. The kitchen countertop installed had a fixed cut/crack at the front of the stove top. I called, I emailed, sent letter requiring signature and no response to to my grievances or refund for services not done and shoddy work that I paid $3000 for which may not be much for them but it is alot to me. Their website states they do kitchens of your dreams but it was a nightmare for me.

My experience was great from start to finish. I appreciate the diligence and attention to detail. I am in love with my countertop. I will use them for my next project.

Scott was extremely helpful in every step of the process. From sending me multiple quotes for quartz to stay within my budget, to ensuring the start date for installation worked within the dates I needed/wanted. Best of all was his constant communication throughout the process. I have been in customer service over 20 years, and his service is top notch. By far, I find communication the most important part of customer service, and he delivered ten fold. He made himself available when needed, and he checked in even when the job was complete. I will be recommending them to my family and friends whom are also in the renovation process. Thank you Scott at Granite Artists for all of your help. I am loving my beautiful new kitchen!

Great experience from start to finish! they were super friendly and professional with great communication throughout the whole process. We selected the actual slab on their yard. Tony the installer arrived as scheduled and got the job done quickly. with great attention to detail.

While i liked working with scott and the office staff in picking out my countertop design and coordination - their installers are substandard and the installers did not MASK the kitchen .. there was dust everywhere in my kitchen utensils and drawers... for the price i would expect more professional level service

This is a late review! Granite Artists were subcontracted by the flooring company that remodeled my house to install my countertops about 9 months ago. a month ago we want to list our house for sale and there was a joint that opened in the granite and we wanted to fix it before listing. We called Granite Artists. They came within a week and fixed it. After the installer finished repairing the joint I called Granite Artists to pay for the repair and they said no charge your countertops still under warranty. Honest and professional company.

I work from home often, and needed of a quality sit/stand desk. I wanted a stone top, but wasnt sure what material would be best. I reached out to granite artists, and they recommended a beautiful 2cm quartz slab, due to its scratch and stain resistant properties. I had a beautiful desk in my home within a few days after walking into their design center. Im very happy with my custom desk. I will definitely do business with them again.

Granite Artists just put in our granite top in our bathroom. A number of major pluses: 1. Local in east Plano 2. 50% cheaper than 3 other granite installers I called for estimates, including 2 recommended on Next Door. 3. Professionally installed in 2.25 hours and wow, what a great job!

Granet Artists did a beautiful job at our house. We had a very difficult layout for them to work with, including the fact that we did not want to remove the back splash tile. They never damaged any of the back splash tile, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care.

He was there for me every step of the way. I am in love with my new countertops and I cant wait to get my master bathroom and guest restroom countertops replaced. Please be aware of empty promises. I was working directly with Scott on a piece of marble for a project. We agreed on price and product and he promised me that he would take care of everything. I specifically asked him is there is anything else he needed from me and his response was “No.” I have all this in writing to prove as well. Fast forward to the week I was supposed to pick up my product, and Scott has no recollection of our conversation, texts, or emails. After a long hold time he responds, sorry, I never submitted your order. I asked him about the timeframe now due to his mistake and he said there was no way to expedite the project and it would be another couple weeks. Scott’s mistake has set me back over two weeks on my project. They are extremely unorganized and even more unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere and save yourself time, money, and a HUGE headache.

Granite Artists just installed our quartz countertops in the kitchen. They look beautiful, were installed by pros, & the customer service we received was Top Notch! A few problems came up, as with any project. But, the owner, Yousef, handled everything with the utmost care & with out additional hassle or expense.
