I went here for a hearing evaluation a few weeks ago. The entire process only took about an hour. The receptionist was warm and friendly; Mr. Stennet is an amazingly personable individual with massive experience in his field. He explained every step of the examination to me, and when my tests were completed, went over the analysis in detail.

Doug and Kathy are great. Ive been taking my mother there for years and they have always gone above and beyond. My mother looks forward to it for the great coffee and cookies.

I would give Doug and Kathy 10 gold stars if I could. I first saw Doug in Feb 2015 and needed to get new hearing aids that were adjustable. They have served me well until March 2021 and now they needed to be replaced. Doug and Kathy are SO professional in all they do and Doug is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable and expert in what he does and his ability to adjust the hearing aids to meet my individual needs. I LOVE my new hearing aids and am so glad that I was referred to them (having moved here from Greeley, CO in Mar. 2014) by Hiroko Smith (I think it was her husband who had the hearing aids). My audiologist back in Greeley never took as good of care of me as Doug does. Kathy is so sweet and professional in all she does. This is a GREAT Miracle Ear office!!!!!!!!!

My experience has been very positive from the moment I stepped into Miracle Ear. Kathy is very warm and welcoming on the phone and in person. Doug is both professional and personable. He provided a detailed analysis of my hearing loss. He explained with easy to understand visuals how these hearing aides provide rehabilitation with my brain. The unique features that I especially appreciate are the artificial intelligence, intuitive sound processing, rechargability, and providing rehabilitation with the hearing process and my brain.

I received an invitation for a free hearing evaluation. I felt my hearing was failing for a variety of reasons so I made an appointment. Doug Stennett was an outstanding doctor. He gave me the background on different parts of my hearing before even testing me. He took the time to explain in understandable terms how the ear functions and what issues can arise. After the testing (which was highly professional) he told me my hearing was great and gave me some ideas on what might be causing me to not feel I was hearing well. He is an outstanding, conscientious and highly qualified doctor with a genuine concern for your hearing health. I definitely recommend his service and when my hearing is not up to par I will be going to him to resolve my hearing issues!

Their after-care program of testing my hearing, adjusting the hearing instrument settings, and cleaning them is a great program to ensure that I get the full benefit of the hearing instruments.
