I took my 93 year old mother to see Dr. Powell a few months ago through a friends recommendation. Dr. Powell and Belinda and all her stuff are wonderful! Dr. Powell took the time to explain all the different options, how everything works and gave us plenty of time to test out the options. She is very professional and kind and it has been a great experience. Will definitely recommend her to friends.

Excellent! The front person is courteous and cheerful. The audiologist was meticulous with the exam and with all explanations. Even assisted me getting my phone tied in. I walked out with two hearing aids to test for a week. No hard sell, no making me feel like why did I come here In fact... so glad I did!

The office was very clean, staff was pleasant and accommodating, all COVID-19 safety measures were securely in place, the problem with my hearing aid was identified and sent for replacement. It could not have been a better experience.

Dr. Powell was very friendly and made sure to explain all the tests to me before each one. She went over the results with me which were in graphic form, and discussed my insurance coverage. I dont need hearing aids yet but Id definitely come back!The receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. Connect Hearing is always efficient and helpful. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes & the audiologist is very good about diagnosing & correcting any problems Ive had with my hearing aids. I normally go in every 6 months & they test, clean, dehumidify my hearing aids & install new wax guards free of charge. Good service and pleasant staff.

I have a severe hearing loss in the high frequency range. Saw Dr. Powell. She brought a fresh approach involving adjustments to my hearing program. Just what I was hoping for. I am very pleased and plan to go back. The receptionist also was attentive and had gotten my file for my appointment from another Connect Hearing going back to 2004 so Dr Powell had my complete history and my last hearing test.

Dr. Powell and Belinda were absolutely wonderful during the entire process from making my appointment to doing the exam and making recommendations as a result of my exam. The exam was very through and as Dr. Powell reviewed my results I was pleased that she gave me a variety of options based on my desires and needs. I never felt once that she was pushing me in any direction. I highly recommend Connect hearing for any needs related to hearing difficulties.

Pick up batteries for my hearing aids and they offered to clean the hearing aids, replacing the filter and the chips. Great friendly people that know what theyre doing.

I have been going to see Dr Powell and Belinda for 4 or 5 years and have always been satisfied with the service and polite way I am treated. I get good information about the newest hearing aids and can then make informed decisions. I have two TV bluetooth recievers and a remote neck reciever and they are the best items I have ever purchased. The TV recievers let me not only hear the TV at my level but make the words clearer. Remember tell your loved ones to get hearing aids as soon as they begin to loose hearing because their brain is unlearning to hear. If they are worried about people seeing their hearing aids, tell them I can see your glasses!
