My wife works in the same shopping center as vom Fass and several of her customers had commented that it was a cool place. We were planning a nice salad for dinner and thought now would be a good time to stop by for a new balsamic vinaigrette dressing.The owner/manager Patrick greeted us and told us about the store and its origins and we told him our plans. He proceeded to give us samples of the various vinegar and oils alone and in combination till we settled on the Calamansi Balsamic and orange EVOO.They also have liqueurs and whiskey and do some sampling of those as well but there are some limitations.We will definitely be back to try some more. Great place. Highly recommended.

We had no idea what this place was but decided to stop in after shopping at Trader Joes. VomFASS is awesome! They let you taste everything. We left with a couple of different liquors (vodka and sour cherry was delicious) and Herbes de Provence olive oil.... I had never tasted anything like this olive oil! We cooked everything in it! I love to bring people here... its an experience. Staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable.

Lovely experience! I really didnt know what to expect when I went in on a whim. The young man was so helpful and knowledgeable. What a selection! I narrowed my choices to two oils, a Smokey BBQ and a White truffle. Ive already tried both. I used the smokey flavored oil in homemade refried beans, it added such a nice touch without the sodium you get with smoked pork. The truffle oil I added to a quick alfredo sauce. It was soooooo yummy!
