Walking in the store it was beautiful everything was super organized. This was my very first time coming to the store and Vanessa was awesome in helping me select what I was looking for and made sure I was educated. I definitely recommend this store!

I purchased underwear for my girlfriend, they were they wrong style so I and tried to exchange them. They told me they had a policy of no exchanges or returns on underwear. There were no signs in the store regarding this. They also told me you could not try on underwear in the store due to Covid but she did weeks before. But she never tried on this particular pair. I left disgusted with the fact that they made no attempt to make this right. We will never be shopping there again, and I do not recommend anybody else does either!! I would preferred to give this place no stars but I couldn’t make this post without selecting a star...

This is a clean store, a great product selection, with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They fit the triple win: benefit to buying local, getting great customer service, at competitive prices. The customer service is what brings me back more than anything else.

I have never shopped for lingerie before! The store was clean and laid out well and didn’t have that sleazy feeling some adult stores have. The sales associate Emily, the most amazing person, was super knowledgeable about the sizing for different brands. She also seemed genuinely interested in my lingerie journey and had amazing recommendations. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

Such a great experience at this store! Emily was a huge help. A very body/sex positive store geared towards women. Other stores sometimes feel a little sleazy or are filled with men and it’s easy to feel uncomfortable. Had an awesome experience shopping for lingerie/toys and will definitely be going back!

My sales rep Emily was amazing and patient and helped me explore many options. She had great knowledge of the different products and I definitely learned a lot about what I might need and want. And I am sure I will return to get some other items that I’m very interested in. I also prefer the velvet box over condom sense. Much better experience.

Navigation to products is very organized without feeling like you’re going through a maze. Will be back again for my intimate buys

Really great place! My husband & I enjoyed the velvet box so much more than Saras secret or New Fine Arts. I unfortunately cant remember our sales ladys name, she was young, red head, glasses & had the sweetest demeanor & was so so helpful. So very educational & when I told her what we were looking for she had lots of recommendations! We spent an hour buying & browsing everything. We went around 9 p.m on a friday & left a little after 10. If youre a shy type, thats a great time to go because my husband & I were the only ones there, so we got some extra attention & help from our sales lady. There is something for everyone & the professionalism of the workers there is unmatched. Even fun little gifts for brides/bachelorettes or for the laid back people in your life who can take a joke! Greatly enjoyed this place & will be back soon!!
