Bad service it was my first time and my last time visiting this store because didn’t respecting customers. The reason Let me go there I was wanna seal Diamond ring so the seals lady was answered with bad attitude and Laughing about me in my way to exit the store and that made me feel why as customer get bad attitude from this seals lady .My advice for everyone don’t shops in this store anymore. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Several weeks ago, I took my wedding ring to a DIFFERENT Jared location for cleaning. At that store, they accidentally put my ring in the polisher. As a result, my rings texture was completely removed. Once I was back in Dallas, I took the damaged ring to this location in Plano. I asked if they would be able to restore the ring to its original textured finish. They let me know that they could not guarantee a perfect match since they could not view any photos of the original texture. I then offered to provide them a photo of my rings original texture, but the clerk was not interested. I also offered to find a ring in their store that featured a similar texture so they could use it as a model. Yet again, the clerk was uninterested. She was not at all interested in me giving any real guidance on what the ring should look like. Not surprisingly, when I returned to get the ring several days later, the texture was nothing like the original design. I then took the ring to a different Jared location in Arlington, and the folks there went above and beyond! They were very interested in viewing my photos of the rings original design, and they studied other similar rings in their store. As a result, the jeweler in Arlington did an outstanding job and matched the original design almost perfectly. It is very frustrating that the Plano location was unwilling to view any pictures, and as a result, they wasted their own time as well as mine.
Had a great experience with this location. Mariam helped us. She had answers for all our questions and made the whole process easy. We felt that we got good value and no pressure to buy. 5 stars!
Had to get my wifes wedding ring fixed and unfortunately it wasnt the easiest experience to say the least. The team couldnt find my account for 30 min and I had to call another Jareds to help find my info ( could have something to do with their computers from the 90s idk) and I had to come back a few times because they couldnt replace a diamond correctly and the work was unacceptable. It was either a different size or whoever worked on my ring said good enough. Dont come here if you need some work done on your jewelry.
Big shout out to Jareds Plano for taking such good care of us. The care, attention to detail and great customer care is the reason I always come back time and time again to Jared. Diego was excellent! When you head in, please come see him! You will be in the best hands!

I came into this place in TEARS after another place messed up my engagement and wedding rings. The manager Diego is amazing!! He really cares about the people that come into his store. He comforted and reassured me they would fix it and make it beautiful, and after I stopped crying we put in all of the information quick and easy, and he even lowered the resize and engraving price we would pay as consolation for what the other place had put us through. I cannot tell you how much this has meant to me. Now Im about to cry happy tears because of such a wonderful person. Thank you, Mr. Diego. From the bottom of my heart.
Yesterday Jareds East Plano location to return an item. What I saw was a lady (whom I am guessing to be the manager/supervisor (younger, short and stocky female)) talking to the immigrant employee who was assisting me in a very derogatory manner. She literally was raising her voice and talking to her like was was deaf.The said manager/supervisor was also very dismissive to me in a manner which was unprofessional. The overall experience there was very negative.
Awful experience when trying to return merchandise. We weren’t even offered to do an exchange or any other options, we were just rushed out the door without any type of customer service. We were just told to “call the number”. Manager didn’t even leave her desk to come out and speak to us. Reason 5,000 why I HATE Jared’s and will never purchase from here again.
I cannot express my appreciation for these wonderful ladies here enough. I came in with an idea for a custom wedding ring and they brought my dreams to life! This would not have been possible without their amazing attention to detail and expert eye for design. I now have my beautiful dream ring just in time for my 7 year anniversary! Got my credit card with Jared and had it for 1 year and 7 months with only 2 late payments and just paid the balance off to find out Jared closed my account? Horrible business for 2 late payments soon as I paid off my balance they closed my account I didnt have any issue paying my bill until the store was closed due to cov19. Very very poor business practices

