I called and spoke with Jessica she was very friendly, understood my concern, and even though the case featured was an older model, she checked her supply found the version I was looking for and is shipping it out to me. I am very happy with my purchase and awaiting my case, and happy with the customer service I received so far.

Somebody there cant read. They fulfilled an Overstock order blatantly incorrect. Sent me a cheap Zippo MPL mini that Overstock doesnt even sell instead of the flex neck model I ordered. Last time I order anything online. Sick of stores going out of business from e-commerce anyway.

Purchase from somewhere else if possible. I ordered a S.T. Dupont Cigar Cutter from elighters and the leather case that holds the cigar cutter had been removed from the box. Ive tried to contact them with no success so I can return the item.If you want a quality product, or even reasonable customer service do not order from this company.

I ordered 7 cigar tubes from these guys. The items arrived on time, however the quality was extremely poor. Its very hard to communicate with them. Here is no customer service phone number, you have to communicate via email. Ive already emailed them, but havent heard back.