These 2 ladies were patient i called for 24 hrs straight it seems with questions lol. Extremely friendly and open with me the whole time. We shared some snacks while we tackled my difficult problem. I went there with my fiancé to look for our wedding rings.The employee, a young girl was very sweet and polite. We really liked 2 rings but because it was the first store we visited we talked about going to other stores before deciding it.As soon as we said it, the manager, maybe another employee, an older lady, showed up and pushed us to buy. Ok, this is her job but In the end she was telling us to go away if we didn’t want to buy there. I was shocked guys! Very unpleasant experience!
I was looking for gold earrings for my six year old girl. It was around 3pm. My nine year old, my six year old and I tried to enter the store. There are two sets of doors; when we pass the first one, one employee unlocks the door, peeks out, and asks if she can help us. I said I was looking for gold earrings for my girl. She said that all their earrings had diamonds, then she continued saying that all their earrings were more than a hundred dollars. Meanwhile we’re still waiting at the front of the store. At the end of this exchange of questions and answers she asks if we still want to go in the store. It was a frustrating and demeaning experience. What an unprofessional employee.

I went into this store yesterday just to see if they could clean my Grandmothers ring.I explained to the sales lady that this was my grandmothers ring. Although its costume jewelry its really sentimental in value to me because it was my grandmothers.She seemed really genuine when she said let me see what I can do, she took the ring to the back. She was back there for a while. When she finally came out to show me the ring, she had a sharp object in her hand, my ring in the other hand, scraping my ring.THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED HER TO DO.Basically, she F***** up the ring, because the part she scraped off was part of the design.All she would say was, oh my goodness, Im so sorry, I know you didnt want that part taking off, Im so sorry.I was on my way to work, so I couldnt stay there an argue with her. I WILL NEVER STEP IN A JAREDS AGAIN.I should have just waited until I had more time and went to my favorite jewelry stores.Kay Jewelers and James Avery.
I wish I got the older rude sales lady’s name. I arrived at the store and was greeted well and was serviced by a younger lady who was very helpful in showing us options in regards to setting and sizing. However, things changed when a senior lady arrived she was rude from the get go. First I already told her I have a stone and I’m look for setting. Then she asked me how much I’m willing to spend and I said max 2.5k and she said we can’t do it. Nonetheless I proceeded to talk to the younger rep and ask her to show me options on ring designs in regards to white and yellow gold and the older rep interrupted saying I’m wasting her time because the younger rep had to go home (they close at 6pm Sunday and I was there at 4:45pm) and whatever they have isn’t for me and I’m best going online. Well if this how you want to treat customers who have already looked online but really want to get that custom input from a box shop then it makes sense why people are switching to online retailers. I have the money to spend I am no miser I deeply care about the quality, value and aesthetics. This location has lost my business, I will try another location but beware of this rude older sales rep. I have never felt more humiliated because I set a price limit of 2.5k for setting. she really made me feel like I was not good enough. The responsibility of a sale rep is to win my business to make things work on a budget.

My 17 year old son works and saved his money to purchase a ring for his girlfriend for Christmas. He ordered it online but it was a size too big. When he went to the store to get a smaller size they wound up charging his almost $70 to size a $200 ring rather than return the ring and order the correct size which would have not cost him anything. Then they said that the rings online only came in certain sizes and the ring would have needed to be sized anyway? What?!! I went through the online purchase process right then and there. Of course that was a big fat lie. These people are crooks. They took advantage of a hardworking well adjusted teen. There aren’t a bunch of those around these days. I will never purchase a thing from Jared and I suggest that you go somewhere that treats their customers fairly. I spoke with the manager Farzi Yh. She could not have cared less. They should be ashamed of themselves.
My wife kept telling me that her wedding band had a burr that irritated her finger. Tonight I looked at it under a bright light and the band is cracked all the way through from Jareds resizing. I would not recommend this store chain to anyone.
Seble and Farzi are exceptional at what they do I felt comfortable and welcomed with open arms there was a women who seemed to be a manager and a lil pushy in the way she talked to them in front of customers and they handled it with such grace and patients.

I let them know my budget and what I was looking for and they did not pressure me into upgrading or make me feel like what I wanted wasnt the right choice. I went in today to purchase a Pandora bead for my wife’s birthday and was immediately met with an extremely welcoming individual that connected me with Halat, the sales specialist for Pandora. While there she took great care of me, showing me multiple beads before deciding on the one I wanted and after looking at so many I actually went with two beads. Great service Jared, this is why I only shop at Jared, not to impress the Mrs with a fancy bag :)

After spending thousands of dollars at this place I didnt expect to pay just to get a couple of links out of my watch. And when I asked the watch guy to help me set the time he played stupid with me saying he didnt want to mess it up. The woman who also helped me was nice and very personable. It was very obvious when they were done with you.I shouldnt gripe for paying for there service. Usually when I go to this place I know what I want. But this time was different, I think, because I just needed help.
Bought diamond pendent on 1/2/2016 went back to sell it to them, but their policy says can’t take it back and came to know that my diamond that I bought from them is valueless in market.Paid 1000$ on 2016 and by 2019 it’s value less.....Be careful what you are buying ...

The staff was awesome and very welcoming. They treated me well from the staff to the manager. My sales person Seble was amazing. she was very knowledgeable about the products and educated me on the diamond specs. She also helped me pick the best one based on my budget. I highly recommend this place and ask for Seble. She is a great assistant.
The only reason I am saying the service was good was because of the EXCELLENT service I received from a man named Mark. He not only was helpful in teaching me about diamonds, but patient. However, when I went back in the next day to take another look at the diamond he had shown me (that I was ready to purchase a few days later) a rather rude comment was made from a sales lady who said (as soon as I walked in) Can someone please help her, she was in here the other night with Mark FOR HOURS. Then she proceeded to complain to another employee about how I was in there FOR HOURS with Mark. Not only did that comment alone make me change my mind about purchasing from this location, but I would not, not recommend going in there because I felt belittled and treated as if I should have bought something after being in there for such a long time the first time, even though it is a huge purchase.

I went to the Jared store at Plano, Texas. Me and my mom were looking for diamond ring. The employee named Seble was so helpful. She explained in detail about questions we had.She never gets tired of our questions and so polite and people person indeed. I highly recommend her if anyone is going to this Location just ask for Seble. Me and my mom ended up buying an earring as well.
WOW! From the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by JJ and were immediately treated like family. She has incredible knowledge about the stones and the pcs they have and was more than willing to share it all with us. I felt like we made not only the most beautiful of rings purchase, but were able to make a well informed decision also. Bonus! When you walk in your being pressured to buy something right then and there. Sabira had no idea what she was talking about and you could tell she was just trying to make a sale. We told her many times we were just looking tonight but she kept trying to pressure us into purchasing something. Eventually we just walked out. We won’t be back.
We visited Jareds to pick put an engagement ring. We had JJ help us pick it out and make some changes. She was beyond great and extremely helpful. She is who you need to see for your jewelry needs.
I gave this store many, many chances. Kept thinking it was a fluke, it is not. I bought two (2) Tag Heuer watches from The store in Hurst. Paid over $10K for them. I work a few blocks from this particular store and needed service. About three (3) months ago I could not loosen the dial to wind my Aquaracer ($3,450) so I took it there. I am an Electrical Engineer and did NOT want to damage my watch by using hand tools, I have the Ultimate Watch Protection, might as well use it. Took it in, the manager (Female, not sure of name) looked at it and took some pliers out and torqued the dial loose with no care or concern. I was stunned, could not believe it.I left thinking That was unprofessional. A few days later I feel burring on the dial. I go back to the store, same manager said they would have to send it off, not happening. To this day the dial is burred up (more on this later). this past week My wifes $15K wedding band lost a diamond. Luckily we found the diamond and have the protection. I told my wife, no way the same manager is at Plano, I took it there. Looked on Google and the Plano store opened at 9am for the holidays. Perfect, I got there at 9:50am, doors locked. Sign on door said OPEN AT 9AM for the HOLIDAYS! Same manager (sigh) looked out through the glass and acted like I wasnt there. I ran another errand and came back at 10:10am and the store was open. I talked to the same manager, she swore they opened at 10am! I showed her the Google hours as well as the sign on the door, she blinked at me in confusion and asked what I needed. Seriously? I showed her my wifes ring, she assured me it would be ready by 6pm. No worries right? WRONG! When I got there at 5:50pm, the doors were locked? They opened them let me in and locked them back. The ysaid it was for everyones safety. I am sorry that has to violate some fire code or something. I spoke to an employee who was complaining of a headache the whole time. I got my ring, they put the diamond in and damaged a prong in the process. I took it and left. The manager is very unprofessional and condescending to the other employees and customers. I took my rings to Southlake and Claire at that location is a true joy to work with. The technician James said and I quote No way ANY Jareds did this damage! I said yes the Plano store. Neither Claire or James seemed surprised. While at the Southlake location, my wife got her ring fixed to absolute perfection and she bought herself a Tag Heuer from Claire. I will never step foot in the Plano location ever again until they replace that terrible manager. Go to Frisco and ask for Janine or go to Southlake and ask for Claire, you wont be disappointed.

She was very professional, and she took her time to explain all our options assuring we were satisfied with our final selection. My husband and I are very pleased with the quick turnaround time in receiving back our beautiful jewelry. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Seble because she will take of you as a customer with her outstanding service and professionalism.

I have a very unique diamond cut called Crown of Light by Diamonds International. Anyway I went to have my ring resized and they tested my diamonds which first showed as diamond and then sent it back to their “diamond experts” and they had difficulty verifying that my diamonds were real. So they rejected my ring for resizing stating that they couldn’t verify that my diamonds are real and they only work on rings with real diamonds. I was not happy about this. I know that my diamonds are genuine as I have had 2 separate appraisals on these diamonds by gemologist. I took my ring to a real jewelry and they verified that yes my diamonds are real and did my resizing. Obviously, the diamond experts aren’t as expert as they would have us believe. Won’t be going back there for anything ever again.
Horrible service my fiance went into here to get her engagement ring resized and they belittled her bc we had decided to go with a lab created diamond and after wasting 30min of her time still wouldnt resize her ring. we were going to buy our wedding bands from this place but not anymore horrible customer service. i have a friend who works at another location i will be informing him about our experience.

Sebla takes time to get to know her customers on a personal level to better understand their needs and because of this she has earned a life long client in us. Went to this branch once before and the quality of work on my ring was not the best so I decided to give them another shot earlier this week. Dumb idea the work that was done on my rings was crappy, again. I will not be returning and I advise anyone else to go to another Jareds store for better service.
FANTASTIC!!!!! Man oh man!! Jared as a company is truly amazing! However this location is the shining example of just how great Jared truly is! The management and staff are so welcoming and so supportive. They are the ONLY diamond store that did not pressure me into buying a ring and instead wanted to make sure that I was truly educated on how rings are set up. They helped me with a beautiful custom tolkowsky ring that to me is just simply gorgeous! I want to personally thank the manager Jeremy and his Diamondtologist shop crew that stayed later and worked diligently to make sure my ring was made perfectly and on time! This will be the ONLY Jared location I will come back to every 6 months to have my ring inspected and maintenance. I highly recommend this branch for anyone out there looking for their next amazing truly special piece of jewelry!!

Treated Horriably. We were at this location on Sunday 4/28/2019 for two reasons. A Staff member name Elizabeth( not the Manager Elizabeth) treated me and my husband in a very prejudice manner. Not kind, short conversation. We have spent a nice sum of money in this location. The young sales staff that was assisting us was great. This Elizabeth kept looking over his shoulder making comment, make sure you are charging them correctly., Her behavor, and dispassiton has cause this location a freequennt customer. I write to express my disappointment at your Plano, Texas staffs unprofessional and incompetent service. My boyfriend and I have been discussing marriage and he had asked me to pick out a ring that he might later buy. I visited your store and spoke with a representative about a ring that was both affordable and beautiful. With the representatives help, I chose my ring and asked your staff to re-size it and hold it under my name. I also picked out a ring for my boy friend, but asked your staff not to tell him about it. I arranged to buy it after he proposed. All of this, your employees assured me, could be easily accomplished and told me that everything would be fine.Two weeks later, my boyfriend called me. He had visited the store to pick up the ring, but after paying $300 dollars and signing up for one of your credit cards, he was told I had already received my ring and had walked out with it on the day I visited. My boyfriend was further told I had already bought the ring, and he was just there to switch the bill over to his name.This was decidedly not true. So, I called your store to figure out what was going on. After some checking, they discovered their error. My ring was still at your store, presumably being worked on for my re-sizing. I was a little crestfallen the surprise had been taken away, but I understood; mistakes happen.On my birthday in the town where we had met, my boyfriend proposed. He knelt to place the ring on my finger only to discover it had not been re-sized.What should have been a beautiful moment was ruined for me. Furthermore, I also discovered that your staff had given him the ring I had picked out for him. To say I was upset is an understatement. When I returned home after the holidays, I went to your store to return the ring. Since I had been out of town, I called days in advance to let your store know what had happened and what I planned to do. I expected at least an apology. What I received was a terse, impersonal dressing down, by your manager, snappishly asking for receipts, the two I brought him apparently being insufficient. After almost two hours, I managed to get the ring returned. As I walked out, the manager offered this apology to my back: “Sorry for the miscommunication.”Writing this, I am shaking with frustration and anger. Is this representative of your companys approach to customer service? We may not be higher end patrons, but I believed the staff of any jewelry store would value the power and symbolism of an engagement, seeking to enhance the experience of this important ritual. Instead, your employees degraded it with sloppy, ill-tempered and unprofessional behavior. Had I known of your staffs lack of honesty and competence, their casual disregard for me as a customer and a woman, I would have bought my ring online. There the impersonal approach rewards with better prices. It goes without saying, I will not buy at Jareds again, or recommend your company. In fact, I will share my experience with others. Your employees took something special from me. I am not seeking any compensation, but I am consoled knowing I can prevent someone else experiencing similar heartache from your companys demeaning approach to customer service.-Angelie Lara

I came in for an inspection today and I have had my eye on a bracelet for a year. While my other jewelry was being inspected, Jeremy, Seble, and Farzi were very helpful in showing off another beautiful Hearts Desire tennis bracelet. I fell in love with it and i asked my husband to come up and look at it. This piece just sparkled and we were compelled to purchase. Seble is our most valued salesperson but all 3 really helped us get this purchase done with very reasonable terms. We have shopped here for years and will continue!!!!

Ive had nothing but good experiences working with this Jared, and specifically their associate Adi, to custom create an engagement ring for my now fiancée. Adi is very sweet, knowledgeable, and was able to relate on a very personal level to help me create the perfect ring. Any hiccups along the way were conveyed to me and made right through good customer service.
Purchased a Tissot watch and the watch replacement/protection plan for $300 or so. The watch had a clasp fall off so I took it in for repair. 4 months later (still no word from Jared), I went into the store. They pulled the watch out of a drawer and plastic sleeve. It was clean so I was initially happy. Then, as I inspected it further, I noticed the clasp was still missing. I asked what they had done. Sent it for cleaning and a new battery. Ummm....well, thats nice, but not the issue. So they told me to come back in three days, which I did. The gentleman (Jeremy) was nowhere to be found and neither was the watch. They told me to come back in a few days, that it was out for repair. I came back a week later. They pulled it out of a drawer and then out of the zip-lock baggie. Guess what? The clasp still wasnt fixed (was missing as it had fallen off, the reason I brought it in). Now my watch plan is expired. Hmmm. At this point it was nearing 5 and a half months wait. So I took the watch, as-is and left. Ill be dialing Jared Corporate very soon.
Seble helped my fiance and she had a lot of good things to say about her. She helped my fiance pick a ring she likes in our budget range. I made an appointment with Seble the next day. Seble welcomed me at the door and I had a smooth and pleasant experience. All the information my fiance gave me was saved in their system so I didnt have to explain anything. I would recommend Seble to do your shopping here - very nice lady :)
Looking for a ring is a very difficult tasks trust me on that, but if you have wonderful, amazing service things get better. I had a terrible experience at this store but I only came back to Seble who had helped me about a year ago and I came requesting for her. She took away my frustration and really assisted me from the bottom of her heart. She helped me within an hour without hesitation to be able to get the ring I fell in love with. To top it on that my fiancé also had a pleasant experience. Ring shopping can be a bit frustrating it becomes better when you have non-judgemental person. Ask for Seble you will note the difference.
Horrible service. Walked around the store while my wife was getting a ring repaired. I laped the store 3 times and no one acknowledge me. Jareds San Antonio is our normal store so figured this location would provide equally good service, fail! Will not return, its rated horribly for a reason.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I went in to the store two weeks ago to try on wedding bands with my future husband. I was wearing my engagement, so I wasnt just having fun. The sales person asked for my number, I gave it to her, then she asked for my email and hesitantly, I gave it to her. Finally, when she asked for my home address, I declined. This is not necessary for me to purchase a ring. We were paying in full and not using their finance program. When I declined to give her my home address, she would only let me look at the rings through the case. Not try on anything. Unbelievable. They lost the sale because we purchased our ring the next day at Robbin Brothers. I will never step foot in Jareds again. How dare they insist on my home address to try on rings. Tiffanys doesnt even use this tactic. Disgusting.
The manager of the store is so rude so disrespect and also the staff I don’t know what the hell they’re thinking they’re not Only store in I found what I need but after that I decided not to buy it people like this don’t deserve customer.

Go to literally ANY other Jared. I dont hate the company, just the location.First, they never finish anything on time. Have had a few runs resized, they tell me the time to pick up, and later tell me I was told the wrong time etc.When I call them to make sure things are ready, they are rude. They say that I should be waiting for their call, but the point is that they told me it would be ready for a certain time and Im calling to see why it isnt. I ordered a ring that shouldve taken a week, I called after 9 days and was rudely told to wait to be contacted.I was trading a ring in after the center diamond fell out (twice, one time was after only a week)They ordered the incorrect ring, I told the woman when I saw it. When she went back and let the guy who ordered it know, he loudly (where I could hear) said that that was the exact ring I ordered.Just dont.
Halat.... is the best pandora specialist that you will ever encounter at Jared.. very professional, helpful and respectful. I will never go anywhere else but this Jared on plano parkway in Plano Tx.
I will never go to another store or person for my jewelry needs. JJ is fabulous. She first sold me a semi mount ring and i had a trade from a previous relationship. When i came back to pick up semi mount JJ had told me to ask for elizabeth if JJ was not available... I was late for the pick up and immediately Elizabeth achknowledged me and they both had my item ready for pick up..My trade was in storage but JJ assured me she would take care of me when i had time to retrive it from storage. JJs word is as good and even i might say, better than platinum. She even told me my diamond was to small for my new semi mount. We did a trade up for the diamond also. I will be back to purchase from JJ and only JJ Dunn she is incredible.I will return to Plano to see JJ for all of my jeweley needs in the future...
Beautiful jewelry, horrific customer service at this location. Each time I visit the store to have my wedding set cleaned and inspected the staff treats me like Im a burden. They act like its overwhelming to look up my account for purchase confirmation bf they will touch my ring all bc I do not know my account number. I didnt purchase the ring - my husband did so I dont have his account info. During my most recent visit and had another terrible customer service experience as 2 young ladies in the service department chastised me again for not having the account info, argued with me about the purchase of my wedding band, told me it was going to take a while to inspect my ring, and then discourage me for wanting to drop it off and pick up at a later time....I decided to speak to a manager. She was not helpful. She shared that this type of service protocol The Jared Company uses and that I need to deal with it. She also shared that I could take my business elsewhere and the company would be fine. Ouch! Not the type of customer service that will draw in additional business...but since thats what she wanted...thats what my family and I will do.

I walked into Jared to see if i could find an anniversary ring. I had already purchased a ring i was not in love with at Kay Jewelers. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and introduced to JJ Dunn. Immediately i knew i was in good hands. Not only did she offer me a beverage, but she took the time to inquire about what exactly i was looking for so she could present different ring styles to me. Not only did JJ make ring buying an actual FUN experience i really felt like she was an old friend helping me. Everyone at the store was amazing but JJ was SPECTACULAR. Not only am i taking my ring back to Kay, never will i EVER buy jewelry from another place other than from Jared and specifically from JJ. She will handle any and all of my future jewelry purchases. I absolutely LOVED her and my entire experience.
So a quote for ring sizing went from $88, which I aproved, to ALL of a sudden $143. why did not they just tell me the price correctly up front? Not cool to JERK people around!
